Had a very smooth and pleasant experience in buying my first car. From the time i test drive to when I got the vehicle key it was done 2 weeks flat.Sales person Syed was very helpful and proactive in helping me out. This is my first car and he help me ease in and helped me making my decision . Very polite and resourceful guy.Only gripe is that even after buying the top end model and shelling out so much there wasnt even a single goodies from the dealership. No car perfume, no tissue box, not even a simple key chain. Thats why cutting down one star.But, overall a good experience.

Duster Awesome car, it is looking good, comfortable seats, great mileage, good look, better than other cars. Especially that chocolate brown colour o loved it. But interior is okay compare to KIA. Engine wise this is the Best. Space for everything no doubt. (Kiger and Duster is budget friendly) Duster is very good looking. Beep intimation is there for all the car after 80km speed. Service is almost 6-7k since it is running model parts are easily available. Safety wise body part is best compare to Maruti Swift. Handling part is also good , staring cabin is very comfortable, stress free. Power is really great. Road safety is also good. Stability of the car in mud road also good. Rate comfort and easy staring. I think even 6.5feet people also can sit very comfortably. Dual air bag. Road tax is almost 2lakh. Resale value is good as I heard.Hospitality of the workers is really good . Appreciated there work.

Great experience in Renault Yelahanka, buying kigerSyed Junaid was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, He was upfront and honest, which I knew because I had already done my own research on the car..The buying process of my Kiger took about 26 days.The best part – Syed stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more easy . Worst Experience.Worst customer service ever.I waited one hour just to inspect the vehicle for service. Always they will service head went for lunch.No proper planning. Even after appointment I waited too long. Just imagine without appointment.No ac in customer lounge and No tv also.Very much disappointed.

My reason to give 1 star is because even though they did not put any covers on the seat or sanitize the car after servicing, they still charged me 400 rupees for covid consumables, which is very unfair. When questioned the Service engineer says it includes bill paper. Come on , I did not know people charge 400 rupees for one A4 sheet.If it is 400, for one vehicle, for 100 vehicles a day it is 40000. So for a month you are making 12 lakhs, unfairly.This is very wrong.

Today I had my second visit to renault Yelahanka showroom and they had an awesome custom service experience again . They were totally busy with pooja holidays approaching , but still managed to help me .My first experience was a rat bite of an engine component . Wasnt able to drive to the service center itself . Got the roadside assist from renault and they towed it to service center . The towing vehicle took 2.5 hrs to reach but I took the day off considering its not going to be smooth with the Bengaluru traffic. After reaching the service center they diagnosed and got it replaced by next day afternoon . Mr Vrishank P was my advisor and he did job good . He explained everything and kept me updated on the service of my vehicle . Was very courteous and professional.The second experience was today and I wasnt able to get a appointment as they were completely busy with the pooja holidays . Even then, I walked in and spoke if not change the component , at least make it drivable . Mr Sandeep helped me with getting it done . He was completed busy and we didnt even have a proper conversation . He took my vehicle and got in fixed in less than 30 mins and gave it back . He was on the phone talking with another customer and I couldnt even say a proper thank you !!Renault Yelahanka should be proud of such advisors . They are keeping up the good work .I had checked the reviews last year and was double minded seeing the negative reviews . But I had 2 experience till date and both were awesome . I think many arent posting experience as people tend to post only when something goes wrong .

And I have no idea with other renault outlets.Being auto enthusiast, have come across all brands, but never experienced the way treated by renault service team and back up.Would not recommend to purchase renault car, in specific in yelahanka showroom.

Really poor service. My car broke down and was taken there for repair first thing in the morning. Till evening they had no response as to what is the problem with the car, leave alone the repair status. Too much laxity in providing service. We only had to call thrice to check upon but in vain coz they had no update whatsoever.

Very efficient service team !. The service guy who took my car for service indicated that my vehicle is not yet due for service and gently requested if I would need any other support, since I wanted the brakes to be replaced. They did an excellent job and were prompt in their commitment.

I wouldnt recommend this showroom. Very poor service. Customers are made to wait for more than an hour. No service representative approached even after waiting for such a long time.Service representatives are hesitant to attend customers who visit the showroom for a free service.Overall experience is very poor.

Completely unsatisfied with the Service and Service staff. Car had small scratches on a brand new rear bumper after the service. Plus they initially asked me to pay for an indicator light that was broken by them... Later though - they replaced for free.But wouldnt recommend it to any one. Please avoid this service centre

Initial Review : Feb 2021Absolute pathetic after sales . Till sales it was good - which is why I waited for the first service to give a review. First service done - I dont know what they have done to the car. Exactly the way it was taken was got back - not even a wash. Got a call from their service centre asking for feedback and got a promise that they will set it right. Its been more than a week after that - no news. Very very disappointed to say the least.Edit on 16 April 2021 : The customer care head called up to apologize and promised a good service the next time around. Hope the overall aftersales improves for everyone.

For servicing, taking appointment is mandatory, otherwise you have to wait for few hours in customer/family lounge until service advisor comes. Their service charge is also little bit expensive for diesel cars. But overall their service quality is perfect.

Appalling car service. Not only is the work not done properly, they do not call and inform about status. We gave our Duster for servicing and was told it would be ready by the end of the day. No call , nothing. When we finally called they said it would take one more day. One more became two more. Finally we were told it was under final inspection and to come and collect. We turned up and are then made to wait for FOUR hours! And when we asked for the bill, a general reluctance to provide us that, and then another hours wait to get the bill!! Aaand to top it all, the a/c which was supposed to have been fixed has now conked out three hours into our drive. Absolutely ineffecient service and would strongly advice folks stay away from Renault especially this Yelahanka service centre.

For all the response from you. No executive has bothered to connect with me and there is no justification from you for Charging 3500 INR for a service and the trust factor is at its lowest. Why should I pay for your branded tissue and key is question that your bot copy and paste response will have no answer.The so called second free service at the end of first year was a rip off at the Yelahanka Service station . I was charged for services that I had not asked for and unnecessary, non existent sanitization and cleaning was billed for and I had to pay for the Renault branded key chain and tissues. When this was brought to the notice of the customer care no solution was provided. This would be my last service with Renault as I would prefer to get my next service paid and done from other multi brand service center. Just no accountability.

The best customer service that I have ever received at a car showroom. We went to the showroom to look at a few cars, while we hadn’t made up our mind on which car to upgrade to.The way they treat their customers is out of the world! They really add value and make customers feel special right from the first instance of visiting the showroom till the time you drive your car away from the showroom.Test drive was made very easy as the sales consultant brought the test drive vehicle to my home. Right from documentation to receiving my new car everything was made very easy including no communication gap!I have already referred a colleague of mine to this place and he has booked a car too!A special thanks to my sales consultant Jocelyn and all her team that helped with buying a new car look like child’s play!I definitely recommend this place if you intend to buy any of the available Renault cars.

I went there this morning at 11.30am. I told the person who approached me that I was interested in the automatic version of either the Kwid or Triber. She said that a sales consultant would come to meet me...I waited for 15 Mts then asked her if he was coming.. Another girl next to her said he was coming in 2minutes...After another 10 minutes I left... No one was bothered to stop me either..Renault’s brand values are being wasted at this dealership..

Staff were helpful.. I hv taken the vehicle on the same day.. Call and fix the appointment before walkin...they also arrange to pick and drop vehicle for service.. It is generally after two days they agree to pick the vehicle.. Better to drop and pick the vehicle on the same day.. There is no water wash here..

Worst service, theyve charged me hygiene charges twice without giving any information.worst communication between manager and advisors which led my car in their premises for two days and no repairs, they kept my car and did nothing for two days because of their improper organization and miscommunication between the workers.i was not buying the car if I would have know Renault service station are bad like these.i request higher managers of this company to consider and do something.
