This is a worst service Center. They are only fit for changing the engine oil nothing else. All they blame is dashcam wiring and not fix the actual problem. If dashcam was the issue why are you guys selling blaupunkt dashcam??

Last week I had given my polo for general annual servicing. They returned my car with a huge dent on the back bonet. They also have before servicing and after servicing pics of the car but the guy who was responsible for my cars servicing named Naveen is clearly lying on my face. Worst servicing experience. I am going to take legal action against them.

Taigun mela in showroom, all colours available at display, car looks stunning, go check it out... I like the Curcuma Yellow colour... If you a are a VW fan you will love the car, hope the success of this car boosts the inflow of new VW models sooner.

Went for anual service last year and became the victim of service engineers neglegence. In job card and invoice they mentioned that wheel alignment and balancing was done but it was not done. I was in an impression that alignment & other stuff was taken care of and drove around 4k kilometres. All of a sudden, on one fine day morning, I noticed inner edge of the tyre got worn out to the level where threads were visible.. then I realised this is because of the neglegence of service engineer. I spent 11k for new tyres to replace the worn out tyres. Bad service..

Visited VW Whitefield last week to get some body works done. Murali from the body shop was very helpful and he helped in initiating all claim related processes and took them to completion without any hassles. He also made sure that the work is completed on time. Hes very knowledgeable and am satisfied with the quality of work done.

Our experience with VW have been Amazing and we have received humble behaviour from the VW team. Wonderful journey.

Will not recommend this place for service. I am serving my VW polo from past 7 years and every time the service cost is increasing. Regular service which includes engine oil, fuel filter, air filter etc will always cost not less then 15k -17k. Customer support was good in the beginning but now its bad.

Have been visiting Apple Auto for about 7 years now since 2014 when I first bought my car. Since then it has been a very nice experience with there staff like Murli, Basavaraj and Naveen among others.They have always been supportive and have looked into the details as and when I had any queries related to the vehicle.In a recent incident I was grateful to Mr. Basavaraj who came to help and checked my vehicle on priority when I just asked for help (without appointment). I was passing by ORR and until I could reach Marathahalli I sensed a weird sound from the car. As I had to go a long way up till Bannerghatta didnt want to take a chance and went to Apple Auto for a quick check.It was around 5:30pm and the guys were busy closing on that days delivery. The way the staff handled the situation and helped me with urgency specially Mr. Basavaraj was commendable.Has been a good experience with Apple Auto so far and looking forward to my next service :-)

Waste of time. Theyll book your appointment and when you reach they will ask you to drop your vehicle even for inspection. If dropping vehicles requires appointment then cool

The worst experience ever. They are incompetent have no idea whats the service or the way its done . Waste of time.Edit: i have called one one the technician regarding a spare for my vehicle which is far and there is no service centre nearby around 90km radius so i was forced to get my spare and get it fixed by a mechanic. Hence forth during my conversation with your department person he have told me to visit the place for purchase he even told me the price. But after coming from all distance i was brought to say countrr service is not available. The people there have no knowledge about the service or procedures followed. Please stop harassing customers with half knowledge. Service people doesnt know eachother working with them plus no idea about the spares. It felt like a market with minimum to no standards.

Last week i was on roadtrip from pune to pondicherry where i met with an accident on hosur-krishnagiri highway which is approx 80kms far from banglore. I towed my vehicle to apple auto and people at apple auto were helpful unlike the other VW service centre i had visited before.Mr. Murali was really helpful as it was accident case where i wanted to get my car repaired through insurance and as we all know insurance process generally takes week or so. I requested Murali to help me out as i have travelled all the way from pune and cant stay for week to get my car in working condition.Mr. Murali is true gem and showed me what humanity word means. He understood my situation and took control over the process. Within a day he took all approvals and started working on my car. Next day he delivered my vehicle too.He himself took roadtest before handing my car and made the car is in drivable condition. He even contacted me after delivering the car to check if everything is fine with car and i am not facing any issues while driving.

I sent my car Polo (petrol variant) on 22nd September 2020 for premature servicing as an urgent repair on EPC had to be carried out. Normal servicing was due on 5th November. The tyres and the car had done 11,336 kms as on 22nd September 2020. The same evening, mechanic Madusudhan who was tasked for the servicing, informed that one tyre was weak and needed changing. Accordingly, approval was given to change it. However, as it was already 6pm, the mechanic informed me, he would deliver the car the next day as it was on a pick up and drop basis.Next day, I was surprised to see a bill of 18,334 for changing of all the four tyres. The car was returned to me after the service without the old tyres at about 11:30, on 23rd  September 2020.While the rest of the parts like the filters and wiper blades were returned, the old tyres were not returned. On questioning , mechanic Madhusudhan, he said that he had changed all the four tyres of his own accord.I thus perforce had to paiy the full bill of Rs 35,534, which included servicing and change of wires.I told Madhusudan to return my original tyres which he had not sent along with the car after servicing on the morning of 23 September.He returned the old tyres after much deliberations, in the afternoon of 23rd September.Madhusudhan changed the tyres of his own accord even though they had hardly done 11,336kms in five years without a flat tyre.The photographs of the tyres will show 80% fairlife is still available.I request customers reading this review to be wary of glibe sales talk by the staff of VW company with the intent to inflate their bills so as to profit the company.

Good ....but delivery process needs to be worked

Worst Volkswagen Service experience ever. I had given my Polo for running repair today to change brake pads and disks. I had requested for pickup and drop service to the service center and vice versa. When i received the car in the evening after the service it seemed all well. Later in the evening when I went to the car to the parking it did not start. I tried starting the car twice then thrice, removed the keys and tried again but there was no ignition. Later on i tried reaching the service center and the service advisor, sadly there was no response. I called the pickup and drop driver and spoke to him about this issue, he said at the time of collection also there was no ignition in the car and same was communicated by him to the service center, upon which they told him its none of your business and they somehow started the car and asked him to deliver it to me. This is a repeated issue and for the second or third time i have got my car back with some new problem. I will be escalating the issue to Volkswagen India. This is pure scenario nuisance being created by Apple Auto to get cars repeatedly to the service center for small repairs.

Bought my first VW (polo) in 2013 from here. Since then sDid all my services, once a body shopping, buying RSA, Insurance from here. This becomes a familiar place, people knows me, they are knowledgeable (I am sure this will be common across all ASC). In my last visit, they replaced the ignition switch in less than 45 mins for me and delivered the car. Which was really impressive.

Mr Hari the Gm is a knowledgeable person and so is Mr Raj Kumar. The body shop manager Mr Yuvraj is too knowledgeable and is great to see that VW Apple has finally got the right person to handle the customers. Would also like to thank Mr Vinod for taking care of the headlights. Please keep up the good work and reduce the billing. Thank you

Ive went there for my car repair. The person in charge took care of the case, gave me a brief idea on what could be the problem, assigned it to the right team and fixed it. There were slight delays but overall the experience was good

Experience of buying the car was above average. Service people just wont take care of your car, if you dont go prepared you will be misguided. It might just be my case, but the experience has made me to opt for other service center. I really wouldnt give them another chance. Cant say good or bad.

These guys are fit for anything. Only money.. sent my car for general checkup and when got it back, the condition was even more. After repeated calls and messages , nothing sort out .Now they are asking for yearly service to have the car serviced. Have told them clearly to check my previous concern, none of them are bothered.Even the service advisor initially told that he will have the car back and checked for the faults, which he failed. JUST MONEY.. nothing else... WORST EXPERIENCE..After screwing them for many times, still those SO CALLED ADVISORS call for service 🤬🤬🤬

Did not have a good experience dealing with Mr. Madhu at this service center. A particular spare part was not available so Madhu informed he will get it in 2 days. It has been over 3 months and I have followed up many times and still my concern is not attended to.

Recently i purchased a Polo turbo edition from Apple auto. They have delivered the car three weeks earlier than deadline. The sales person named Charan was very cooperative and helpful.

I was a walk in customer. The service advisor didnt like that he had to attend me and simply walked away leaving me unattended for 55 minutes. Eventually the lady at the reception intervened and I was out of the service center after 1 hour and 10 minutes.I had gone to get my rear wiper blades replaced which is not that complex.

Non responsive staff - Im waiting for a call back for the last 2 weeks....

Worst experience ever had so far. Never trust them in the first place. When I booked the car they told me very clearly that they will not be sending me a display car. To be on safer side (I took a picture of chassis number) when the car was insured the displayed car (the same chassis number) was insured. THEY TOLD ME VERY CLEARLY TELLING THAT I WILL NOT BE GETTING A DISPLAY CAR. Basically I got cheated. when I went back to them with this issue they argued with me trying to prove me wrong, only when I showed them the proof they became quiet. And I spend hours together talking to the representatives, managers. Manager named Ashwin told me that cheating would have happened if we delivered the vehicle to you, but failed to realise that I stopped the delivery not them. At the end of the day when I asked for compensation they asked what is the inconvenience we caused to you and told me to write an email to CEO of Volkswagen. This is terrible experience I have ever come across.. They CHEAT customers. Please be aware.

Bought a car here on Aug 2020, the sales team did an excellent and job and the purchase was a hassle free experience. Completed my second service and fixed a few body part issues, the showroom service dept did an excellent job and fixed the problems within the said time. Overall, 10/10 would recommend the showroom!

A good showroom ..a good sales guy and a pathetic manager Mr. Nabeel! We were promised to get the delivery of Polo in a week.. We expect delays as this is our 5th car where always delays are expected by the general car sales standards! The so called super manager Nabeel was more interested in asking us why did we expect a on time delivery, who promised for a fast delivery.. 🤣🤣.. I don’t understand the sense he hold! Not sure what he manages too!? In case you visit, don’t waste your time in talking with this guy!

Incident: My parked car was hit badly by some sutpid person in Bangalore and I have to travel outside due to some urgency.I came to showrom to repair, only option was go for Insurance. I was worreid about how things go as I heard som much about VW service & charges. But then I intrduced to Mr. Murali.He took the incharge explained by everything tiny-tine details about the process & repair. Ther was Limitation I have left my car for almost 10-15 days due to one rare moving part Side Cladding.Murali promised me he will get all things done sooner & delivered on promised date.He also took care of the Insurance Process & Payment as I was in hurry and had to leave Bangalore. There was some mishap while car was in showroom, he also took care of that and he delivered car when I was totaly satisfied which waas not easy bacuase I keep my Red Beauty as my Baby.I appreicate Murali your Work & helping me out.Thank-you

Pathetic service. Gave them multiple chances by returning, still zero improvement. Unskilled staff. For this I blame vw, the company takes no initiative to maintain ethic. Even the body shop is deplorable. I took my car in to fix a dent in the door. The job was so shoddy and the behaviour of the management was shady.

I had been here for a suspension change ,They did not do the job properly and their staff and engineers don’t know what to do , worst place in my opinion to get your VW cars serviced here .The labor charge here is more than the parts itself and it not at all worth for what job they did to my polo . I wish I could give them zero stars for what they did .
