We bought a Bosch Dishwasher on 14th May and they promised to send someone for the installation within one day. It has been over a week and they still have not sent anybody to install the machine. We have been calling them every single day to send someone and they tell us that they promise us that the installation will certainly be done today, every single day. Horrible service. Please do not buy anything from Bosch. Never expected such terrible customer service from a brand like Bosch. LG and IFB are providing amazing service in my neighbourhood just as they had promised unlike Bosch. Really regret buying from Bosch.

Very very bad service by Mr Sunil who is salesman.. false promises made by the company to install in one day but it’s been 5 days and no one turned up!! If asked they blame us to inform and request them to send the service guys!! Please don’t fall for words and purchase any product, will face a horrible time following up with them!!Extremely bad service

This is the worst showroom experience , I have had , the people there have no interest in selling anything , nobody to explain displayed products , they dont know and do not have most products .The store guy asked me to go to croma. I really dont understand the meaning or purpose of this showroom.

Worst possible service. Staff over there are synonymous for laziness

The guy in the showroom just started showing the model. Then he got a call. So he went away leaving us in the lurch. So we just left the shop. Horrible in this day and age.

Worst service and co ordination. I request all pls dont plan to buy anything from this outlet as they have no commitment and fraud people. In dec 2017 I visited outlet and finalised 3 products worth of Rs. 1,00,650/- and also it has been billed and fully paid. Initially they told they will be delivering the products within 15 days. Today its 16/02/2018 and they are telling there is no stock and escaping from answering with proper response. FRAUD PEOPLE. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Sad place to visit.I went to an item and I finalised and then when I told him to bill,he went to the bill counter and told that the plant manufacturing this product is having some problems.I am emailing Bosch India about Sunil who was absolutely ridiculous and never customer friendly
