VERY POOR SERVICE . They are not interested in doing the work.. we asked for steering alignment and adjustment. They first checked and said they will change it. After a while they informed that alignment is proper and asked to check. When we showed the improper steering alignment they said that these changes and modifications cannot be done here. They are trying to send the vehicles without providing necessary service . If they dont have the service then they should have informed it in the first place . Wasting others time

Really amazing experience I ever had in my life .. came here to change the bulb of my car which was not working... they took only 5 min to fix it and they dint even charge me for the bulb and service ...... I have seen many service station even change you service charge for changing the wiper blade .. really amazed with how they treated the customer is so great. I am happy to give the my car here. Highly recommended.. keep up the great work ...

Went for replacing wiper washer hose due to a rat bite. They charged me for replacing the whole assembly but then they just used aftermarket connectors with my old hose. Also they replaced the wiper pivot for no reason, it was working perfectly fine.Will never get my car serviced here again.

Good place to get your Ford vehicles serviced. Technicians are good and knowledgeable. Space is a big constraint as there are limited service bays and the location is in a residential area.

Visited the place to resolve the check engine light on my ford ecosportMr muruganan, the service head is the guy to look for. Had his reference from one of my frnds in pps ford. He patiently understood the issue and took up the vehicle at the first instance possible. The the task was undertaken by Mr sarvanan who did his job very professionally. Both of them were very professional and explained me the issue. The test scans were successfully run and the vehicle was ready. Glad that I went to the right place and met the right people.

Mr. Murugan and Mr Akshay both coordinated really very well at the service centre and gave a truly good device experience! Earlier I used to visit metro ford service in lingarajapuram but after they shut their service Ive been a regular customer to PPS Ford Domlur and they have never let me down! It s not good service centre at all. First they said that gear box oil leak. Wen I asked them to check. They din check & said u have to change drive shaft. Then 1 service technician told 14000 rs for it. Suddenly service engineer came he said 18500rs. Then for ball bearings technician told 2400. Service engineer told 4500rs. How is it possible of so much difference. Then service engineer started shouting on technician, though we all know that this all work is done by technician not by service engineer. I asked them to hand over the vehicle back. They wer not ready to do so. They said first u have to sign consent that u dont want to repair here. I din even checked I just signed & came back with the vehicle. It was such a in professional behaviour with them. I personally like ford vehicles but this service centre s very bad. I would like to inform ther seniors to look into the matter, it gives bad reputation to the pps ford service station.

I am a long standing Ford customer, and have had service issues at most Ford Service centres. Bit of trust issues! I needed my car to be serviced and tried long to contact one Mr Murugan A, who used to address my car around a decade and half ago. Recently, I learnt Mr Murugan moved to Ford PPS Ford Domlur. Big relief when I saw him in person, and we almost immediately connected. Murugan swung in to take care of my car. He addressed every single aspect of what needed to get done. This Service Center is located at a good place. Workers work here are decreasing the rating. Very slow or lethargic response and take too much time to complete the servicing. There is no timeline bounded.

I havent been to a Ford service centre that was so quick with their TAT and showed such high level of professionalism. Mr. Robin who assisted me with my service this week was phenomenal with his guidance and expertise. People make up the place and this service centre is a testimony to that.

Went with friend to check for Abs error in his car, very prompt checkup and service by PPS ford guys, turned out to be battery issue and was replaced immediately. Checkup and service done right in front of us unlike other brands where they ask to leave the car for them to check. Highly recommended for ford cars. Felt far better than the Hyundai service guys.

Its been a Wonderful Experience

Had a bad morning with my car showing an engine warning on the way to office. Reached out to PPS ford and took the car to the service center ta Domlur. Mr Yasar and Mr Murugan was very helpful and proactive in attending the car and promptly correcting the issues. Good place to get your ford serviced. The service engineer Mr Shivamoorthy did a good job with the repairs that were to be done.

Had a horrible experience. I gave my 14yr old Ikon for service as I expected to fix all issues . But they ended up breaking the gearbox which was perfectly working fine when I handed them the car. They didnt own up their mistake and demanded 20k to fix that. I advice people to not go here for your old vehicles. And the messages are so annoying, no idea how to stop these spam messages.

Went for Battery replacement, they sent technician to my home and replaced the battery because the car need jump start. Even their approach was very good. Vishnu who work at PPS taken all the care and explained everything about the service. Will come for service next time.

Disappointed with my last service here. They are trying to sell you things that you dont need and my car came out with more problems than it initially had. The system is flawed because they request you for a review very quickly, but the cracks begin to show only after a week or two of driving.

Most transparent and best Ford service centre in Bangalore. This is the first time I genuinely feel to give a big thumps up for their service. My Ford ecosport had battery and AC Fan issue. They were able to identify the fix the issues in less than an hour. They have very decent customer lounge and provide water and snacks. Even chess and ludo board games are available to play. Over all, the best service center I have visited in Bangalore

They are maintaining the standard of FORD. Timely co-ordination for pickup and drop of the car makes it easier for the customers like me. Team is good.

The best service centre in Bangalore so far I have seen. Highly professional staff who literally inspects the car and rectify issue like they own it. I have a Figo but they treated me like I own a Mustang. You are served snacks tea coffee and multiple bottles of water in the waiting area. The staff is incredibly professional right from answering the first call to billing and return of vehicle. They have the necessary technical expertise and patience to answer all questions. The place is in a congested residential area. Barley any parking and roads are blocked outside the showroom due to their cars going in and out all the time. Service is good, but they need to listen more towards their customers and be properly transparent. Else, its good.

Giving this rating because I had a bad experience. Maybe others feel different. But I thought to keep people aware that you need to be really careful while the estimate for service is prepared and before you sign to avoid loosing your hard earned money.Rest of the customer interaction, timely services are good.Online timeslots would not be applicable. So dont go by booking online. Better to contact them and book the service.

Got my vehicle serviced twice at this center and I must say that the staff is very professional and the process was very smooth and well organized. Very happy with the service carried out on my car.Recently I had a small issue in the car and the technician(Gopinath) came and solved it with ease and explained clearly what was the issue in detail. Gave an Ecosport for regular service and some issues of rattling noise near dashboard.Service executives are really friendly at first but don’t pay attention after payment is done.They do a temporary fix of everything and then again issues start after a month.They will push hard for the sterilisation package which costs a bomb and unnecessary for just rubbing sanitizer everywhere (which you can do it yourself at home)Expected better quality of service from FordDon’t recommend this place. Metro ford service was betterUnfortunately it closed down.

This is one of the best Ford service centers in Bangalore. Overall happy with their service and their interaction with the customer. Mr Vibin who is the service advisor here in PPS Ford is really co-ordinating and has a friendly attitude towards the customer. He explained the issues coming to the car well and also updated me on call coming to the issues the car had when checked during repair.

Fog lamp of my car was damaged after hitting an auto. I took the car to this service center. It was fixed within 10 minutes. The attitude of the executives were very nice. They provided nice tips for maintaining car.

This is one of the best Ford Service centre in Bangalore. Knowledgeable and very helpful service person, on time service, clean service area, nice and decent waiting area with refreshments and most importantly good technicians who take care of your car properly, what else you need. Anytime you go to this service center, they are always happy to serve you with smile. There is one service center close to my home, but still I travel more to go to this service center.

Worst service. In my last service they intentionally made issues in my car simply to siphon off money from me. Complained to Ford also but no results. Please be aware of them.

Completely deteriorated in terms of service . Long bills , high labor cost of no quality and replacing parts sometimes for no reason. The first time my ford car 2014 model which ran just 25k was charged Rs 25000/- for replacing battery, brake and normal service. I had to visit 2nd time in a month to address a noise issue which was not fixed the first time due to link rod.Again replacing the part and the noise seemed to have gone. This was back in 2018 November.Was happy as I thought it was pretty normal to change these irreparable parts.Come Dec 2019 ....I generally like to maintain the car as I drive everyday 25 km to my office. Am again provided a bill of 19.5k this time even worse,starts with cleaning not up to mark in the interiors. After 2 days I got my vehicle and that too with the same issues + new issues. This time they asked to replace the entire clutch unit and it was running good until 10 kms. Noise started coming in 2 days , power steering stopped working in days , vehicle vibrated in almost every time you are in 1st or 2nd gear.This service center lacks skills (not sure why they charge a high labor) in fixing & repairing rather the best option for them is replacing parts and then they realize if it does not fix so replace another and keep the billing meter on!!.

Good service station. Lakshmi did a great job when it comes to managing difficult questions. This service station is committed to timelines and decent service. Good to see my car ready at least 30 minutes before the committed timeline. I somehow found the service to be a bit expensive. Apart from that there 3 nothing to complain. The job was well done.
