Too expensive, they add 100% extra amount on spare parts. Service charge for each work. Example two wheel barings. Two spares actual cost 2.5 k each but quoted 3.8k each. Gst 18% service charge 650 per each barings fitting for 5mins work. Plus gst. Disk plate facing. Actual labour charge 500, quoted 2k fitting charge 650*2 plus gst. Disel filter original cost 1k but quoted 1800 plus gst. If you empty your pockets go to this work shop. I never recommend this work shop

A service center that you can trust. The people working here are very technical and knows in and out of the car. They hear the problems patiently and resolve them. They use original replacement parts and provide good advise about handling the car.

My big mistake and horrible experience. Some point of tine owner threatened me. After just oil leak fix now my clutch is super hard and make squeak y sound. It is one year old clutch and he wants me to replace it !. If you want to damage your car you can visit here. And you will be threatened if yoy make argumnent . my silencer pipe is fixed good. Therefore 3 points.

If Authorized Service Centers arent your thing, do visit Swastika. The staff is skilled and the proprietor, Mr Prakash, is a man of automotive acumen too. Even the materials and consumables they use, are of top quality. E.g. for engine oil change, they dont use anything below Shell Helix, not unless you specifically ask. The job always gets done to your satisfaction.

The worst service you can ever get for your car.I kept on insisting that I have an issue with my suspension but they said there is no issue with the car only one side bush has to be changed for which they dont have the part, 3 days after my car service I took my car wheel balacing and alignment and they showed me that both the front suspensions are gone which has oil spillage and drive bush has to be replaced. The service center could have checked it and atleast hiven a heads ups but they chose to ignore it.Also they charged me 7k for a general service with no part replacement apart from the diesel filter.

Good and economic

This place is very close to the Highway main road. They do multi cars servicing, painting, tinkering. The owners are well trained and have very good working experience and hence are running the show very successfully. The staff are also very helpful. So many satisfied customers are there in there kitty.

Too expensive service and too unprofessional and unfriendly staff and even manager.They charged extra money and dint even do the job completely. Advice not to visit.

Billing more than the authorized service centers. I will not recommend. There are many garages nearby which is more good n reasonable.Thank you very much for your kind reply. Please note, I was just reminding you that were charging bit higher side. According to me the spring buffer installation cost INR920 were on really higher side, that too without dismantling anything. INR450 for washing is nominal.

For normal service of my Zen car, just to replace Engine oil, Oil filter, Air filter and carburettor idling setting they gave me quote of RS 7000+, So I took my car to Bosch service station, which was all done in 3800Rs..

Ok, but expensive. Found similar expensive as company show room. Difference to show room is you will get response from showroom, here they dont care. Not recommended if you really need of car mechanic. Can go if you want to change oil, denting etc..Didnt find good mechanics. I had to go there thrice for same simple issue, get billed every time.

Liked the way of work what I expected in their newly opened services centre in Begur Road. Keep it up to go forward.

Just chk price before giving for any repairs. Some times they will take you for a ride. I have changed my break pad for 2k where as I change in authorised service centre in less cost. Also just like in service center they will charge labor item wise.. so all in all its not cost effective.

Good Garage for Multi Brand car service but nower days they try to rip you off. I went in for a oil leak from my left front drive shaft. first time they informed that it was a battery leak and after week when i went back with the same complaint, they checked and the initially informed that this will cost around 2k, when i left my car with them, they informed that the drive shaft is bent and now the new one will cost 28k and a 2nd hand will cost 7.5 k. When i went back to the shop they gave me many different stories Like the drive shaft is bent, other one was we are not getting the boot any where, buy the whole part by your self and then they will replace it and so on. When i asked them to replace with the 2nd hand part and give me the old defective part. They declined. After 15-20 mins . they said they got the boot but the cost was 2.9k. Finally i was charged 5.9 for all the service. Not sure what got into these folks and now they try to make money like this. I would suggest folks to avoid this place if possible

High service charge. Took 400 from me for fitting a bush. They fit original spares only. Happy about that.

Found this place by accident,while i was looking for a complete service for my Swift. This was a leap of faith for me as i have never given the car outside authorized service center and always felt being ripped off by various ASCs. The reason for coming here was the reviews i read, since i was planning to do a 1000+ Kms trip, i had to do the service anyways. I am writing the review after the trip & i could feel the difference and saw an increase in mileage as well. Prakash & Stephen were very patient & explained all the required service to be done, they not only fixed issues of the car that i had experienced earlier but also helped me identify potential issues. They did not change any part unnecessarily & also informed me when to replace the required parts. The Parts & Oils used were genuine & priced right.A proper bill was presented for the same. I will definitely recommend this place over any Maruthi ASC. As long as i am in E-City, i dont think i will go anywhere else for my Car service.
