Let me share my experience.1)Over pricing, high attitudes of staff as all staff is filled with Mallus except one or two. No one know to speak Kannada except Nemiraj.2)I have seen same vehicles lying from past two to three months of my last visits.3)Staffs are working like their home than with professional and ethical customer welcoming.4)The management especially Jitesh (Manager) and above levels dont even speak to any customer expect sitting in AC room and peep around from pass through glasses.5) If you are looking for Good price, Customer Satisfaction, Value for money then this showroom is not suitable for you.6)Every staff is at their own personal works with mobiles or group up discussing about other customer and laugh at them.7)Please find my pics posted to see their activities.

It was okay. They have good options with reasonable prices that are negotiable. The prices are advertised on each car.However my old car was quoted by them 33% less than what I sold it for directly to a buyer. A huge difference. They took 3 days to get back to me with a quote.

The most worst experience i never had in my life in the nandi toyota u dont trust showroom, and the most useless showroom manager Vince , i had lost my money and even the car ( ka 03 mq 5966 ) because of the manager vince , and even i lost my 25000rs watch and 5000rs cash and i still did not got my amount 154000 paid has down payment, the management has detected 40% of above amount has penalty or cancellation charges , but the car was not registered in my name or the car was not with me , even i did not done the test drive of the car but i need to pay them without any reasons, but for the management there is no loss , the every loss is for the customer that is my self , even there are not worried about customer or customer service and because of the manager i got a big loss but for the management money and there reputation is important not the customer , i had explained the management that every problem was done by your manager vince and he asked for gift from me and i am a big fool that i gave him the watch and 5000 cash without knowing about the manager ( vince ) and management , even i informed the management about the gift also , i told them that it was given in your showroom only so please check your cctv also , i requested them but there did not hear it or response for the issue , finally without my concern there pre closed my loan at toyota finance and shifted the car from banswadi to bommanahalli showroom , when i asked about it the management or at showroom there did not give correct answer there just blamed on me that i was not able to pay , This is how the nandi toyota running there show, for there reputation and to prove there are correct there will go for any extreme level ..... 😰 and their will insult customer like anything....(my most request to the( nandi toyota Owner ) is that please provide your manager a sufficient salaries to them please , u please dont let your manager ( vince) or staffs ( Mathew) to ask for cash or gifts with the customers ... :-(( note : please dont cheat the customers , its my kind request......:-(
