Dont refill airs to tyre here, this is 2nd time their person who fills air to tyre , scewed up the valve of my new activa tyre, and also this air filler person wont put back the dust cap after filling. Overall average in sense not like other shell fuel station, rather with poor service spoiling the brand image of shell. I ponder how shell is blind to the quality provided by this outlet.

“CHEATS” would be an apt way to describe the folks here.Had to travel out of station on emergency and decided to get an oil and coolant change done at this shell station so that I don’t get stuck on the highway. They sold me 5 litres of coolant for a car that has a capacity of only 2.5 litres (I did not know this at the time I visited the shell station). When they could not fill in more than 2.5 litres, they worked around it by telling me that the coolant pump was faulty and so the coolant is not circulating as usual and that I had to be careful about the engine overheating.Only after visiting a Hyundai service centre a month later, I realised the trick they’ve played on me. There was absolutely no problem with the coolant pump.The synthetic oil and coolant used is of good quality though and I have no issues with it. The coolant used was so good and feels like the engine hesitates to heat up even after one month of use.

Well, it’s a shell fuel station. Everything is neat and organised. They are open 24/7 now. They have a small outlet from where you can grab more than enough snacks & car care items. They also have a small coffee shop inside the outlet which serves some good snacks & pastries.

Nicely maintained petrol bunk. Easily accessible from main road. The quality of fuel is very good. You can even check air pressure for free. Bike engine oils are also available. Car service and Washing is also available.

A good place to refuel your car with Shell confidence.. Also All staff working here are physically challenged.. But they make best Coffee which is very yummy and fantastic than any retail chains... Little support from our side... It feels bad when they say all go from the flyover, and no one comes down here for a coffee.....

Most of the time they will say that normal petrol stock is over! This is a gimic to make customers buy only power petrol! .. this has happened more than thrice in this branch.. have never experienced in any other shell branches so far !This is a Waste branch of shell .. these people will spoil shell brand name by doing these cheap tricks.. shell should take some serious actions..

Well managed station. Has got diverse staff. Got a coffee house. Offers free check up(only preliminarily visual) of 4 wheelers. Takes care of safety of its staff well. Right PPEs are used.

Very lazy guys in shell, before it was good. During oil change they dont work properly. Oil leakage is usually found. Delay in fuel filling during peak hours. Avoid peak hours

I fuelled diesel in this shell petrol bunk and observed that my car started emitting more black smoke. I took my car to service staion for checkup and they told that the diesel is mixed with kerosene. The mechanic pumped out the diesel and asked me to smell it and it was more of kerosene smell. I raised complaint against this instance in the shell bunk and till how i never got a feedback call.They faking people with the brand name with more price. I got a suggestion from another mechanic to not use fuel from SHELL bunk.Attaching the complaint copy

They will always have normal diesel out of stock and give an option of V-diesel which is rs 6/ltr more expensove than normal diesel. Gimmicks to just exttact more from the end customer.

I have personally been visiting this fuel hub since 4 years to all my services of bike and car . They are really great and wonderful at work and they have all the facilities required for a vehicle .
