Went to Sireesh Auto few days back to test Drive XUV700 (buying 3rd vehicle from this showroom ☺️ but XUV didnt impress me much), staff was awesome.. specially Somaiah is always there to help. Great place to buy a Mahindra 👌👍

I visited for demo of XUV700.. My experience was good.. As I visited on a weekday it was less crowded.. An executive greeted us as we entered and asked the purpose. After that he has redirected to right person for demo. I liked the fact that he didnt do any false promises on booking and delivery. He explained the car as well. Other dealers also should be like this.. No false promises should be made to get bookings.

The staffs and the dealer did an excellent and commendable job today (Oct, 02) on the launch of the new XUV 700. Crowd and traffic was seamlessly managed with no compromise on Covid appropriate behavior. Kudos!

Pricing is more compared to other Mahindra showroom in Bangalore for the same models and same week.My reply after the response from ownerPrice difference of xuv700 different version is atleast 30-40k. When I asked your executive he said this is what we can offer, so why customers should pay extra money? Let me know if you need what price other showrooms in Bangalore are offering

Its a pathetic experience. I suggest not to go these guys. All are false promises just to get the booking after that they will say like its not possible.1. They have promised me extended warranty as free (it is for 2 years but they given for one year), they did not extend the on road assistance at all. (I paid extra now and got it extended)2. They promised me that under chassis quoting as free and during the vehicle delivery they tried to not to give but when I insisted they given me.3. They charged 30k for insurance but the bill given to me was 28,500 and said like because of under chassis quoting the difference amount has taken4. They promised me parcel tray as free but its been a month sales guy and other people point finger on other.5. They did not do the due diligence before handing over the keys to me. I was checking all parts of the vehicle on delivery the vehicle child lock did not work properly because of which door did not open6. There is referral bonus which my referee should get (friend) till now he did not get it7. I booked the vehicle in the month of Feb, they have mentioned to me that 2 to 3 months. I got my vehicle delivery in the month of July after continuous follow up. The price of the vehicle increased by 1 lac now.8. this list will goes on... I suggest not to go for these guys just because of false promises. Mahindra price is same all over India, its better to go for another dealer in Bangalore

Poor experience at Sireesh auto. I am already an owner of a 2018 Thar crde and wanted to upgrade to the all new 2021 Thar LX. Placed an enquiry through the mahindra thar website and it got routed to Sireesh auto. This was way back in July. The rep was good in handling our enquiry and invited us over for a closer look and a test drive. We went to the showroom, he explained all the features, no problem.We next sat in the car ready for the test drive and the Thar console gave some errors and refused to move, maybe some technical problem with the car. As a result we couldn’t do the test drive that day. Fair enough - I don’t blame that. What disappointed me is - after that day (you guys wasted our time by making us come there physically and Test drive didn’t happen), no one from Sireesh had the courtesy to follow up with our enquiry and offer a test drive again in the next 3 months, especially since it was you guys who have to give me the pending test drive and convert it to a booking, not me having to chase you guys repeatedly if your demo car is faulty.3 months later someone randomly called up and asked about my experience and I told him what happened, he said he would have someone call me up and take it forward. Again no one reached out. It is a shame if you treat your own existing Thar customers this way. Our previous Thar was bought from another dealer far away in Palace cross. I stay less than a kilometre from this Sireesh place and went here this time, thinking it is closer to home and more convenient. Unfortunately looks like the faroff dealer is much better with treating customers than this place. You guys lost a guaranteed sale, maybe 1 Thar means nothing to you among the 1000s of cars that you might sell, but I will definitely not recommend Sireesh to any of my contacts going ahead. Only giving 2 stars for a nice explanation and experience until the test drive, otherwise zero stars for this kind of attitude.

Syed is a great Salesman!! I explored a few cars and got test drive for Balero Neo which was very good but I had different personal choices and zeroed down on non-Mahindra car. Overall very good!!

Plz dont buy wehicla form Mahendra Sireesh Auto.Please do not buy anything from this showroom. Those people break the customer promises. I had booked Mahindra xuv300 on March 2021but now his salesman call and tell me that your Car which was booked now its value has increased by 1lakh.I went to buy car on the same day but he gave me 4 months waiting. It was not my fault in this. And now he is saying whether you have to take or not or else we will give it to some other customer.So I request to all please dont buy anything for Mahindra Sireesh Auto.

They have no test vehicle to drive, just one vehicle on display. No brochures to show. I wanted to see Xuv500 or scorpio but nothing was there. Thye expect customer to pay and buy a car without seeing it

Visited for the booking of Thar, Employees are good, but in the webnair they mentioned about sanitization has taken seriously but in reality it wasnt, the santizer is at entrance only, After having a look and feel of the Thar, none of the people are sanitizing the car & all the customers are checkingSo please carry your own sanitizer & make sure to visit in the weekdays

These are cheats, they showed us a vehicle with features which are not available in the latest models. They even confirmed the features are available then they apologize without offering a solution. Fraudulent people offering substandard vehicles for a substantial amount......

I interacted with Manjunath M [sales executive] from the very first visit to Sireesh Auto Showroom on Hosur road. I got to see the car on the day it was launched last November along with VR experience. Manjunath M. did an excellent job as a sales executive to clarify questions, arranged a test drive and finally delivered the vehicle.

20 days before purchased a brad new MAHINDRA XUV 500 W7 Model, very upset as not satisfied with the finishing of the car, as the body and bumper color varies, logged the complain long back, no proper response and still not rectified yet. When we pay lakhs to you ,without any negotiation with price, N you people not giving any accessories TOO , but when the delivery of car comes with color variations AND SO MANY PROBLEMS WITH CAR,why should we accept it. SO PLEASE REPLACE THE NEW CAR AS WE REQUIRED ASAP.

I brought car cover from sales team here. They told it is not water proof but it is dust proof. But that cover is of useless. Even I cover my car using this cover dust is going inside making my car dirt. Not genuine accessories.

I tried reaching out to the showroom over phone to enquire about a model availability. No one seems to pick up the phone , i tried 6 times from 1030 to 1130am on 10th feb. If this is the state of affairs, i highly doubt what sort of post sales service these ppl will have.

The way they treat customer is @...$-$;. I will never purchase from them (@Sireesh auto bommanahalli), even if I want a Mahindra 4 wheeler. I gone to showroom with my family to test drive Mahindra Thar. They told they dont have any. I also checked for a Scorpio, the sales guy told that they dont have that also. Ok fine. I was keep asking questions to the salesman instead of that person asking me what I need. Then I came out of showroom disappointedly (since the salesman didnt even ask my contact details or even whether I am interested or not). He was not even ready to arrange a test drive later (not possible as he doesnt have any of my details). When I came out of showroom I saw Scorpio and thar parked outside (not sure whether they are test drive vechicles). The guy was behaving like he doesnt want to sell the product to me(maybe I look like a poor guy for them). They treated like I am taking the car for free.They given a number to contact for my review. Called that number and no one picked (no one gave call back also. shared the pic). What a great service..........Expecting more like this

They have competent staff, good management system. They always do a good job. I service my vehicle only here since the past three years. You may ask for service advisor Anish or Srinivas.

Sales staff was pleasant. Used car evaluation is totally unprofessional and technically challenged staff who does not understand automobile technologies. Even though I was not planning to sell my old car, they forced me to get it evaluated just to list out a number of silly cribbing wrong statements about my old car so that they can sell me a new one !

The showroom lacks enough space for the number of customers it gets during peak season. The decor is purely functional and not designed to impress anyone. There is very little parking space.
