The details that was shared through pics and videos was reassuring to know they have genuinely serviced the vehicle and checked the things what I had asked for. But cleaning services could have been better. It was still dusty inside

I had lot many parts to change as part of my 5 year service and I knew it would cost me a bomb, but the folks at ITPL gave me a reasonable deal.The video and photo updates that they sent me during the service was a really good initiative.The service and repair quality was without any flaws and overall a pretty good experience. Absolutely would recommend this over other Hyundai dealers.

Best service experience thus far. Guru, service advisor was quite helpful and friendly. Explained everything at first, shared updates over whatsapp via photos and videos, charges were nominal. All credit to Advaith team 👍

Best Hyundai service centre in Whitfield. Vehicle pick up and drop facility is available. Supervisor Poornesh is really good and experienced technician. He inspected the car and resolved most of the problems it was having. He gave detailed info about each step of servicing and the parts that was changed. Really helpful and polite.

Very experienced and professional people. The engineer names Suni solved one of my very old problem, which I tried to get it resolved in other services center but it did not worked. Its all about how dedicated and willing to provide their time and effort. Awesome experience as me problem got solved.

Thieves. Stole large amount of petrol from my car (3points). When I caught them and showed proof, they started giving excuses and later refunded the approximate cost of fuel. They told they will find out the culprit and share the report with me within a day, but it has been a week and I havent heard back yet, despite reminders. This only raises suspicion that they are intentionally doing it.

Made my santro car(17 + years) so smooth to drive.Mr. Poornesh examined the vehicles and asked me to get all 4 wheel hubs replaced. I accepted. Then Mr Poornesh got these spares from their Chennai Warehouse and repalaced them .After the service I felt as if I am driving the car when we got it 17years ago. Have been getting my car serviced at Advaith Hyundai since I purchased and never had a thought of going to another service center. As usual, had given the car for periodic maintenance last week and am happy with the Service responsible Mr. Vinay, who patiently listened to the requests. He further called up to check on some issues that he found which needed repair. The vehicle was serviced to my satisfaction (not surprised), within the estimated costs and was ready for delivery at the agreed time.

I had concern on wait time and final cleanup.I really appreciate the service manager Anil for responding to my concern quickly.

Writing this review after using the car for a month after servicing. Got my A/C overhaul/repair done here along with regular servicing. Very professional and good work done. This was the first time I have used their services and it was very good experience. Special kudos to Mr. Vinay for being very transparent, clear explanation of issues, keeping updated on the whole process with progress pics when servicing was being done.

The service center staff and technicians are extremely professional and experienced. I went to the center for my cars general servicing, met with Mr. Siddaramaiah and Uday, both of them provided ample timings to listen to my questions and issues and also provided detailed responses to my queries. I was satisfied with the complete servicing, and for any issue I felt later, I went back to the center and even again I was entertained properly and the issues with the car were resolved. Not sure of other service centers in the area but this one definitely tops them. Additionaly I would appreciate Udays patience, expertise and to provide proper suggestions on the servicing. Service Center which can be trusted for your car.

They were very courteous and quickly responded to fix problems.

My SA Vinay was very helpful and professional in explaining the steps that would be carried out for the service. He kept me informed with photos and video about what activities were being undertaken. He also provided an estimate early on and the final amount was within that estimate. Appreciate his attention to detail and completing the work in time.

One the best service centre for hyundai cars in Whitefield. Mr Poornesh is my service advisor for my i20 diesel from 2016. Every service I usually come with list of problems, Poornesh handles all my problems promptly. He was reachable on call when my car broke down near Chitradurga, and guided me with immediate solutions. Very much satisfied by the service.

Even during rush hours very professionally my vehicle was taken care, and addressed all the issues. Mr. Binson was very professional and helpful in getting all the service get done on time. My front suspension strut had oil leakage issue, he showed me the current situation of the parts then taking after my confirmation he orders the parts, which was not done with my previous experience with other service centers.

No major issues in terms of experience with Advaith so far. Any complains too were resolved aptly and on time.

I recommend never to give your vehicle for service here. Very bad service they just polished the car and gave me they did not even washed it. Tyres got cut mark and puncture within 400km of total odo reading(brand new grand i10) and they are not ready to take any accountability for it. Ac isn’t very effective specially rear ac and they are not r say to fix it, service manger keep saying this is maximum he can do. Pathetic service response.

Finding a good car service center is critical for all the car owners, because it can either ensure that your car is maintained in the best quality or you are being looted for a lot of money. Fortunately, I found Advaith Service Center when I moved to Whitefield last year. I went there to check for a minor problem related to the car engine and assumed this will be a big bill. But to my surprise, the representative Poornesh checked the problem and said there was nothing to worry about and did not even charge me anything. Post this, ive been at the service center couple of times to sort few maintenance issues and the service has been top notched. There are no unwanted charges or services added, all the processes are explained, timely updates on the servicing is provided on whatsapp and the car is ready at the committed time. When i take my car to Advaith Service Center at ITPL, I know i can trust their service and will return as a satisfied customer. I was referred to this service center by a close friendnof mine who has been getting the service done from them since last few years.He specifically asked me to ask for Mr Guru and so i did. As expected he was polite courteous and prompt to answer all my queries.Being from the service industry myself as a customer I can be difficult to handle but my experience has been nothing short of amazing.Precise communication followed by no nonsense upselling of services gives you the impression that they are honest in their work.No additional items were added to the bilI as well.Although I bought the vehicle from Trident which is hardly 3 Km from my home but i would be more than happy to get it serviced from them in the future.Special mention that the svc center is taking all the precautions regarding Corona(Sanitizers,Sanitization kits,Masks,Temp checks)

Used to be very Good, Actually.. I used to visit here for every service for my car.. but my last visit.. put everything down.. very pathetic job of car service was done here..Went for Paid service and had worst experience after delivery of car it was not cleaned, just dusted/wiped in a waste cloth, when I touched the dashboard I felt the car smoke and oil dusts of a Garage inside car.Then I also noticed that probably the following were not done.No coolant check, no water check done, no AC gas check done.. after couple of hours of driving. Hot Air started flowing from AC vent.I found all of this after taking from service and started a long drive.Then, I decided not to turn back there again. Especially everytime I recall this incident, Im so furiated that I am not able to describe it in writing how I felt.However, Mr.Anil had called back to find out about the service feedback and offered a better experience again. Thank you for that.. but I still stick onto my decision.if not for Mr.Anil there.. I would rate negative for this service station.Hope others get an pleasent experience.

I wont say its bad, but certainly it depends upon who is the Service Supervisor. I have taken service from Advantage Hyundai EPIP Whitefield service center earlier I had good experience considering supervisor but recent experience was not that great with another supervisor.
