Service Experience (Trident Jakkasandra)- I had taken my car (Santro) for minor service to get the door handles (both sides) replaced. The left side door job was done satisfactorily. Right side door handle replacement lead to tightening of a doorknob (this was duly brought to attention within 5 minutes of the replacement). It was told that this will get loosen up but I had to struggle the whole day to open the main right side door with my keys. I went again into the service center (Jakkasandra) next day to show and discuss this issue. To my utter dismay, they took 20 minutes to check and just lubricated some stuff inside. When I checked again, the problem was not rectified and it was being told that the problem now lies in the door key and the latch. Im wondering how come this happened soon after the right-side door handle replacement. To add to the misery, the nonchalant attitude of the two blue uniform service attendants. Very Pathetic experience overall. Paid the full amount with exorbitant labor charges and still, the problem is not rectified.
