Got my cars AC repaired here. Its repaired and corrected now but another issue was with the AC switches which were not working, though had informed the attending person about that however it wasnt repaired instead I was told some wire work was corrected. They have used some tool to remove the AC switches in dashboard which has left scratch marks on it and that is very annoying to see as there were no scratch marks on the dashboard till now. I also hate the part that they stick their logo on the car without the permission.

Very good service centre , solved the problem which ford could not solve and that too for a very reasonable cost. Good staff and advisors. Mr. Ravi did very good job.Its feels good to drive after the service.

One of the best experience i had with my car service since i purchased my car. My Punto diesel had to be regularly serviced and i chose to visit canara. I knew that the car had problems with the glow plug for a long time but had ignored. SA Arun was super helpful in diagnosing the problem and offered to replace. Even FASS does not do such a professional job. If your vehicle is out of warranty and you are not happy with company service station, this place offers complete solution. I am super impressed. Mr Venkatesh of Canara Auto centre is a person who is a thorough professional. He gives you a very accurate picture of the status of the vehicle and advises accordingly. Really Bad. For one mirror adjustment switch for my Wagon R car, they took 3 days and my car is still standing in their guarage only. Still no confirmation whether they get that switch or not. Even on 3rd day they r staying they will try to get the switch.I am not sure on wht basis these customers are given good ratings. I believe all these customers are of their own relatives and friends and so why given that 5* rating.This is my first visit to them and look to my situation that I am in.To avoid these kind of issues, I believe it’s better to give our services in the Maruti Direct service centers, rather than Opting for these kind of car garages just to save couple of Rupees.The Frustrated Customer 😒😣☹️

Work done very neat

I got my car (Sunny) serviced on 18/12/2020 with Canaraa Auto Centre with a billing amount of 11300 INR (Usual service along with Brake pad change and alignment check). The very next day I travelled to Chennai and did experience a complete drifting of my car toward left & right and was not able to use brakes because the drift would simply increase. I spoke to the service center about the issue on my way and they told me to continue driving and it was due to tyre change while alignment check and will get better with the distance. The drift simply got more risky and some how got back to Bangalore the same day. I called the service center and fixed an appointment to have the same checked the very next day (21/12/2020). They checked my car and informed that bush need to be changed in the front which was the issue and I took my car from the center on 22/12/2020 after paying 2900 INR. I am happy with their customer service but my only concern is they should have identified the issue in the first go rather than put me into an ordeal for 3 days. People who do visit the center I would recommend you to please have your car checked in full before taking it out from service rather than having a risky experience on the road.On the customer service end I really appreciate Venktesh Murthy who was co ordinal and attended to all my issues.. Three cheers to that .. 👍👍

You will get everything here, a battery mechanic, electrician, engine mechanic, tinker, painter, water wash, rubbing polish and even they hve spare parts and response time is very much appreciated.. Billing and costing is very much reasonable.. I will suggest this.. They do all brands car repair here..

I had my white Hyundai i10 serviced 2 weeks back and the staff/owners r really good. Well informed by Girisha/Venkat and Ravi before and after sevice.I had been there for some issues 2-3 times after the service and everytime they have done whatever I have asked without any hesitation.Today changed my Silencer there. The young guy(dont know his name) and the mechanic were also very good.They also dont hesitate to say if few things are not needed to change(which we feel to change), they say dont change.Recommended !!

Well behaviour staff, Good service, Expert mechanics, On demand Pick up for service. I have been taking my car here for more than 2yrs and very well staff and good service. On demand they will pick your car for service and drop at door step. Also observed, they ask you to do whichever is necessary for service. And they never ask to waste your money for unnecessary things. I really liked the service by Canara. Ravi is one of the best guy here.

Have been here just once so far on the recommendation of someone and it was a great experience. Definitely plan to go here regularly here on. The service center is quite popular with residents of surrounding areas and justifiably so. You get great service and the staff are quite honest. They dont suggest unnecessary replacements of spare parts and oils. Also, no damage was done to my car. The washing was very good too.

Went there after seeing high ratings and recommendations. I was rather disappointed. They arent much different compared to other service centre.I reported 3 minor issues, none of which were attended. During the time of delivery, I had to ask and get at least one fixed.They didnt even clean the vehicle properly. Patches of dirt on the body and chunks of mud stuck on the mudguard.Cost: Rs 7500 for regular service without any part replacement. Synthetic oil was used.

Painting quality is not good

I met Mr. Venkatesh ,who had explained about the problems in my car swift dezire and done a good service .Its a multibranded car service centre.

For body work is well but last time I given my innova car for service with Mr. Raviteja but in this service time by finding name confused with the name Ravi. I given my car with another person but still it was troubleing with service..... Engine and pick up nt gud, Im feeling very bad.

The work manager Venkatesh is a maverick of sorts. Twice I have visited this place for unscheduled repairs and both the times I am pretty satisfied with their work. The only problem is they source the necessary parts if warrant a new one on diagnosing the problem. Hence a waiting period of 24 hrs between diagnosis and repairs is invariable. In todays world of incentive driven repairs at most of the company service centers, I find this service centre trying to salvage the old part as much as possible..a..la 80s style

Fraud service center - Recently I took my elite i20 to this service center for general service and also AC was not functioning. One of colleague referred this center. The guy(I think his name was Venkatesh or Ganesh)who came with me for test drive told me AC compressor valve is faulty and it will cost me 6.5k even without opening the bonnet and verifying. So I asked him to double check and let me know the problem in AC. I was suspecting rat bite.The same guy calls me in the morning and tells me he opened the AC system and it is compressor valve which is not working.... He literally forced me to fix it by paying 6.5k. I did search in Hyundai genuine parts and found that compressor valve costs around 4K. So I refused and told him not to worry about AC and only carry on with general service.After I took delivery of my vehicle he again calls me after half an hour and tells me that he can now fix the problem for just 4.5K. I again refused.After couple of days I took my car to advaith service center where I used to go all these days before switching to Canara fraud service center. They verified the vehicle and found that one of the wire which was connected to temperature sensor from AC was cut because of rat bite and another wire connected to AC was intentionally cut using wire cutter or scissors. They fixed it and charged me 2k including tax.Please don’t trust this service center. It is a group of fraudsters.

One of the best service centre in this area. I have been giving my car to this centre for the last 3 Yrs. completely satisfied. Venkatesh and Girish these two service in charge are very attentive to the car complaint and get those issue fixed properly.

This place is very very expensive and also if ur new to the place they will charge a hell lot of money.. I gave service and in middle visited for general check up for our station thy charged 600 for that aso.. Even though gave service this time its shock.. They r charging double the amount of company and other multi brand service stations.. So my kind request to keep away from this place if there wil b shock in ur bill.
