Excellent service...replaced the brake pads for my bmw z4,...did an excellent job, promptly, professionally at an excellent price. I definitely recommend them.

Useless bunch of people. They promise things they cant deliver. Doorstep appointment booked before a week and on the day of appointment, mechanic asks you to drop by to his workshop. Had to remind him it was doorstep and then he says he can make it tomorrow. So had to tell him not to come at all on any day. If you have scheduled your day according to the appointment, all the best. The service seems like that of an aggregator, with no accountability of mechanics/workshops to Cartisan.

Good for small works (unplug & plug) but not at major works.I used this 2 times. One for simple battery change (provided good price deal) and other for suspension work which was not very satisfactory.My suggestion, If you are not sure about the root cause of the issue, get 2nd opinion from your authorized service center or any big reputed service center, as they deal with issues of same car in large number so they can do this much better. Once you are sure of the issue then you can try this. I end up in 2-3 iteration of service-diagnosis and my total bill increased a lot. They are good at assembly.Reg. parts - Putting third party parts is cheaper but your mind will always be suspecting if same issue reoccurs. I would suggest to go for genuine parts or high quality third party as they give you mental satisfaction though cost a little more. These are provided by them on request.

Quick and prompt service. I had an issue with my Ford Figo gear shifter cable. Cartisan guys were helpful did the inspection and replaced the cable with Ford genuine spares. Billing and prices are transparent, no hidden charges. I must say Cartisan response is far better than ford service .. Thanks to team Cartisan !!!

Had a great experience servicing my X1 . They were very responsible and took good care of the car. Posted videos of the repair and pictures during service via app. VIshal who picked my car was serious and knowledgeable.I saved lot of time and was economical. Definitely recommend their service if you own a premium car.

Once they get their money you are left on your own. Very carefree attitude towards their customers. The brakes they replaced made a lot of noise, they dont have any concept of post sales support. Their motto is to fleece you by all means, the parts prices quoted by them were always higher compared to the authorised workshop. Company owners themselves dont give a S**T about it. Wouldnt recommend Cartisan at all.

I would definitely recommend it for luxury cars. I own a Merc. They did very good service at half the price. All original parts put. Would like to mention Gopi who was my executive there, quite professional in his approach

They run their office in a house....Good ppl and professionals work here....i had been fr an interview for accounts dept...founder himself had taken interview, hes really cool....... But unfortunately i couldnt grab the opportunity to work in this beautiful startup....but i got to know where i lack in soft skills and worked on it.... They give First preference for ur skill set which is just awsome...Do work if u get an opportunity

I had booked a complete service for my VW Polo diesel. Being an enthusiast always wanted to see the whole service carried out in front of my eyes, hence booked service with Cartisan. In short, the engineers knew there stuff all my questions were well answered. Totally satisfied from the quality of parts used and precision in the work. Only sore was time, they were late by an hour. Go ahead and book the service, just keep yourself free around the slot that you have booked.

My car bumper had broken due to a minor accident. Mr. Lohith got it fixed ASAP so that the car was available for me to take for an important function.Great work!!

Cartisan has serviced my Vento car twice. I had a great experience the first time . The second time as well , I had a big damage to the car and had to make an insurance claim. They did a superb job of painting the car and also handled the insurance claim process smoothly . Please ask for Gopi . He is an excellent person there.

Cartisan is the best for doorstep car service and repairs .. very transparent with pricing all parts .. very skilled and excellent mechanics .. this is what is required for any car lover..

They responded quick but the service guys who came didnt know anything about cars (pathetic ).Two small boys came (one was underaged also),theywere not able to even jump start the car due to battery discharge (by mistake the car door was unlocked for a day).They charged 400 for not doing anything and further wanted to tow the car to their workshop to make more money.They are not doing business but robbery.! Be careful...

Very lathargic, carefree attitude n unprofessional attitude by Cartisan technicians. They r least knowledged but talk like experts. My recent experience was total disgusting. Spent 16k for servicing n certain repairs just a month ago n my car condition now seems like a year old so soon. Very bad n hugely disappointed with them.In fact, they even damaged some parts of my car n hid from me.

I had an issue with my Skoda Rapid power drop, and they inspected the vehicle for Just Rs. 200. The mechanic was confident and skilled enough and he gave me to the point repair estimate and the problem description.

They are pathetic.dont have any time committment..they committed to deliver the car on friday and didnt deliver it till monday afternoon. Expensive also coz they charge MRP for spare parts.did a mistake..will never get service from them again..

Very worst service they take double the price of market for general servicing and check up.Also they don’t do it properly, they taken money and said if you have do it from you can do it or else you can go somewhere else.Very poor experience.Please think and check the market before going to Cartisan
