Late review but finally had to give one so brought my I suzu dmax vcross at December 2019 strong and nice 4×4 vehicle. And about the showroom decent and clean place. Executive employee Keshava was very kind helpful and knowledgeable . Recently did my first service neat and clean service. 👍 keep it up 100%

Worst service station I have ever experienced. Most unprofessional people managing the workshop. Had to come back without servicing the vehicle.Isuzu car sale will never pick up unless they make it professional.

Visited the showroom to test drive the new V Cross. Executives are very helpful and friendly, Sandeep assisted us with the test drive, he was knowledgeable and explained everything about the vehicle. Its a brilliant car for the people who like off roading or have the use of a utility vehicle but at the same time it gives you amazing comfort in the cabin. Very clean finishings inside the cabin, ample amount of leg room even for the rear passenger seats, with a lot of features. Did feel there was a bit of engine noise and some wind noise in the cabin but overall a beautiful vehicle and makes you feel grand on the road.

Amazing service. The Service manager and all the staff are extremely friendly and explain everything in detail. Loved it

Hello,Worst customer service - Madesh (driver) tried to assault and used filthy words against me, spouse and my dad who is 78yrs old just because the car was parked near to the gate. When I asked for CCTV recording to file a complaint in police station, they told the don’t have the recording. I had plans of buying Isuzu however, because of this incident I need to avoid as I understood that only rowdies and hooligans are the drivers and mechanics there.

My first visit to service station was fabulous. Mr Anil was very supportive and was impressed with his knowledge and courteous nature. Was happy with quality of service.

Non ethical business done by the trident sales team to show the performance to trident management. Just to make sales happen they can do anything and dont bother for people pain or concern. I dont know how the management is monitoring these kind of things or may be its ignoring even knowing they are doing unethical business practices

Good showroom..

Excellent service provided by Arun and his team. Arun and his technicians are well trained and have complete knowledge about Isuzu vehicles. All the staff are polite and courteous while interacting with customers. The lady at the reception is also very patient and answered all queries with a smile.All in all a professionally run organization providing world-class Customer Service.

This show room doesnt have any vehicle stocks since September trying to book a standard vcross but they dont have in stock .And this October was dewali offer for the standard variation but they keeps only high variation because it has no offer. All other states have available stocks for standard v cross but only bangalore showroom doesnt have.Kindly make isuzu grow and make the availability for the demands of customers they require because me and my friends wanted to get the isuzu dmax vcross standard together but we all treid asking but no available it seems. Such a big company in a big city like bangalore but no satisfaction for the customers that means 👎👎👎👎

Well maintained showroom and support staff. Recently visited to test drive V-Cross and the support received was excellent without being unnecessarily pushy. Kudos to Anil and Balaji for the stellar experience.

The service is fast....Antony is the service advisor who solves my problems related to vcross...

They did not entertain well and they only provide justifications ...... Sir this is not available, thats not available and all.......

I requested a test drive for Isuzu D-Max V Cross and they called me on the very next day and scheduled the drive. I had a nice experiance with the vehicle as well as the companion Mr.Syed. He is a customer oriented guy and helped us to enjoy the real machine which we drove. Keep up the good work!Coming to the vehicle performance, It really did a wonderful job in the 4x4 section. I think the onroad price is 16.7 lakh, but it is worth the money who all are live to offroad. Go for it!
