Honest Review!Recently purchased a Fat Bike( Fittrip duke fat) from this store and it was an awesome experience to be honest! The shop owner and staffs were so friendly and have a really good knowledge about cycling and its stuffs. The price was also less compared to many other stores . The owner was honest about the fat bike and he insisted to get an MTB which is rare because usually owners try to sell stuffs which are costly but the owner (Syed bhai) was too honest and good. overall experience was really good and service there is also great!Best store to buy cycles and its accessories in Bangalore

Seller lies a lot about price of the bicycles. He quotes high price initially and then does the bargaining act. Purchased cosmic cycle whose cost is around 20k in their official website inclusive of all the tax and he quoted 27k and ended paying more than the mrp without any knowledge. Have the bill to prove.Also the accessories given in this shop is way less and cheaper quality compared to other shops. We can better go to other shops or visit decathlon instead getting cheated like this.

It was a really good experience. We received the best service. The owner was honest enough and suggested us the pros and cons of the cycle we had shortlisted. We got the best price and received complementary accessories. They even helped us in the transportation service, as the cycle had to be couriered to another state.

Service is really good. The executive explained about different options available with them along with pros and cons of them. My requirements were very specific which he listened to and then suggested few models. This is the cycle i bought from syed, bharath cycles. Schnell.R-bike. B4 buying i had done lot of survey, which is gd which is bad, and later visited this store. I still had confusions. But, once i met syed, he gave me a clarity what would better suit me. And he gave each and every details of the bicycle , and unlike any other bicycle shop which i previously visited, he has gd technical knowledge and also provided good discount. One suggestion is b4 visiting here make sure you too know something about bicycles and what ride you would need like road, hybrid or MTB, what budget etc. In youtube you may find lot of videos regarding it. My budget was under 18k but after he explained i bought schnell r-bike, Indian manufacturer which costs 23k and its its been 3 months and i have completed 2000kms and have no regrets till date. I have visited 3 other bicycle showrooms, and this1 stands in the top of my list . Now the prices have gone up after corona pandemic, but literally, if u you wanna buy a new ride, this s the store u need to visit. Even after buying, service is pretty good. Also, the bicycle i bought comes with 27.5 inch tyres but he changed it to 29 inch also installed shimano gears instead of micro shifters on my bike upon my request. I really dont think, this customisation option is available in any other shop. Usually, they say its not possible, and ignore it. This guy handles minute problems of yours and make sure that you are happy with whatever you receive. Thankyou syed for the ride. I really loved it and will only recommend bharath cycles.

Syed is very customer oriented. He suggested the right cycle and was kind enough to replace a piece which had a defect (very rarely someone does that) Also, he is cheerful, prompt and patient with the customers, does not push a particular brand, but suggests the model based on the customers needs. I visited about 5 cycle stores and none gave the level of comfort that Syed provided. Highly recommend to visit the store if you want to purchase a cycle - and the store has infinite options :)
