Motoadda is one stop place for all the off road accessories, recently got my gypsy upgraded with winch compatible bumper and snorkel. Quality of work is top notch. But pricing part had to bargain a bit but the owner was kind enough and gave the best price.

Ive never visited their store in person but have purchased 2-3 times from them via their application and website both. My first purchase was viaterra wolf saddlebags and motul engine oils/coolant/chain spray. I got the lowest possible price for everything Ive purchased from them till date. Before buying I checked amazon, flipkart and even local shops near my place. I got everything within 2days of booking, items all well packed and recent stock, nothing too old. They sent me motoadda stickers and keychain too as a good gesture. Dont hesitate to buy or even enquire with them if you want anything. They always answer calls and give proper feedback immediately is what I love the most. Overall Im a extremely happy and satisfied customer.

Hey I would love to share this experience, I had placed an order for a BMW engine bedding at BMW service center. They gave a quote of 15700 + service charges and they told i will have to wait for 5 days for the part to arrive and the get installed. Friend of mine recommended Motoadda runned by Mr. AVINASH ,I met him and he asked me to share the vin number of the vehicle and the same day he quoted a price which was half the quote of the BMW service guys. I placed an order immediately and got product in 72 hours. This is quite impressive thing same part with best pricing and delivered at lesser time . Pathetic customer support. Asked me to submit one original document, while in website its written that photocopy is required. Had to convince them that e-aadhar is a valid document. Then they said you can submit 1000rs and no id proof (and that is nowhere in their website).

The worst place to get your cars fixed. Owner and employees are very unprofessional, lack basic courtesy and business etiquette. Most rude staff ever and the place is not structured very well. They take their own sweet time to deliver the vehicle and expect customers to drop everything and collect their vehicles as it is completed. they lack basic manners and dont know how to treat their customers.

Horrible/pathetic customer service. The guy who owns this shop (dont remember his name) is very rude and doest know how to talk to customers. And even the bike service is normal nothing great! Before you give your bike please take a picture of all the parts, these guys are expert in damaging your bike and not taking responsibile of it. One thing I would advice is please dontd give your bike here unless you hate your bike. Thanks. Let this motto adda perish!

I got a Yamaha FZ bike from them through ONN Bikes.. comparing KMs provide with competitors ONN offers good.. but the condition of bike I got was pathetic.. IT WAS NOT WATER WASHES AFTER LAST USE AND IT HAD THROTTLE PROBLEM ACCELERATION WAS VERY POOR AND ON TOP THIS MILEAGE MY GOD.. I GOT 17KM/LITRE.. WHICH IS REALLY WEIRD.. I WAS CHARGED 1300 BASE CHARGE+500 REFUNABLE DEPOSIT..
