Had to visit this center as my xcent dicky latch wasnt functioning and I had to replace the same. I searched almost all service centers nearby none of them had this spare part. Finally I got it fixed here. Though they took some time, work done was perfect and my special thanks to Mr. Uday there.

Nice ambience and customer waiting lounge. Plenty of parking space and you can see your car service through a glass pane in the customer waiting area. Behaviour and attitude of service advisor is commendable. Overall nice customer experience.

Initially it didnt look like a service center as it brings out some kind of godown vibes or warehouse but later it was somehow convencing to be it.

The fame is lost they are very pathetic now so be careful to check after service my lost service I had to follow for 2 months even after that one after the other some are other issues was showing up and just lost my hopes to get it ready with them

Got my first free service done here for newly purchased santro AMT sports. Got a continuous follow up from service team for first service. As I was not having time to take my car to service centre, they provided door step pick up and drop service at just 200 rupees. In just 4 hour they serviced and safely dropped the car at my home. After service I found charging socket was not working, I raised a complain, there was a prompt response from them, they visited again to my house and rectified the issue without any extra charge. Till now, very happy with the service provided by advaith hyundai...

Pathetic service they provide,i have given my car a week ago here for service and they said they have to get spare parts from Chennai which would take 3-4 days,aftet a week they are telling me it will take another a week,so just to get service done from this place,they need 15 days of time,noone follows up.We now feel,we could have gone ahead with another service centre instead of Advaiyth.They work like government offices,wherein,noone tracks anything.I would suggest people,not to come here at any cost.

This is the yard of Advaith Hyundai, they only stock vehicles here. Its well maintained and they have a couple of hundred cars here. Would have been good if the kept them covered or something, since they are all brand new vehicles and many are collecting dust. But otherwise a good place to stop by to checkout the different colours of the car you planning to buy.

Advaith Hyundai Service Center did mistake of punching free service in system during my 1st visit for Regular Repair.Now I am unable to get 3rd free service because it shows already consumed in Hyundais IT system.It has been 3 months, even after so many calls & conversations - Hyundai Service Center is not ready to send email to IT team & get it corrected.Note - If you have purchased a new Hyundai Car & you are planning to visit service center for washing/cleaning/regular-checkup..... then please make sure to check what service type is being punched in system.

I had booked Hyundai Creta in oct 2020. After a really disappointing 4 months of poor customer service from the centre, I received a call from my unbelievably unprofessional sales representative (do not wish to take his name) yesterday stating that the vehicle is allocated, but the prices have increased by 1.2 lakh.I had booked the vehicle according to my financial condition and had also confirmed with the sales rep if the prices would go up and if so what would happen. However, he never gave me an assuring response!...This assigned sales rep never gave a prompt update or even responded to my calls/messages since the booking. And now all of a sudden he calls me yesterday to tell the vehicle has been allocated, especially when the price hike happened just 2 days ago. This seems suspicious, it looks as though the allotment was delayed intentional. I had booked Creta with much excitement 4 months ago and had to cancel it yesterday with the same amount of frustration (All thanks to the service center!).It was surprising to see 95% of good reviews here, making me wonder why this happened with me. However, as a first time car buyer, i had a very disappointing experience from the sales team.Dear Advaith/hyundai, please understand that as a customer I am ready to wait and also understand the delays due to pandemic. But from your end, you failed miserably at correctly conveying the information to your customer. Why has there been no policy regarding this price hike affecting your customer waiting for allotment, is beyond my understanding.Thanks to you guys that I chose another brand over you not because of your automobile quality but your poor customer service. My suggestion to anybody reading this is, if you are planning to book a Hyundai vehicle, please be careful of the waiting period and the price

She handled it satisfactorily by sending updates with photographs and videos of the work that was being attended to my vehicle through WhatsApp. She organised to deliver the vehicle on time. Totally it was satisfactory and had a feeling that I was personally present in the service station. Overall good service.

My car stopped mid road near Adugodi and wasnt able to move as there was some issue with clutch. Contacted Hyundai customer care and told the road side assistance would call me in 10 minutes. They kept their promise and I received call within 10 minutes to clarify regarding location and also vehicle was towed within 30 minutes. The vehicle was taken to Advaith Hyundai, Sampangirama nagar where the director Radhakrishna Gowda assured me for service next though it was a festive day the next day. Later arranged a vehicle for me to travel to my home in their own vehicle. Next day, after vehicle was serviced and issue was resolved, vehicle was delivered to my home. And all these were completely free as car was under warranty. Thanks to the entire team for such a great response.

Better than Vasanth Nagar

This is a large service center. They employ a lot of technicians here. Weve had to visit this center almost 5 times so far. Weve had pretty good experiences here. The technicians are amicable and the quality of service has been pretty good so far.They also have a car pickup service which is reliable.Only issue I find is the vast majority of employees speak in Kannada by default and so if the customer is not very fluent in Kannada, then communication can be a little harder than normal but still isnt too much of a problem.

I am impressed with the approach of the Staff their hospitality punctuality and commitment. The staff are honest and upfront on spares and actual service needs of the Vehicle. I have interacted with Mithun on multiple services requirement and he has always been very prompt on his commitment. I would definitely like to get my car serviced here in future.

Went for car insurance transfer : although the main office members ignored the queries put forward to them, once the insurance team was identified things went on very smoothlyThey were very helpful explaining the process involved and the required documents were sent across to my email within the promised time.One small issue i had was with the payment team where the cashier was more interested in discussing news with his colleagues and flirting with female staff than actually processing the payment.

They have very Rude staff. I had visited the show room for denting and painting for my bumper of i20 which damaged by animal attack which was covered in the insurance policy with Hyundai assurance . The advisor told me that the damage will not be repaired under insurance and I will have to pay the full amount for repair. Where as I requested him that I wanted to meet the insurance claim department . He was rude telling that I could not meet them and will not be covered under insurance. Where as I took my vehicle to Trident Hyundai and with out and question they told me that this issue will be covered under insurance. Trident Hyundai gave very good service and I was impressed with the customer support from them. I suggest every to not visit Advaita Hyundai mission road very unprofessional people .
