It was a totally horrible experience for me when i gave my suzuki access 125 BS6 for the 3rd free service. First of all its not like a free service theyll be charging you for a single thing including labor charges. Theyll unnecessary tell you to change this and that things just bcz to make money they should give customers a proper and genuine suggestions as they might have hired as per the experienced and professional staffs but dont think theyre and even they dont have the basic knowledge of the vehicles available in their showroom itself totally uneducated and unskilled technicians. I think only the sales guys have some idea just to tell some points and sell the product thats it nothing else. They might have taken dealership just to make people fraud and do money. My vehicle had some issues as it was taken just 6 months back while i had taken for 3rd free service i explained them very well like what are all the issues Im facing with it they told itll be done and told to change some parts for that i agreed but when when they delivered my vehicle after the payment it was not even attended my issues i saw same problems very seen again i was shocked and dont even wanted to drive my vehicle bcz of its issues and sound. They told to check for 1 day and bring back so i bought it on the next day again and left for service they told its now done perfectly without any issues at that time it was not able to identify but next day again same issues happened.. oh god. Imagine they took my vehicle 2 times for service but they didnt rectify the issues. I was really disappointed with their service and took back my vehicle. I think theyll not work for the customer service and experience they just sell the vehicle and dont care about it. I dont about other dealers of the same company but this dealer was really very bad especially the service and follow up departments in fact i had thought to buy a new model but didnt wanted to in this showroom as per their very bad and poor service.1st time Mr Ashok (service advisor) he dont have detailed knowledge of the vehicle just some basic things as other person know. Did service and issues werent rectified.2nd time Mr Raju (experienced service advisor) took my vehicle and told hell definitely look and rectify but he also didnt.Dont work just to make money think of the customer experience and satisfaction then only youll improve and also while service make genuine charges not simply by just seeing the outlook of the vehicle. Regarding the staff, supervisor and technicians hire better ones who are skilled and having professional knowledge about the vehicle and its parts.Thank you

DO NOT GIVE YOUR VEHICLE FOR SERVICE HERE. They will tell that they will check your vehicle and while checking they remove some parts from your vehicle. I faced this when I had gone to give my vehicle for service. They seized my engine while checking and started asking for ₹15,000 to repair it. When I was taking my vehicle for service it was running properly. After they checked it my vehicle failed after riding for 1 kilometre. When I asked them to restore my vehicle to its original condition they refused and asked me to pay ₹15,000. I had to transport my vehicle back home as it was not starting.

Its thr first time I ever went Bike shopping and these PPL were extremely helpful and always gave a cheerful vibe.The only problem is that this place is tooo crowded even in these covid times.

I have purchased Access in the month of January, during lockdown/restricted movement they provide 2nd free service timely, again battery problem arose, staff Sri pushparaj provide polite and proper service, in all respect service section deserve for 5 Star, sale section to be improved regarding interaction With customer, I also faced avarge reaction with staff,Anyway thanks to Advait Suzuki, Thanks to sri Pushparaj

I planned to buy a 125cc Scooter and looked at various options, finally zeroed in on Suzuki Access 125 based on the ride quality after the test drive. We had enquired with a few Suzuki dealers for the White Access 125 SE and wanted the delivery immediately; this colour was not readily available. I then walked into Advaith Suzuki; it was the best experience from the time I stepped in, to taking delivery of the vehicle. Everything was explained very clearly by the Manager Mr Venugopal, and the Scooter was delivered as promised in two days. It was a seamless experience from the booking to delivery. My special thanks to Mr Chandru, who took me through the sales process, documentation & delivery, and to Ms Banu for coordinating with my office. I would highly recommend this dealership based on my experience.Looking forward to experiencing the same post the sales as well.

Visited showroom during afternoon (3ish) recently and they dont bother to respond. Later when I stated Im seriously looking to buy vehicle they gave vague reasons that they assumed I had left my vehicle for servicing and casually seeing vehicles.. Earlier this was not scenario but now they are least bothered. I will never go back here to buy vehicle or get it serviced!!

I just loved these guys at this showroom! Led by Mr. Venugopal!I called up their number before planning a visit to their showroom. (Id pathetic experience with 9star Suzuki earlier).Mr Venugopal himself took the call and promptly answered the queries.I was received really well and given a test ride.I was given 6 scooters to do inspection and select one for myself.The entire process was seamless and I got the delivery next day.I will strongly recommend this showroom and Mr. Venugopal.

Dont purchase here, they will show one model of scooty and deliver you another model. And they will show the model and ask to send the money. After sending money they will make no options near you and increase the prices like anything and will say finally they didnt agree on that price. Even you dont know that is old stock or new stock. These dealer is not reliable on their words.I recommend and felt aerolex suzuki which is giving less price than them and reliable.

Pathetic Service, Very Bad way of treating the Customer :( Its been 2 months our vehicle have not got the number plates. After expiring the temp registration we even couldnt take the scooty out. Following up with 2 employess(Mani and Kartheek)regularly. But the daily reply is it will be done (will give a time period after 3 days) and we will call you back. Which will never happens. Dont know what is the issues of these people. Recently told raod tax registation done. And then I asked for invoice soft copy to mail. No revert even after one giving a reminder message(Screenshot available if required to anyone). I even planning to give the scooty back and get the amount refunded. Or please get my bike and get the registration done.

The 1st service was great and it was hassle-free. The scooter is running fine but since it has not yet completed 500 kms I will reserve my comments till next service about mileage and engine pickup since it has to run some more for engine to set. Access 125ccThe worst service center which I have seen so far.... complaints cant be resolved at single visit. 2019 Model already facing engine noise (complete showroom track maintained in same service center) and this complaint have been raised from past 1 year. but still they could not cleared the issue. we have surrendered the vehicle under the same issue twice but still issue have not resolved.

The 1st service was great and it was hassle-free. The scooter is running fine but since it has not yet completed 1000kms I will reserve my comments till next service about mileage and engine pickup since it has to run some more for engine to set. But for now its pick up is good.When I took the delivery of access 125 disc there was a panel gap in the front between the front indicators. When I pointed this out to the executive he said that its from the manufacturer but when I observed the other access there was no such issues.I was informed by the other executive from the dealership that its a manufacturer issue and he is following it up. But after 1month, I have a very good experience from the dealership. I hope they keep it up.

Had a very bad experience yesterday, I went to sell my bike yesterday they told me to wait for 10min and some person came who was not from Advait Suzuki, and whichever the condition your bike maybe hell only ask for 10k, such an arrogant person he was hell make a deal without making you talk with the manager. The selling process doesnt take place within the showroom, itll take place only outside and if you agree with his decision then youll get cheated like anything biggest scam , few people working there are ruining the company name

The Suzuki shop manager was good when I was buying the vehicle.later for service enquiry when ever I call,he used to respond nicely but today 21.5.20, I was surprised when I called,he just spoke so rudely to call at working hours and was not answering my query.Now I came to know they just Dont care customers after buying.He should have told sir service from blah blah time and please call Only at working hours instead of talking rudely to customer.pleasd dont show your frustration on customer.I recommend only 1 star to this this Suzuki shop.Going to other service station for my regular service.
