Just got done setting up my Used Car warranty with this company AutoBrix. Super easy and amazing and super nice customer service people. First gentleman answered all my questions and explained everything very thoroughly and then when I spoke with the second gentleman (can’t remember his name UGH, he said his name would be in my email but it wasn’t) who set up my payments was just as pleasant as the first guy and also made sure to answer any questions! Thanks guys!!!! I hope this is the start to a great used car warranty =) and I hope the awesome customer service continues.....

We signed up for AutoBrix Prepaid Maintenance Plan And warranty some five days ago. From the initial contact onward, everyone was informative, professional and concise! As seniors, retired and on a fixed income, they were able to work with us and gave a fair price and payment plan. Everything was like clockwork! Within three hours our contract was emailed and downloaded! We are looking forward to working with AutoBrix for our future repair needs....

First off I’ll be the first to admit that I was a huge procrastinator when it came to getting an Prepaid Maintenance Plan and Used Car warranty for my vehicle. I waited till the last minute, but I will say AutoBrix made it extremely easy! It did not take long at all before my car was covered with a PMP Package and warranty. My main concern was obviously the cost of this warranty but the cost turned out to be very affordable as compared to any other product in market. Obviously I hope to never have to use this warranty but knowing it’s there gives me a piece of mind with how much I commute.

Had to make a claim on my vehicle. AutoBrix made it super convenient. Just call them and they will take care of everything. Doesn’t get any easier than that. Good thing I researched Engine warranty is the best before purchasing used car.

This review is based on customer service. It is too early to tell my experiences without having a claim to submit. That said Communication was excellent. Also, I could not find any comparable product for me car situation with high mileage. They made it sweet and simple. Others companies did not want to deal with my situation..

I gave them a poor review initially which was an unfair and emotional reaction on my part. The greatest act of customer service is to endure such a reaction and continue to be professional and helpful. They did this and more. They provided a refund for my unused time and went above and beyond to be helpful. Not much more you cans ask of a company. Thank you.

I had recently booked for a Full Deep Clean Service. The appointment was fixed at 8am and the service staff reached my home at 9.45am. The deep cleaning service was not worth the money, the vehicle was not cleaned well, no time sense and the worst part is I have been trying to call the customer support and they do not respond to my calls and messages. Absolutely no professionalism. I would not recommend this company .

We met with owner of company and they treated us as if they know us from long time and made us feel comfortable in the office. Got our car rectified taking full responsibility. These people are so unprofessional that they never turned up for the service nor did they call back regarding the same. We engaged Autobrix for performing check of used car. The service person who checked seemed quite knowledgeable and did detailed check of vehicle. However, the report provided after the check was just one pager and very basic. The VIN number was verified by them, however they did not indentify a previous accident the vehicle had been in.This could have been checked easily, we ourselves identified later using websites.

All are half or no skills.. not good for anything.. Keep in mind they have good skill to estimate and provide you quotation.. whatever they estimate you will get double or more in actual bill. I would recommend go with near by service shops where you can explain you problem and watch closely what they are doing.. showroom is better than this. I found lack of professional value and ethics in them. I used their services for checking on my car AC which was making hiss noise, which they said as just low gas and filled the AC gas which leaked within few hours and when complaint for same now they see a leak and ask for the money all over again. Customer care representative initially said that he will take the matter to higher mgmt and will charge for only components but now not responding and arranging for the promised service.No business to them anymore from my side.

Our car was not starting at all and AUTOBRIX service buddy helped us throughout the process.THEY ensured that our issue was found fixed asap and did routine check up with us. He sent the mechanic and the issue was resolved with 30 mins

Totally unprofessional, fraud agency. Their technician came and removed the magnetic coil from within from a place and said that current is not coming and then said that he needs to change to change the whole and ten other repairs without which the bike wont start. He made a bill of around 9k. Then in evening when the local technician came and saw that cool was removed he just put it back and changed the spark plug and the bike started. I wish their was a way to complain about them to authorities.Please whosoever is thinking of calling them dont think at all as they will create unnecessary issues in your vehicle just to bill a high amount to you.

Pathetic Experience.Service was not more than merely oil change, that too technician added water and filled it. Over and above it he has cut the viper pipe which autobrix has not yet repaired. They are not equiped to provide a basic car wash but will take booking for the deep cleaning.Customer care responds that they have no complaint mechanism.These companies are beneficiary of the customer trust created by many other door service companies, but destroying the whole ecosystem.

Very poor service. My car had a problem a few days after I got it serviced by them; stopped several kilometers away from my house. I called them for roadside assistance. They made me wait 4 hours, constantly saying a mechanic will show up in 20 minutes. After 4 hours of waiting and several phone calls, they stopped even picking up my call. And the mechanic never showed up. The local mechanic sorted it out in 15 minutes. Should not have trusted these guys to show up. Even during a previous service that included a car wash, had to call several times before the cleaning guy showed up 24 hours after the scheduled time.

Absolutely unethical and highly unprofessional bunch of team to the least I would say. I had availed their bike services recently. That was because I wanted to spend the remaining amount in my wallet I had when they were doing car services in my apartment, which they abruptly stopped without notification and failed to refund the wallet amount.So I booked the bike service for my bike which had some repairs. The service guy arrived, late 2hours than scheduled, checked the vehicle and said it can’t be serviced on spot and had to be taken to garage. Once they saw that the money has been already deducted from the wallet before the service has ended, they became incommunicado.Did Multiple calls to the customer care next one week and every time I was assured that a senior will look into it and the assurance ended there. After multiple calls with no closure to the issue, I was fed up and considered my 1500 rs that they deducted from the wallet as the money I gave to the beggars and stopped following it up.So finally it ended as a blatant cheating of a trustful customer who thought it would be okay to let them deduct the amount from wallet before the service is done.Highly not recommended to avail their services.

Please dont waste money on their subscription service. Autobrix completed barely 5% of their committed number of washes for 100% of the money. No support, no answer to customer care calls, no replies on email.Shouldve changed the name of subscription page to donation page instead.Hoping someone like me whos searching for a reliable car cleaning service steers clear of them after seeing the review.

They are completely thieves. They charged me extra for every spare part. 250 rupees spare part charged as 750. They didnt repair anything. No response from customer care. Its a complete rip off and wouldnt suggest for any one.

I had booked for AC service for my car & the service was organized for the 16th of Feb 2021 at 8.15pm. However the service personnel from Autobrix arrived by 6pm and I had to rush back as he arrived 2 hours early. The ac cooling was not sufficient so the person charged 1178 of which the ac coolant only cost 575 ....I have the proof as I took a pic from my phone of the bottle he used. So I was charged 600 rupees just to fill the coolant which took less than 5 minutes. still not working very well. This was a rip off. Please don’t use their services as these guys are known to cheat customers. Go to any authorized car showroom or bike showroom for repairs as you will get your money’s worth instead.

NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED !! Day Light Robbery !!I placed a request for bike engine and ignition servicing of my Suzuki Slingshot 125. The Mechanic charged me 4,300 for the service. My bike worked fine for 3 days but showed the same problem on 3rd Day. The Mechanic is missing, does not pick up calls.

They said health check up Rs.499. Changed brake liquid, coolant, and engine oil. They could not change Air filter. They said complimentary car wash but failed to do. They sent a bill of Rs.2767 which is very high for these changes, inspite of insisting for details they did not send bill details. However, the mechanic Sri.Subramanyam was good.

The pics of the garage shown in this portal is not correct. I have taken their services for general periodic service near Begur area. They have tied up with all local garage. Service I got is ok ok. They charged 3000 for general sevice. Oil filter and air filter were very poor quality and local made. Washing was good but vacuum cleaning and drying the car was very bad. They did.not clear the mat. But when i ask repeatedly, then only cleaned.I dont recommend autobrix to.anyone. better to go to this kind of local garage by your own to get better service.

I did my car service, The servicing is not upto the mark due to the below reason:1) Put normal water in the wiper fluid whereas it was committed to put the foam water, the technician told that the water is over.2) New coolant is taken it back which is 500 ML, not deducted the amount from payment and not returned back to me. Put the old coolant not even 50ml.3)Not put the brake oil as oil was already there in the car not deducted the amount from payment and not returned back to me.4) Black portion polish which was NOT done when i asked the guy denied saying its not required.This is the first time I used Auto Brix service and the experience is worst, never trust you guys again. Not worth for money.

AutoBrix service is very.They are very professional and ontime with quality of work. For my Ford Fiesta car I took head lights replacement service from AutoBrix. The way of approach is very good. They gave me estimation of price and with same value work done.Especially the person who came for lights replacement is SIRAJ. Post replacement of head lights I asked him few more question about my vehicle condition,he answered politely and showed me the condition of parts.AutoBrix is highly recommendable for Car services.

Pathetic service. Not once but twice.First time, I had asked them for the earliest appointment and they confirmed it is available for 8am next day. So I asked them to book it. They confirmed my appointment but didnt send any details of the service advisor or mechanic till I called them next day at 10am. Then they say that they will reschedule booking to 12pm and I confirmed them to do it. Assuming it was a one off thing, I let it go. At 12pm also, the mechanic calls and says that he can come only in evening as he is not free. I called them up and cancelled the booking as I had to go somewhere out.Second time after couple of weeks, I again got a confirmation for a 9am booking. Till 9am, I didnt get any message and called them up. After that they send me contact of service advisor who tells me that mechanic is on the way and will reach in 30min. At 9:30am, I called him again and he said the same that he is almost there. At 10am also, I called him since I didnt get any updates and then he shares the mechanics number. I call the mechanic and he says that he is servicing some other bike and will come after that.This is really bad service. First you confirm an appointment that your mechanic is unable to attend and secondly you give me false information and updates that the mechanic is on the way. We book the appointment at a certain time based on our plans and we keep buffer as well. But getting 2 hours late is not going to work out. Getting the same result two times out of two attempts is not a one off thing. Really bad experience with AutoBRIX.

Once technician comes , he checks and skips few of the checklists saying its ok so no need to check the other checklists , do we give 800-1000 rs for this work . Service means , even if your vehicle is OK, you need to check the list of tasks mentioned in the service maintenance list2) Above all after the service , next day I come to know that the bike fairing is loose as few screws and washers are missing this is the level of work you expect ?, After contacting , these people not even picks the call, if by mistake attends the call, gives false promises taht technician will come today , nothing happened till date and I lose my bike fitting because of such unprofessional work .3) Please dont go for ratings , unprofessional , non reliable work , very unhappy.

They sent for car wash at doorstep and promise Rs. 399 for use of antibacterial products. However once you avail the service he just takes water and cleans the car. No glass cleaning and they dont fold the mirrors and clean and they dont clean under the bumper. I clean my car better than them 🤣🤣🤣

Their Customer service is terrible.I booked for a car wash for 4pm slot 24th October on 23rd October.1. Nobody showed up at 4pm.2. I continuously tried calling them since 4pm.3. Someone picks the call says they will get back to me. Nobody called me back.3. I tried calling them till 8pm. And they said they have manually booked the 4pm slot to someone else and skipped my order and said someone would come the next day morning(Which I obviously dont believe after this experience).4. They have no basic system to inform the user when something like this happens.Im never using AutoBrix again. They might be new. But a basic system of notifying a customer is not a big deal and they have failed miserably.

Recently I availed door step General Service for my Chevy Spark from them which includes Oil change, air filter change, brake fluid top-up and coolant top up, and brake pad cleaning. I had specifically requested Spark plug cleaning and the person who helped in booking Mr Sanmesh promised to get that done.Pro: They do it at doorstep so you can see what exactly they do and can verify what oil they use etc.Cons: Several, some listed below:1) Oil used is , though Shell, is of Taxi variant, which is much cheaper than ones used for private vehicles.2) Service person did not come with right tool to clean the Spark plugs, despite specifically requesting for it. He promised to bring it the next day and do it. I trusted him and made the full payment. But they never came back. When I called the next day, service person asked me to talk to Sanmesh, and Mr Sanmesh kept on promising to do it next day, and that next day never came. Never make advance payment to these crooks!3) They spoilt one of the Front Wheel nuts, and jammed it such a way that now the nut neither comes out nor goes in. I realised this only after taking the car for Wheel Alignment to another vendor. They had to cut the bolt and take out the wheel for wheel balancing and alignment. Now I need to spend money on replacing that bolt and nut, which requires lathe work, which means even the bearing is in danger of damage.Overall I would not recommend their service!

I used their 2 wheeler General Service(Gold). It was supposed to replace Airfilter, BreakShoe/Pad, Bike Dry Wash, Shine and Polish and other services. as per their package. He changed the spark plug for the vehicle and changed the Engine Oil and did some cleanup internally in the vehicle. Claimed that he additionally changed somethings of the Battery... None of the parts which he was supposed to change was changed. Charged me 3133/- overall eventhough the work done is not even half of what they mentioned in the package. The package cost was 1299+GST, but he charged me 3133/- saying that hes changed many things.

Before taking ur bike for service they will quote one price and after the service they will make you to pay more than the price they have quoted and they wont inform us what parts they will be changing and such a worst service that I had paid 5400/- they had forgot to oil my chain and some other parts as well after noticing that the mechanic asks sorry and he is putting the oil in front me just imagine how nicely I fell for their worst service please ever dont give your bike local garage is far more better than these guys

Worst experience ever,they took 3 days to get my bike serviced while the commitment was for the same day. Charged me double of what was quoted initally. Pathetic service.
