Test drove the Bajaj Pulsar 220F, the test drive bike was very well maintained and was in good condition and the staff were very polite and nice and explained the features in detail

Bike was not delivered as promised,,They registered my PulserNS160, without allowing me to do any PDI .And during delivery time tyre hugger was bend(tilted to one side)They said they will gave latest manufactured bike but they didn’t ,, they gave old stock only,,Later i found Rear break oil was also leaking ..And Bike was fully cover with dirtI will recommended to buy from other showroom And get better things from you hard earn money.I was supposed to suggest my friend to buy Pulser 125 from this showroom but now I won’t ..

Amazing after sales response from Mr. Raghu and Sales & Service team of Popular Bajaj, Jayanagar and KR road. I had lost key of my bike and I was confused what to do!!! I had to call Mr. Raghu as I had only his number and he was there for me. He had arranged his service team to check what can be done also he made sure that I was OK. In fact he came down with them to ensure I was taken care. Commendable job from Popular Bajaj team. He is one of the best Consultant I have ever encountered who can take care of his customers so well when this kind of emergency arise. Thanks a lot Raghu, you were astounding!!! Not as committed, they hv overcharged and when asked for accounting they just try to delay. They gave me my Avenger with slight damage to side batter cap. Dont choose the 3M screen guard as they dont have expertise to install. They installed it but it doesnt serve the purpose as adequately required. I hv added images where it clearly shows the gap between the seat and applied area which shouldnt have happened. And damaged part. Not happy overall experience.

Pulsur 150 and Ns 160 had a test drive very much satisfied.

Will rate their service poor. We purchased a bike around 6 months back. They will call u a many a times untill you purchase the bike from them. They will tell you that they will take care of everything from end to end.But Once done they will not respond to your calls nor they will answer your queries.If picked up the call , they will respond saying its not their part to handle.Had a horrible experience. Staff behavior is poor.

Good staff but not quite cheerful. They only answer questions if you ask. They were not being typical salesmen. Overall experience was OK.Only thing I didnt like is the way they treat your new bike, they try to race the bike, I was worried they will hit some wall while taking the bike out for delivery.

If you know every detail of the bike you are buying, then go here. Because they will not explain anything about it. They look at you in such a way that why did you visit them.
