There was a legend that this place Indiranagar service center is one of the finest service centers in the City itself.. This is no longer true. The service advisor doesnt really know what to tell when you ask why this problem can occur. Or even after service, there is a chance that they ll ruin what was working just fine.Please be thorough in ur investigation while you receive your bike after they have serviced.Talking on own experience basis!

Update : this is still a worst service center.This is why people are running away from Royal Enfield.I gave my vehicle for service on Friday morning 8th Feb,. And there is no response till now after calling them multiple time..Forget about fixing issue, no one knows what happened to bike , there is no response at all.Technical advisor Madhu seems not doing his job , no follow ups , no response after calling multiple times.. only thing done after two days is oil change.I spoke to laxmi the customer executive manager and the service manager. No use at all.Below are the pictures of my serviced vehicle after one week of hold. Does is look like serviced ?.Its still has issue and I am Feb up honestly.There is no system for follow ups.Please please avoid this service centerI do not intend to share hate ,but this is not acceptable, either keep more staff ,if you can not give importance to each bike , else take limited bikes for a day so that you can give importance to each bike .Avoid this service center

I Wanted To Bring It To Your Notice That I Had Horrible Experience From Teknik Motors(Lakshmi Puram, Indiranagar Double Rd, Indiranagar) Bengaluru, Karnataka.Service Related:I have given my Royal Enfield Electra(KA-01-HM-4910) for service on 08/06/18 When they returned, I was noticed that my silencer got damaged by them and the letter L is missing from the petrol tank. I escalated regarding the same to the service in charge but no use, they refused to repair as they were saying the damage was not done by them. They didnt give me proper respect & response. They are good for nothing in terms of service, customer support, and assistance. I was frustrated with their unprofessional quality of service.Billing Related:I have received a message from royal Enfield for service I need to pay 2375.50 and I have got a bill for 2904.00/-. I think a bunch of cheat people leading the service Centre and Royal Enfield tolerate this.

I have paid an advance amount of 10,000 on 26.03.21. unfortunately my plans got changed requested for refund with Sekar who had called me for confirmation he asked me send email to Tentik motors I have sent them requested for refund. they were asked for my Google pay or phone pay number to process my refund and I had given my number.I dont know what is stopping them to process my request does it really take 30 days where you people making payment through Phone pay or Google pay instead of process within one day or three days.I have been calling to their numbers they are not even pick up my phone call.Can someone take initiative about my refund request and let me know please.Regards,Nazeer

This place hasnt changed one bit.Never go to this fraud place, they charge you more by saying that and this, and at the end, they wouldnt have done a single work properly.Completely unsatisfied.I had changed my break pads last year before covid lockdown and kumar by Kumar and I havent ridden not more than 300 kms and he asks me to change it again.Im done going to this place.

Do not give your bike here for service if you really love your bike and emotional towards your bike..... They just see your bike as a piece of machine and try making money more than what they actually work on.... I clearly experienced this..... please be strict at your service do not hesitate to ask questions on the service checks... Make sure they have worked on your bike for the money you paid.... Today it happened with me and tomorrow with you for sure.... Be careful....

My Orange Ember classic 350 was delivered on 6th March 2021. Purchased it from Indira Nagar RE showroom. Despite negative reviews before, I still went ahead and purchased it. They promised within 15-20 days I will get my Registration number and smart card etc... today 10th April also I went and they submitted my details to RTO on 7th April 2021. One month delayed.Still today I asked fir number plate and they refused stating it will take couple of more weeks.Smart etc all delayed. Worst showroom ever. I booked RE-Thunderbird 350 on January 2020. They said the model will be available in one month. After a month they said they have no idea when this model will be available. So I canceled my booking. They said that i will get the booking amount back in cheque in 1 month. I waited for 4 months because the showroom was closed due to COVID. When the showroom was back open, I went to showroom but no one there had any idea of my return cheque. They said they’ll provide me cheque in 3-4 days. I had to go back to my home town because of COVID so I requested them to process the return cheque faster. Now they wont pickup the call, wont respond nothing. It is more than a year i am waiting for the cheque. I have been calling them since then but no one responds. WORST SHOWROOM EVER!!! DONT BUY FROM HERE.

I had bought my RE classic 2nd week of Dec 2020 and it took one and half month to get the number.RC is not yet received. The most funniest thing they say the delay is due to non availability of smart cards with Indiranagar RTO, where as other dealers under the same RTO issues RC smart cards on time. Do not trust these agents in the showroom. There are some guys carrying an iPad and forcing us to provide a positive feedback thats all they are out of the screen. The rest we need to fight. And the royal enfield support is also not up to the expectation. We can register a complaint on their toll free number and I had to make 30 calls to make them follow up with the dealer. On the whole my experience with Teknik motors indiranagar is very bad. Anyone who are interested to buy from Teknik motors please make sure all your concerns are addressed. If possible please take it in writing.

Major delay in vehicle delivery. Friendly staffs but theres delay in service. Mr. Shekhar- Delivery manager is a really friendly guy, reach out to him for any queries related to bike. They dont have much variety in RE accessories. Delivery timing may fluctuate, So plan your booking accordingly. Constant follow up is must.

Had been to this service center as major kit was not available at my regular service center. I knew the price to change major kit is around Rs 600 to 700. But when I came here a service center guy checked the brake and told that it will cost 2500. This is how they are trying to cheat a person. Beware. Will never suggest this place.

Bad people. Their servicing skills are not good.. vehicles will be delivered without washing and charges are high.. Force the customers to change the parts of the bike with in a year. They have replaced the battery but in the bill it was not covered and they charged. Service guys won’t pic the calls and they don’t update the status of the service. Need to call repeatedly

Himalayan 1st service done and I had this issue with bike tilting towards right, the issue remains the same even after service on top of that the chassis bar is touching the fuel tank and with some abrasion it was weared out the tank and Im not able to side lock the bike

Bike handed over yesterday afternoon for service with no major complaints and they assured to return the vehicle today at 5pm. I called them today about the readiness around 4.30 p.m and they asked to come at 5pm. After 10 minutes I received a call from the center to come at 5.30pm. When I reached there, they said vehicle is ready and I was directed to pay bill. When I reached billing section job card not available is the reply. Then again went to service place where I got the job card and handed over the same to billing section. I was asked to wait and informed that they will call. After half an hour no body called and again I asked the billing lady then the billing lady taken the card and handed over the same to another person. Around 6.45 the person billed and I paid the money. Worst service to the customers even though their billing is very high. They do not even care to say sorry for making us wait for such long time and that too for a bike which was given one day before. Surely this approach will detach customers from them in the long run.

Having seen a lot of negative reviews i first hesitated to give but there where few positive reviews as well so decided to give it a try for the first time.First: Had asked them to pickup/drop my bike for service which they said will be charged, i agreed and later found its only a pick up service and will not drop it back. And they have charged 350 rs for that. Car service centre charge nothing for this.Second: Had met with a minor accident and informed the guy who picked up my bike that it had met with an accident and needs all foot rest and the handle bar to be replaced, when i went to collect the bike none of it where replaced or even repaired, rather during the service the mechanic called and asked me to replace the break and clutch wire saying it was all non genuine product. Was surprised as the same was got from another authorised service centre and which was in a very good condition. Told him not to do so.Third: After engine oil replacement the great mechanic damaged the thread and dint know how to seal it, oil was leaking which i dint notice and left home. at home almost half the oil leaked and went waste. Had to top up oil and take it back to the service centre. Mechanic took the bike and came back saying its rectified, i waited to see if there is any more leaks and yes the oil was still leaking. When i reported this to the supervisor they took some half an hour to find out who attended the bike. Later it was taken in again to get it fixed.Fourth: Had complained about the Selfstart not working properly. gave an option to replace the kit if required. For my surprise they dint even bother touching it. all dirt and oil on the kit was still there. The incharge told me self start is not working since i have not used the bike during covid lock down. Told him the self start issue was there even before that, and he ran off.If u feel like giving it a try and testing your luck in this place because of some positive reviews then please reconsider. Highly unorganised service centre. In general all RE service centres are bad and this one is worst. Waiting for the day when RE sales will decline because of pathetic service.Edit: Donkeys have billed for break shoe change in the service which I found out that it was not even done. Found it from a local mechanic. Cheap.

The cash counter lady asked me for the msg which was sent by RE regarding the device details. Their service quality keeps going down. I had been a regular here since 6 years. They had great guys like Marshal who would really listen to you and take it upon themselves to get your vehicle in great condition. So sad people like him have left them.Nowadays its only about money. They are pretty shameless about it as well. Every time they would pretend to check your wheels and ask you to replace the wheel ball-bearings. You might have gone there with a perfect bike but theyll tell you your bike is about to die tomorrow. Quote you 5000-6000 rupees for replacing perfectly working parts. Also it is always replacement - they dont have any concept of fixing anything. I went there 3 months ago for general servicing without oil change, they charged me 2800₹. They guy just kept insisting on replacing everything - handlebar, some bearings in the handlebar, clutch-plates, wheel ball-bearings and on and on and on. I mean get a knife.Also no calls from them to inform bike is ready - you would need to keep calling. Even if then confirm its ready, be prepared to wait at there for 1-2 hours again.Their bike sales are down - fleecing existing customers is how they make money now.

I kept my cool cuz I’m mostly nice with some of the staff but save yourself some temper tantrums and go to a better service center. Or screw them and simply learn about the bike and take care of it on your own. For a first free service I didn’t expect much. I know the oil price too and paying them wasn’t the deal. Since a wash is not part of the service I was talked into getting a Teflon coating done to which I agreed as for the sake of seeing my new bike clean. The headlights had to be adjusted, the gear change had to be checked, the that’s pretty much it. That and the Teflon coating was done but the tank was the only thing that nearly looked clean. The entire bike was pretty much in the same condition before giving for the free service. Nothing else was addressed or rectified.Absolutely disappointed with the company as a whole. Never again visiting the service center at Indranagar.Clearly the center is understaffed.

Facing an old issue, sound comes when initially bike accelerated. They have taken 2 sittings to rectify the issue. As per there claims they have fixed the issue even they have changed the Chain but issues still persists. Raised this concern with RE. They dont check the vehicle before service. Not recommended.Paid service from these guys will be a suicide. Had 3 free services from them and all the time had to visit 2 times for one service. Waste

Very worst service. First they will make you wait for long time for no reason. I went there for first service of my TB 500. They made a deep scratch on my tank where the inner layer of tank is visible. That too on stone black matte which was looking really awkward. See the kind of care they are giving and the kind of impression they are creating for their first time customer. When I went there to complain, nobody is ready to take responsibility including service manager. Again they made me wait over an hour on a weekday during office hours for their relationship manager to arrive. At last she arrived and all I heard from her was sorry for the inconvenience caused repeatedly and got some low quality solution from the local painter whom they are calling as painting expert. If these service centers behave like this without giving importance to customer experience and value, I am sorry for RE future.

Serviced my vehicle here and it was worst ever experience! They way I gave in the morning the same way they delivered in the evening. They din even wipe or clean a little bit. They say dry wash but even that was not done. Just to change oil they charge 950 as service charge which I could have done it for 30 rs in a local mechanic shop. Absolutely they din do anything and I was livid over there and fought for everything. Later they washed in front of me after arguing so much. I would never recomend anyone to service their vehicle here. They dont even deserve a single star!!

I have been servicing my bike here from 2012 . Never bought it from here as my friends had bad experience . I have to give it for service as it is closer. Servicing was average until recently it was horrible .They call you and say service complete without even washing the bike .Problems informed are never rectified and only after we test ride and inform again they will rectify and you will have to wait for another hour .They had a very good staff couple of years ago .now some new faces and the supervisors have no command on the mechanics to get the work done properly .Water wash is the worst since it is done in a hurry and looks dirty even after the wash .The need to stop wasting peoples time when we collect the bike after service .

Very ordinary service center. You have to go there because of warranty. The delivery of bikes is handled in a very unprofessional manner by security guard and not service advisor. There is no option to give rating below this. They were conducting a free check up and I took my bike there.Technician name was Anand and he said my battery condition was bad. He suggested me directly go to battery shop nearby. I am aware my battery is not so good but was Able to start with that. So I decided to go somewhere near my place. But on the way bike got stopped and they send someone from service center to resolve . It again went moved for sometime and stopped. Night I tried to find a battery shop and got replaced. I think they changed my battery and he has some deal with battery shop guy. I would suggest better to avoid this place

So finally Everyone was saying right.Teknik motors is the Worst service center Royal Enfield could have. I gave my bike for servicing with all instruction & problems. When in evening I came for Collecting my bike back it was not washed & They didnt fixed the issue of handle vibration. After rating the service also no one give a damn about it. I had walked in for normal RE classic 350.. Sales Person Ramesh said he ll arrange the delivery an made me book the vehicle.. further when i went to deliver the bank DD, Ramesh was not in showroom.. other staffs had no common sense to address the customer..then comes another person Mr Sathish who is in charge of RTO, he is not interested to talk to any customer with regards to our fancy number.. a big hypocrat..Now further, i changed my booking to RE pure black and waited for 15 days.. As per plan, my bike was supposed to be delivered by 18th march.. when i called to check, Mr Shekar who is the delivery manager (he claims but not sure if he fits to be that ) said it shal take another 15 days which is April 01st week.Finally i had to decide an cancel the booking after a long wait of 25 days due to these people wrong commitments..Major issue with them1. No coordination2. Lack of communication3. No one takes responsibility to speak to customerPathetic Service they have.. No professionalism..!
