Please do not use this platform to replace battery. I have placed order twice, but everytime a person will call to verify the address and demand extra delivery charges than it is mentioned in their website. In their website battery replacement cost was showing 1750 + 70(delivery charge) but they demanded to pay 160 for the delivery charge. Its better you get a battery from authorized dealer which costs less than battery wala and get it replaced by any local mechanic.

Ordered battery for Activa 5g but could not be delivered. Very limited delivery locations. Asked to pick up the battery from a store which is 40 KM away. Then abruptly canceled the order without any call. Free and cash on delivery all lies mentioned on their website. Better buy from local authorized dealer.

Worst experience ever. I called them to replace batteries for my UPS. Gave them all the details. The came and broke my UPS. Now they are saying it wont work cause it is a little old and telling me to buy new. My UPS was in perfectly working condition.Please do not use their services. They dont have business ethics. Your product may end up getting damaged and they will blame you.

Ive come to know of this online store from Amaron website. I could easily finalize my battery model in their site, and these guys offer the best price when compared to any other dealer. The details about the battery and the terms were clearly written. Before placing the order, Ive contacted their WhatsApp number and they were very polite in answering all my queries. Once I am fine with the details Ive placed the order online and they have delivered me on the same day. They ask for the convenient time of our choice, call to us just 1 hour before that and then they actually pay a visit. Overall a good satisfactory experience. Will recommend to anyone!

Fake promise. They overcharge you in the name of after sales service and ditch you when you require service. Not good for B2B deals, they may dent your reputation as well...

They r ok for getting ur batteries recharged but never buy new batteries from them. I have a doubt that they r selling duplicate batteries, my bike battery didnt even last 3 months and then they dont take any responsibility. They will just ask u to call Exide and get it sorted.
