Very poor customer handling. I visited 3rd floor to buy a reliance jio phone, I was asked to provide aadhaar copy, when I showed them maadhaar and requested them to take a copy...to my shock rude response saying you should bring hard copy of you want a jio phone....trust me @ambanis you have created the phone revolution in India and made it accessible to large base of common man... however your reliance digital is lacking digital facilities and your team at Yelahanka showroom needs customer handling training ...and finally the team were making fun behind me stating for 1500+ purchase why should reliance be digital to customers....sorry to say...reliance digitals non-digital customer experience @yelahanka @reliqncedigital....staff heckles customers....and its very unfortunate @ambanis to face such exp at your shops

Store employees are very knowledgeable about the products. I wanted to purchase a laptop and they assisted me in getting a good product as per my requirements.Reason for 4 star rating is, I wish they couldve given a better discount. Every single store provides a good discount when the product is above 50k. I had to purchase two laptops within a span of 2 weeks. Apart from this, everything was flawless, the product was setup, all features explained. Good shopping experience.

After-sale service is really bad. No replacement or refund will be given.Please dont visit this store.We purchased an LG washing machine from the Yelahanka store,  machine was delivered next day and installation was also done. During the first use machine started vibrating and making loud noise.We tried to reach out to the store. Initially, they used to pick up our calls and used to give ignorant replies like the concerned person is not available and asked us to call them later, after a while they completely stopped receiving our calls.I had to call reliance digital customer care and raise a complaint, next day service person arrived and told us that there were some bolts inside which were supposed to be removed during the installation, and he also mentioned that it would have damaged the parts which dont have a warranty.since it was a mistake done by the installation team and I was not sure what level of damage was caused by the bolts left inside the machine, I raised a request for a replacement.But the reliance team offered me an extended warranty for one year, that too only on the motor part. even though I told them the bolt inside the machine would have damaged the other parts as mentioned by service person, they are not ready to give me a warranty on other parts, also they are denying replacement or refund my money.Every time they come up with the same extended warranty solution(which doesnt resolve my problem at all) and say replacement or refund request is denied . when I deny there offer they again say we will raise a request again and the process repeats(infinite loop).The process is very very slow. they take three-four days to resolve one issue. (high priority issue). I am very much disappointed with the reliance digital services. Still my issue is not resolved and hoping it will get resolved soon :(Better to go to Adhishwar or Kundan which are located nearby than Reliance store Yelahanka

Please do not visit this store. Extremely poor after sales service. We were committed delivery of the product on the next day of purchase and when asked about the delivery time, I was being told it will happen anytime between 9am to 7pm. I made a call to them around 2pm to ask for the drivers number and they said they do not have the number and that driver will call us and delivery will happen as committed before 7pm. At around 7:30pm i contacted the store again and this time i was put on to a csm who said there was some issue and they wont be able to deliver the order on that but assured delivery before 12noon the next day. Since I had taken a half day leave and i didnt get any call from the delivery person i called the store at 12pm to check and the call was again passed on to the manager who said the driver is near my location and reaching my place in 15mins and its 8pm now and the delivery still didnt happen. In between i have reached out to the store some 10 times and they have put my call on hold for 15mins stating they are checking and sharing an update and never came on the call. I had to finally disconnect the call and call them back again only for this to be repeated. They do not even bother to call back. My genuine suggestion is to visit croma, girias or Adishwar just opposite to this store. Adishwar has awesome customer service in place and their delivery experience is flawless and in place. With Reliance Digital, this is not the story with one store, my cousin and friend have faced same issues with them at different store levels. And yes, if you are looking at purchasing AC or Air coller or a TV never buy from them, you will have too long wait time and at the point of sale you will be committed next day guaranteed delivery.

I visited This showroom on the first day of its opening ceremony . The staff is cool and friendly as a first day customer I was planning to buy a new laptop ...and I found the model which I liked too ..but the 2nd day I found a manufacturing defect in my new laptop immediately I reached the outlet .....and Im telling this frankly the show room manger shabir . He actually understood the problem and gave me new model replacement within hours ...so the service and care for customer in this outlet is excellent ..if any one planning to buy new Electronics ..u can particularly go for this outlet in yelahanka new town . It was really a good experience making purchase here . Anyways thanks for my immediate replacement .

Staff with extremely low knowledge on products. Un-cordinated delivery and worst was installation that took 5 days though they promised delivery and installation within 48 hours. Also free gift was never given was given an excuse of gift not available even in the showroom or warehouse. I had to make 9 to 10 calls for delivery and installation. Worst was that they wont even inform you about the delay they just drop the call when they have no answer to your questions. Manager for this store has no idea about what needs to be done and when to do it and my installation was booked 3 days after delivery e en after my repeated calls to the showroom . Over all never visit this particular branch unless you like to waste time and raise your own BP level.
