Car quality good, designs good, showroom maintained Covid appropriate behavior.Sales representative starts with budget cars, then will keep on suggesting for higher variants of the car.Then they will tell some small offers and would add that those offer will expire very soon if you dont buy or book now.If you still ask for time then they would offer to talk to some managers and give more discounts.Overall, they behaved really well, managed decorum and very polite but the sales trap is average. They should be a little more flexible with customer choices. When customer clearly ask for budgets then they should openly start with base variants and should not force for higher variants.

I bought my Renault kiger rom sarjapur showroom on 2nd july. On 7th oct i got some error message in my speedo metre. Amurtha was the sales girl who assisted me during the sale , when i called her she tells me mam “audit is going on and no one will come and pick your car you go to silk board showroom. During my office hour i went silk board showroom , their the guy is telling my go to sarjapur service station DHARMA will fix in 2 hours. Next day morning sarjapur ppl came to pick my car and after that there is no update on my car.These people are there just to fool around sushanth, amrutha, Manjunath no one picked my call . I had no clue whether they are even giving back my car or notAnd after sale service is pathetic.I will never 👎 recommend any one to buy from here

Loved the experience here at Sarjapur Renault center. Best example of Customer Obsession. I was surprised to see the way they handle customer and our vehicle. Plus if you want to, then you can choose to stand next to your car until they complete the Job. Plus healthy conversations with your service advisor until all your doubts are cleared.Kudos to Karthik service advisor who attended me. Trust me, he holds excellent hospitality and much knowledge. Hes got a lot of patience to listen to customer and answer the queries.Now comes to the billing part, 3rd service and all its cost me is just 6400/- (this might depend on vehicle to vehicle though).

Total waste of time I request pls don’t go for this particular showroom I have booked the car on 3/aug/2021 and the Delivary promise date 14th AugBut still I din’t received.No value of the customerReally I din’t expect this from RenaultIf they are not able to deliver on time they could of inform us really guys very bad experience.

Theyre reachable anytime.I had got good support from Sharavana, Ravi, Sharukh and Puneeth when my vehicle met with an accident. I had not paid a penny for my insurance claim. The service team and body shop team had made sure that my vehicle look new post servicing and felt very much satisfied.Great service center and please continue the same kind of approach to the customers and Renault Sarjapur will definitely be an favourite place for all.

I have a renault duster with a running of more then 1L km and have tried many service centres across Karnataka but I can say the staff here are good, accomodating and responsive. Car is delivered on time and I also refer anybody who is giving their renault car for service to contact Mr. Shahrukh, Service Advisor. He is straightforward, knowledgeable person. Thanks to him, many niggles in my car which were unattended to in the previous services were resolved.

No mosquito repellant, lots of mosquito in waiting room.

Here I have met with lezlee, he is POC for me from 2016. For any problem he is always ready to help. Either call him or meet him personally he will make sure problem is fixed. Thankyou Renault for such a person in your team.

There were two Ladies. One senior Sales person behavior was Lethargic and no interest in explaining the Car specifications in details. Neither she was interested for sales pitch. Her attitude was they already sold many cars in Covid and dont bother of new customers. I do not recommend this sales centre. Better try other Trident showrooms.

Sales manager Somaiah is helpful and resolve issues quickly. Service can be better.

Car has been recently serviced, running as good as new , all the problems have been resolved , kudos to Dharmaraju Shetty who helped me sort out the problems with my car , will surely recommend you to others , was bit unhappy with interior cleaning and exterior wash,the rest was good , strict covid protocol followed. Staffs are always masked and sanitized, good hygiene maintained overall, one stop shop for any of your Renault needs ! Ive been getting both my Renault cars serviced here havent run into a problem till now , Mr Dharmaraju Shetty is always ready to help and sort out problems at the earliest

Good sales experience and after sales support so far. Has been 2 months and 2 weeks since buying the duster rxz cvt from here. Who sold me the car - Salman Khan. Both Salman and the dealership has been of excellent help throughout the sale. Only pinch is about the bank contact person who handles the loan- they overcommit and underperform.

Terrible experience. Sarjapur Road Dealership spoiling the brand name. I canceled the Triber RXZ booking, because of poorly managed communication. Outside pushing transport and handling charges, wrong exchange value during evaluation, these guys torture the hell out of you to close a sale. I received 20-25 calls to close the documentation work, because they were in a hurry to meet targets. Fake price hike to influence sales, before the festival. Very bad experience. Avoid this dealership. I will buy the same car I booked from some other dealer.

I recently went there for my first year service (2nd) . It is a relatively new service center and i was a little skeptic at first . But now after experiencing their service, can truly recommend them for your servicing needs . My service advisor was Mr sachin and he was very helpful in explaining all work to be carried out. You can also opt for certain extra work (like paint protection etc if you want)My car was well serviced and they also fixed a ac compressor issue under warranty. Overall I am satisfied with their sevice and transparency and wish them all the best.

Though i bought my car from another showroom of the same owner as this, i never happy with the car given to me. There was issue with central locking system which was installed separately before delivery. It had serious of unlocking of its own. I visited both silk board and mahadevpura showroom and they told on the face that there is no issue. However today after spending almost an hour at Sharjapura showroom the engineer made sure that i dont return with the same issue. Finally my issue rectified. Guess should have bought the car from here itself. To me its the employee who creates the environment. Thanks all for resolving my issue.

They cld easily wld have sold the a higher variant if they had taken the pains and interest to sell.Also, HSRP has not been provided despite the vehicle sale date post April 19. Simply not bothered to follow the directives and respond to customers.The only reason have given 2 stars is coz of the service which I found satisfactory. If u have any other option opt for a different dealer/ brand

I own a Renault Lodgy car since 2015. The service has always been patchy and lacks confidence. Recently I took my vehicle for a wheel alignment process and after a whole day of trials they couldnt do a good job and had to keep the vehicle overnight. Imagine a wheel alignment taking 2 days and still the result is unsatisfactory. Anyone planning to own a Renault car think twice.

Nice showroom. I had gone there for servicing the vehicle. The job was done in the given time and is done very well. Mr. Shoab the service advisor is handling the service single handedly since there are no.other service advisors working in this service station. Other supporting staff is very dedicated and friendly. Waiting lounge and rest rooms are kept neat too

A good service centre. Somashekar who engaged my service case was very helpfull.. last 3years, I give here for service as technical people on floor are good and not much rush.

Service team is good who respond well to every bit of details of the issue that you explain. But had worst customer experience from sales team. No delivery pick up. No Pooja. They had removed all seat covers. Car was not at all checked before delivery. Next day was not able to start due to battery loose connection. Sony display was not working(no manual has been given till date). Wheel balancing issue. Too lazy fellow(rohit) to check if a custom accessory has been fitted properly. Not at all receptive to get feedbacks(Sharvana). Had to follow up 4 times to get accessories bill. Had to visit service within one week and got rectified. Still noticed couple of new issues. Once money is deposited to them, they think like job is done and ignore us. Need heavy improvement on customer relations. Please learn from other trident branches on customer relations.
