They have a very good service system where the bikes are serviced well the staff is good and they know their job.
I have always liked the quality of service they provide. I recommend this service center.

Wel i visited for the 1st time as my D250 chain 🔗 was loose got it done but want 2 thank service guy by name balu, if m nt wrong bcz, my bike grab grill was not perfectly fitted he did it . I had dis problem on the day i took dilever & evn had a deep scratch on left side fork were i had noticed & infmd Mr. Chethan manager of indiranagar outlet .He said while he told that he shall get done wn I give my bike for 1st service, till nw hez getting it done, even kasturba road service center, manager didnt respond till date

Got first service done for my duke 250. Manager explained me about overall cost and service details before taking the bike to the service. Servicing and delivery was done on the same day evening. Mr. Balu was the guy who did my bike service. They accept card or cash as mode of payment. When I bought my duke 250,I was facing chain issue. I visited the service center. They resolved the issue and also did chain lubrication without charging a single penny. Overall experience was positive.
They dont have parts and they dont no to do diagnostic check and the KTM show room is dead in hospet city I think

They had forgotten to put engine oil for my 390, I had to point it out in the end that it was not done, wich is utter sod. Went to service at 9 am even before the employees and got the bike at 1:30pm even when I was present there and waited there whole time.Very bad experience, will have to think twice to go back

Let me get things straight. Quality service has no meaning in this place now. Before when Mr. Fayaz was the manager, he used to get the work done on time, but the manager who is currently there doesnt.On 11th of June, I gave my bike for general service and high coolant temperature issue.It was promised to be given on 12th. But after calling and postponing 5 times, the bike was given to me on 17th. And that happened only because I had gone there by 4 when they had asked me to come at 5:30. But they ended up giving it to me at 7. And guess what? The polishing work hadnt been done yet.6 days of utter inconvenience.The server wasnt working at the time of delivery and so an approx cost was estimated. Two days later I get the call telling 300 extra I need to pay, cos 1 spare part was missed out the other day. After paying I get the bill and I see the polishing charges to be added in the bill even though it wasnt done.Upon calling and asking about it, the manager tells it is impossible to refund because of the risk and that he would get it done for free the next time. And I highly doubt that.I have had a really bad experience. Trust me. PLEASE DONT GIVE YOUR BIKE HERE 🙏

To all ktm owners, do not get ur bike serviced here. The ktm employees here are worst in diagnosing the problem and the pricing for their services is not to the worth.I suggest all u guys to get ur bike serviced by any other near by ktm service centers other that the rajajinagar.
It is good, but a bit costly.They will charge you for everything. Even for wash and oil spray of your bike.

Good service. I had given the vehicle to Mekri Circle and Banaswadi and based on the service quality I felt this place is amazing. They listen to the issues and make sure that it is addressed to the max. One star taken out due to the location and difficulty to reach there. Place is inside a gated compound and chances of missing the Ktm board is high.

Pathetic service, they exchanged my seat with some other bike seat. And they did not replaced for first time. And they took 2days for replace my original seat but still I have doubt whether they have replaced my original seat or not. And service cost is also high... Not recommended for servicing, please check visible parts before leaving the service station...
The workers are very friendly.But there price is too high for a simple service and the worst thing is There Polish and Water man who is the worst worker ever instead of polishing the vehicle he just rubs it with some cloth. Even if he add polish the 99% will be of water I hate this kinda service from KTM rajajinagar

The service is absolute worst. They dont do the things you have asked for. If your bike parts are removed for some reason then when they put it back they do it in the worst manner; they put someone elses bike parts, lose fitting, broken parts. Worst place to get your bike serviced.

They give an average service in rajajjinagar. Parts and service is too costly. Parts are not available outside so no other choice we should give service in the service centre. Service is not worth for the amount they charge.
