I had a dent on the car with some paint peeled off. I had given the car on Friday to the experts and was assured delivery on Saturday. When I took the delivery I could not pinpoint where the dent was so good was the craftsmanship. I sincerely thank you guys for a job done awesomely.

We given car in to MS AUTO CARE CENTRE for repair banet front portion he took 3hrs for repair no scratches nothing he did very nicely nice customer service good genuine work originality.

Walked with a front suspension noise complaint (not via gomechanic). Yousuf diagnosed quickly but after that I had to followup for two weeks to get him to buy a simple bush (even tho it was lockdown.. he did say he can easily source) .. he kept forgetting. I was desperate as no other garage was open due to lockdown.Finally when I got it done he charged 1200 for changing two bushes and replacing one (not even new) shock absorber Bolt. Lied that parts cost 700. The bolt fell off again in two days and he didnt even bother returning my call or responding to my message. Doesnt care about the customer at all. The bolt Falling off may not have been his fault but he could have atleast shown some concern after having done the initial repair

Facing more problems after service than before. Definitely something fishy with this workshop.The car makes noises from places Ive never heard before.

I did general service here. Service was good.people are friendly. There was issue in AC fan after service. It was producing more noise. I took car back to center after a month. They corrected the problem in 10 minutes. I will give 5 star for their service.

Pathetic service.I got my car serviced in February and the AC started giving me a trouble.Today when I gave it for AC service, they said there is no AC filter in the Car. Its hilarious that you removed my existing filter and charged me money for that!Why did you bill me for something which was not put in the first place.Edit: You asked for an email, but there is no reply to that email since May 16.Whats the point of me wasting my time ?

Pathetic service and fraud found out, here is the incident. Primary called go mechanic and obtained a WhatsApp POC Chetan K, called and went to replace my bulbs. Post which process was notified of 20 mins. But waited for >1 hour, meanwhile found some person is getting bulbs from showroom. Later found the garage person replacing bulb for car without box.Later checked for the brand which I requested was Bosch or osram. The brand mentioned was jagan. Denied and asked to fit older bulbs. Suddenly the garage owner speaks in a threatening voice of this is a Japanese brand and abusing go mechanic representative not to waste his time.Not able to understand whose time is getting wasted. Also go mechanic customer support is busy minting RS 100 as booking charge.Fraudulent garage tie ups and money minting company.

If u r going through Gomechanic your bill be double irrespective of the offers and discounts they show u.MS auto Caro quoted too high price for the spare parts and replaced duplicate ones saying that the products r r purchased from Maruti Suzuki showroom, upon asking for bill to provide they didnt turn up.....guys be cautious about it....billed 10000 the actual costing was 2800/-

My Car got break down near to Marathalli . My bad luck started by calling GoMechanic . May be Go Mechanic is good but this showroom what they assigned is terrible .My vehicle after reaching this garage . Entire evening they said they need to review . They are insisting me to go back to home . Next day morning i called them they said come by 11.30am we will give the diagnose report and cost sheet .I reached around by 11am clock and sit there to understand why this breakdown happened , There attitude was dont stay here we will update you once it finished , But seeing that i am still staying there he said i can give update only by 3o clock. It is really confusing for me . Then me and my wife went to Near by hospital suddenly with in half and hour send me a 18000 bill asking to change a list of components . We shocked he just waited for us to keep away from some time .I cross checked with another mechanic from my father in law , they said this list of components which they are asking to replace doesnt need to change . He shortlisted and send me a list back . I went back to this showroom and said change only following components still bill comes to 12000 . He said if you are not fully changing i cannot guarantee a single day this car will run . I Still said him i will take care the responsibility. After he delivered the car i cross check my car with another mechanic and he said it is not necessary to change all components .Such a bad customer experience . There main aim is to eat our money . If you are new customer . One of the horrible experience for me .

Worst service ,, I went to them to fix my car they told the cost would be 17k and I didnt fix my car there and i got my car fixed from some other mechanic and he charged me rs 4000..They loot their customers worste garage ever ... I swear guys dont go there.

Yusuf was very professional and done a great job. Clutch replacement was perfectly done.Editing on 26/09/2020.Due to lock down, I didnt have an opportunity to use the car much.Been driving it regularly since a month now.Extremely unhappy & regret giving for repair there.To be fair, I must say that the clutch work is done very well. They replaced it.People are polite and professional.But they dont know how to repair well.I had to send my car back twice for rectification.On third visit I thought they had done a good job.But now it feels as if work was not done at all.They replaced my cars left suspension kit & shock absorber.Its terrible work.I feel as if Im cheated. The noise is unbearable if you go even on a small dent on the road.I doubt they replaced the suspension.The bill came RS.21500, tipped 500.Plus half tank fuel wasted due to multiple visits.I went to them thru GoMechanic.Regretting now :(

They gave a good and better service and around 27 km i was stuck and my car was breakdown and they suddenly took my car and gave a good service in around 4 o clock Sunday thank u so much mr.yousuf

Value for money. Young guys. I am amazed by their energy levels. The speed at which they do things at the same time the quality is not compromised. I just had a talk with other customers, it seems once there, you wont go anywhere. I just gave my innova car for outside water wash. I rate the service as one of the best.. I recommend this place

Professional guys, I booked through GoMechanic app and got a good value for money work done on denting painting. Hygiene is still a challenge but what else do you expect from the workmen crowd in India.

The owner is a big fraud. He is over charged as well. For me I have to replace one car spare part. Genuine parts center it cost only 1200. This guy initially told me 4700. I had some doubt on it and then I called popular and essar. Both said coat is 1200 only. Then I told about this he said he bought this part from tumkur and coat is 2450. But due to emergency i have to replace and get.the car on working condition. He charged 1800 labour cost as well. If I go to service center it would have been below 1000 only. The owner is a big fraud and try to avoid this guy at all and he is arguing non sense as well. Very bad person and fraud as well.

I had some issues with Jazz car. I had enquired few other service stations, at last I found this one to be best at reasonable cost. Mr. Yousouf just found the problem by listening to car sound.Service is good.

These guys will fix anything with 4 wheels. Yousuf is your man for the job. They have enough experience to setup Rally cars, so your everyday ride is definitely in expert hands.
