I had visit to this dealer for enquiring regarding counter parts sales. Unfortunately, they dont sell the parts anymore, they had stopped 6 months back itself. However, the service representative was co operative & directed me to proper dealer i.e Cauvery Ford where sale counter parts but I am yet check it out there. Showroom is pretty well maintained with Ford Endeavour demo model on display.

We had one of the best experience for test driving ford freestyle. Mr Shreesha was the executive who facilitated the test drive was very knowledgeable and answered every query that we had. The demo car was clean and neat with door step demo offered. They also made one of the best offer price. The only let down was by Ford, where the car is lagging quiet a bit behind in terms of looks and features and price department when compared to other cars in the same segment. It was a very positive experience over all and I will recommend PPS Ford.

We bought our first car - Ford Figo Titanium plus from this place 2 weeks ago and now Ford has announced its exit. There were rumours that Ford will exit but the dealer promised that it wont happen. Figo is a good car but its sad that resale value, service, spare parts will become an issue eventually like how it happened with Chevrolet. I wish we had made a better choice.

My husband and I bought our first car (aspire) here. Happy with the whole process of purchasing Ford EcoSport through PPS Lalbagh. They came home for test drive which I was pleasantly surprised with. There was a delay in delivery because of the whole covid situation firstly with semiconductor shortage in the auto industry and then the lockdown. But there was constant communication from to their side. Received the vehicle on 25th June finally. There was a hustle to make things happen on time, but vehicle was delivered as promised. It was good experience until delivery.1. Found one windshield rubber is coming out asked them to fixed it, they fixed it.2. One side fender gap was bigger than to other.3. They done unnecessarily 3M germ clean. Service advisor argument was -- sir it will be covered in the insurance. PPS ford can answer, which insurance covers 3M services.I bought car to home and till the time I reach the home again windshield rubber popped up.I requested them for home visit, they came and again fixed it around 11:00 AM. And they have given me double side tape to fix it DIY for me.By the evening it was again in same condition and still its same.

Service engineer Sachin arrived as per scheduled time and finished off complete car servicing in less than 2 hrs and also gave inputs on what else to be taken care in the next servicing. His work was clean and flawless. Total service cost was reasonable and they have not charged any additional amount for the door step service. I am really impressed with the overall work.
