I wont say worst product as not used so far but definately a worst service. They have called several times to book the order and once money is paid they literally dont bother. You keep on calling or messaging, no proper reply whatsoever.This is the first ever negetive review posted by me in entire life. You can imagine the pathetic service by this company. Never can i suggest any business for such horrible experience.We know business is not easy but man atleast have some courtesy to keep up to your words. Really sorry for mean words but you people very well deserved this.

I bought a vacuum cleaner in Feb 2019. They gave no sales receipt. They dont answer the phone. I called Eureka Forbes customer service, yet no receipt after 3 months. Eureka Forbes says that they dont know anything about this service center (they say that they cant find it).

Worst sales team ever, as per my experience they are always rude to customer and misbehave. Insult customer like anything. Once they received amount , then they will put customer in trouble. 2 times they provided with damaged unit and struggled a lot to get replace.

Dont ever buy from these rogues...they took complete payment from me for a vacuum cleaner I purchased, but have given me a temporary invoice. I have not received the original invoice even after 45 days of purchasing! They also promised that I will get a watch as a gift along with the purchase, but I have not received the watch also! I have recorded each and every conversation Ive had with their sales representative Dikshit who came to sell the vacuum cleaner and took the payment, and if they dont heed to my grievances, I will pull these idiots to the court

I had ordered water purifier by a sales man but the people took around 1 week to get installed and we need to call them to get work done once we paid money.we need to be behind them. Better order online and get installed in 2 days

Bought a biomatric device from Eureka, Raised a complain almost 6 month back, Till not it is not rectified, Customer support team never reply, Manager, Director nobody is bothered to respond .Such a pathetic product and company customer care. I never recommand a product to buy from this company. If you buy, you will sacrifice with poor product service.

Pls be careful when you are going purchase this company product, It has horrible service and unnecessarily changing the parts and try to loot the customers. It is fraud company.

People working here are so careless!!!! Irresponsible. Our total bill is 95k And v hav cleared our bill!!! Its been more than 2 months.... non of the things are working coz they havent installed it properly like video door phone, door sensors.... fed up of calling them everyday.....such a fraud company!

Pathetic service and horrible,waste of money

The products and even the staff over this company are horrible and pathetic. They dont even give heed to your complaints once the payment is done. Staffs are horrible and lethargic dont respond at all

Pathetic service, pathetic staff. For 6 days weve been trying to get our water filter reinstalled but nothing has happened. The technician came to reinstall, took 1100 for half the job, and never came back. Absolutely horrendous company, and I hope the CEO takes a long hard look in the mirror to determine if hes doing his job correctly.

Never ever go for Eureka Forbes Aquaguard. They do day robbery. I paid Rs. 17,500/ aquaguard Magna which breaks down (specially the Water Tap costs you Rs. 250.00 each time) at least once in 3-4 Months. Their service charge is also very high (Rs. 350.00 per visit). Even after paying 17.5k you will not have peace of mind and have to depend on other purified water sources.

Dont ever buy products from this company. Service is pathetic, they dont know how to service the customers.The purifier broke down and its been two weeks , no response or action taken. Logged service request on the site , didnt receive a confirmation email or a message. So this shows that they service at their own will. Will never buy anything from eureka...........

The euroclean vacuum cleaner was not working within in a weeks time. No response from these people. Their offers are endless, as they offered me a complete replacement for any fault within one month and life time free service. Both are fake offers. They did not replaced and did not serviced the item. I bought this item on 19th Oct 2013 and today it is 5th apr 2014 when i write this review. Absolutely no response from both the local dealer as well as the direct eureka forbes helpline.My humble advice to all who read my review Dont ever purchase the products from eureka forbes......

Bloody people I have ever seen. .they dont know how to talk to a customer and are never trained to deliver product on promised date. .giving all possible lame reasons. .persons by name balvanth and naveen are the worst ppl I had worst experience. .never buy any products from these rogues a real 3rd class people
