My skoda was given for servicing. I had informed to remove one of the fast tag sticker from the windshield since it wasnt working and I had a new one installed. The job was undone despite reminder. They promptly call you asking for a feedback but do not do what you have requested. On being informed even after the delivery of the car, no response from the service centre until today.

My experience this time was different. Everyone at the service station office were helping and guiding. Service Engineer Akash was very professional both during receiving and delivery of my car Rapid for service. Very Knowledgeable .

I own a rapid, no option it was serviced in vinakaya motors and was really not happy and had lost trust in Skoda, but now I found a person Akash Emmanuel from PPS service center okalipuram , who is very genuine and transparent about how the work will be carried out. Akash regularly kept me updated on what’s app with the pictures of the car parts changed and infact he also showed me the faulty part which were changed, this never use to happen earlier. Overall they billed me 30k and gave complimentary car care kit :) As of now I can blindly say as long as Mr Akash is around I would definitely trust him cose he’s himself is a car n bike enthusiasts who know what is pain of paying unnecessary amount for services. 5* to Akash thanks a lot buddy:)

PPS skoda is really doing great in their service now, I just had few replacements and general service but they just gave their best of it. my car seems all new now and really happy with their service. Especially Mr.Akash service advisor is really good at handling customers and has great knowledge in his work he explained everything in very simple way that any customer can understand what really your car needs at the time. He is very supportive and gives regular updates from the time you drop in and till you take back car which was really satisfactory and in time delivery. Cleaning service is just different now they have check sheet with pictures of each And every part of your car so you can give them feedback if everywhere was clean or not by checking them yourself which is really the happiest part I felt. They are just doing fabulous.

Nice new and spacious facility. Good accessibility as its by the main road. Ordered spares from them, delay is not directly attributable to them, however tracking of spares and reporting status to customer is really poor. Not experienced their service and I am wary of skoda service centers.

I have always gone to tafe. I was apprehensive to go to pps , but it was a pleasant experience ....Initially they had suggested a part replacement , I had denied , I came back home and did my research and reading up , I localised the problem to a smaller part and asked only for replacement of that smaller part instead of that whole unit , REEGAN was the service advisor , he agreed to my requests ...he wasnt pushy as other oversmart service advisors who want to force u to change a bigger part , he promptly explained why the bigger part needs change but I said only a small component change is enough and he did exactly what I asked him to do , later I realised thay changing the bigger part was a better idea ... I am happy with the service station for listening to my request but politely suggesting the right thing and not forcing me when I refuse a part replacement .

Previously had a quite bad One. But, this visit covered it all. Staff there are too kind and do highlight the thick professionalism. Special credits to Ms Nagamani for being the kindest.Mr Reegan needs an Appreciation for sure. Overall its a Positive one I must say, Cheers!

I had a Nagging problem with water getting into the passenger footwell. Had gone to local workshops before and they could not solve it. Reaching the service centre requires navigating through some really narrow lanes, and the overall space at the centre is quite limited itself. Aakash received my car and nicely explained the relevant details, and also proactively shared the service progress throughout. The car was serviced in 5 hours - which is not the best and could definitely be improved.Overall satisfied with the visit.
