In one sentence, not a place to go for servicing your car. Personal recommendation - look for other service station.While the staff talks nicely but in terms of quality of servicing of car - i would say very very poor. They charged hefty 25k for one service and gave car only after 10 days. They changed tire but didnt register its warranty. They broke the hand rest beside drivers seat along with lot of paint marks on the body of vehicle which didnt clean by themselves. They changed the co-passengers window glass button but its not working properly. After servicing, faced multiple time battery issues and engine gets hot alot very often. Upon calling or messaging to them (Mr. Lokesh - service executive), you dont even get a response or any sort of help.

Very bad service. We took our volkswagen vento here. They said problem is solved and gave the vehicle after a week and charged 30k. But the problem was not solved at all. They of course deny anything to do with it and the money is gone.

Service is good, though it takes too much of time.But i feel VW is manufacturing low quality parts right now that it was a year or two back.As a customer i lost faith in VW

They dont respond well, dont pick up our calls (in fact decline the call which I make), promise which they dont want to do. They are not able to fix my car AC since many months.

Been here for a test drive thats all but the parking area is small its better to visit the place in a two wheeler

Firstly, the location of this VolksWagen showroom is accurate per Google maps. Talking about this showroom, I would like to appreciate their attention to details and excellent customer service experience. I had been here with family to enquire for one of their cars and interacted with their Sales Executive - Prathima. She was very prompt, polite and gave a lot of time to understand my needs and to explain about the car. She was very helpful and clarified all my questions related to features and benefits available in their competition products. When I left this place, I was clear why VolksWagen is ahead of all their competition in terms of engineering and quality. Not to forget, such a knowledgeable sales executive who was patient and took time to ensure that we know everything about the car we were going to buy. Thank you for the overall customer experience we had. I would strongly recommend this showroom for enthusiastic VolksWagen buyers.

I had given my Polo for service on Feb13, 2021. While they addressed other problems, they created a new one. The front left ( co-passenger side) A/C vent rotating wheel was pushed inside while cleaning the a/c and on looking closely the plastic lock inside was broken. They damaged the a/c vent and did not even tell me. Saw it after I returned home and sent them the pie s but not spontaneous response. They have also scratched on the bumper.

Kind of ok, but nothing much to commend.

Given vehicle for service and next day onward executive is on leave, even spoke with manager, manager himself not able to update the status of vehicle. There is severe lack of coordination. Least bothered on customer support.

If you want to wear out your car, then this is the right place. And these guys can make your car seem like a trash can.Worst service center in the world.Took my Polo twice and still not able to fix the problem, which started after giving for service here.Each time they end telling a different part has to be replaced. Problem is still not solved.Local mechanic near my house fixed it easily.

Good n People are supportive. Bharat was very helpful even though he was on leave. I feel, the waiting time, more than an hour, has to be reduced. Has to attend the customer asap once they reach SC. 2-3hrs waiting time to attend is too much..

Got the delivery of GT Tao after having few complaints. Went to 2 other ASC for the same issue where they didnt care about fixing it permanently. They did something and fixed it temporarily.Volkswagen Mysore road did a really good job and fixed all the issues. Thanks a lot. Highly recommended.Keep a good relationship with your service centre and they will make sure that your car comes out like a brand new one.

Lokesh, person with well groomed professional ethics, who sent everyday updates regarding the developments and repairs.Mr Ashwath was kind enough to send the vehicle back to my home as I was sick to collect it back from their place.It is worth mentioning even a type of specific machine was brought new for the reason for my vehicle to rectify a error in ac, well that’s something I had never seen anywhere.Am glad to say I found a place at last to pamper my ride .But ,being honest in my experience,I would also like to inform you all to strictly avoid any coordination with MR.NATRAJ,a service advisor himself ,*Who advises to change the complete clutch set even though still there is a life of 30k kms left.*who advises to change the set of tyres which wer changed just 20k kms back.*who advises and changes the complete brake disc and pad which still had a proximate life other 20k kms!*added up 3M interior clean costing 1.2k and ax clean (dupes)even when requested not to do.*never answers nor responds timely .Guess he is always under pressure to bill harder and heavier ,who completely misleaded me and created a lot of inconvenience,pain and agony,till I met M.R. New service station on mysore road. Good location. The service however needs lots of improvement. The complaints were heard patiently nut they could not explain to me the reason nor could they resolve even after replacements. May be good for free service..

The showroom isnt easy to note from the main road.. Boardings could have been a bit better.. Sales people service isnt bad at all.. I rather prefer buying place cross show room than this..

Saturday 21.12.2019 visited VW Mysore road service center for my Vento regular service, always when visited there is no response we have to wait for atleast 2 hr to attend the call, also service only cost us but no satisfaction as a recognized brand after service foot mat they have put today newspaper rather than foot mat paper, these are all will shows the importance on service.. paid service 15943 rs which is waste.Cheating people around us on service charges as well..And also very disappointed..

Always costly service even though car is not run due to Corona pandemic

A very different experience from all the other Volkswagen service centers I have dealt with in the past in Bangalore. The service manager Karthik was very friendly and flexible to my requirements, the service was done as per my requirement & delivery was as committed. There was a minor miss to which they picked up my car got it done & delivered back in few hours.

Less busy compared to other service center and so able to give good service. Work is good. But paper work takes too long.

Worest experience,, I gave my car vento for service, they removed engine safe cap if I asked that person he told he will order and give in 4days after 1 week I called him and he is asking 3000 rs money for that.... This is how Mysore road vw showroom working we have no trust on own vw showroom where we have to go for service....

Given my car for inspection, kept my car 2 days after that informing that they cant inspect and they will do paid service(while its too early for paid service, neither it crossed 8k kms, nor its More than 6 month old). I didnt agree and asked to get my car.After receiving the car I saw it travelled 17kms. Looks like they kept my car for traveling.
