I have been following up with them, for my car pick up from 14th Aug21 till today the vehicle is not picked up from my house. Great co-ordination between them & 21 North...?? Very bad service& experience.No wonder the Nissan market has not grown in India.

They fixed my break caliper wrongly with caliper pin rubbing against router, though they noticed the bad noice they were not able totto recognise their mistake and said it is normal , car was given post service on the way back noice was very bad. Drow back to centre spoke to sr service adviser, he Noticed and rectified but my disc was already damaged due to metal to metal contact

Car Servicing is not good that much, just okay.For the pricing I want to give 1star less. That is so expensive what I think. i.e. Car Dicky Cable fault, I need to pay ₹1100 whereas the material cost is only ₹200.THEY HAVE MISPLACED CAR CENTER MAT. 2star less.Hope this review help you!

I had kept my Nissan-Micra CVT for Service at Honnasiri Nissan and the service done was excellant.Special care was taken by Sathya and very thankful to him.

I went to Honnasiri Nissan with Micra XV CVT battery drainage problem. Brand new battery installed at Nissan service station used to get drained within 3-4 days. I consulted with Mr Chandru and he patiently looked in to it and assigned Technician to resolve the issue by reprogramming (which no other mechanic outside would have been able to do). Since the battery was installed at the same service station they charged extremely low labor charges (150/-). Very happy with the service and the way issue was diagnosed, root caused and resolved. I am going back for my 30K service in next month or two. Due to good service offered I also bought 3 years RSA from them, otherwise I would never have purchased it.

I had given my car for repair after an accident on 15 March. I was called to do test drive three times. All the times car had multiple issues.And the contact person Mr. Rajesh kept giving excuses after excuses when i escalated the issue to the GM Mr. Praveen. Even then it was from kettle to drum.I got my car back with multiple complaints all unrectified yester after 4 months.Very very poor service.Try to avoid this Service Centre at any cost

I have seen and been to many Nissan service centers but Honnasiri Nissan stands different. This service center has real brains which they deploy and ensure 100% customer satisfaction. One person whom I have not met but often speak is Mr. Chandru and when I come up with issues related to my sunny vehicle and I get the perfect solution. Mr, Chandrakumar did wonderful job on my car.I was worried about service when shahawar Nissan closed. So I was searching sevice centre, mean time I received a call from Honnasiri Nissan. Just asked about best service adviser, they gave me chandrakumar contact number, when I called him, within a ring he picked up my call and spoke to me. The way he interacted, was awesome and he assured about quality service. Next day my vehicle being picked up and service adviser chandrakumar called me regarding whether vehicle facing any issues, he heard my queries patiently, each and every issues resolved and mean time keep sending me the images of vehicle service updates on my whatsapp. Even I got videos from him about vehicles service, Even he proceeded after confirmed by me to replace any parts. Really was amazing experience, sitting at home and getting details about my vehicle. Post service experience is really awesome, vehicle is very smooth as well as I paid less amount compare to previous service experience.
