Nice place to chill and pass time. I liked the new and improved menu. Coffee day has put a lot into making the place very cost and thats what I like best about them. You can virtually spend the entire day there by reading a book or working on your laptop. Love the new infused teas that they have. I had the blue pea one and it did revitalize me and got me going for the day! They have 5-6 other blends too.You should try the new cant resist menu that they have started. This coffee day has a nice cozy mezzanine floor too if you want some privacy with loved ones. They also have clean and well maintained rest rooms if you want to freshen up.The staff are courteous and friendly and they have good number of electrical points of you want to charge your phone or laptop. Every coffee day is special in its own way and this one had its own charm. Right from the time u walk in to the time u leave there are a number of great coffee day moments created that I think really put them apart from the rest of the Cafes. TheTry their special ices coffees too!

Its situated at a corner in Richmond town, with a floor to ceiling glass window overlooking the road. Makes for an interesting view while enjoying a good cup of coffee. They also serve good pizzas and the ambience is cozy. Staff is cooperative and helpful. One of my favourite CCDs in Bangalore 👍😍😊

A little too expensive, staff is friendly but a little manipulative.Nice place to relax and wait for someone, or do some studying, or some discussion. It is located near the VFS global tech park office, so if you have some work there or have to wait for someone, you can just come here, it’s only a 10-15 min walk.Food was good though.

Cheating customers intentionally. I visited this cafe on a Saturday afternoon and ordered a King Cappuccino, which was priced at Rs. 156 on their menu. However, I was charged Rs.194 and was not given a bill. So I asked for the bill and the guy at the counter had to reluctantly hand it over to me. After checking, I found out that I had been billed extra for a fruittella stick (shown in photo), which I never ordered. After enquiring why I was billed for this, I was told that the prices had increased. However, they could not show me any new menu where the higher price was mentioned. Still they kept insisting that the price is higher now. Unfortunately due to the uselessness of their arguments, I had to open the CCD app and check the price there. And guess what, the real price was still Rs.156. These guys are billing customers extra items intentionally. These items are not ordered or served to the customer. Even worse, they tell several more lies just to cover up their act. Disgusting.Advice: Stay away from this cafe. If at all you have to visit, please do not forget to check the bill when you order something here.

No lights near the wash room and it was pitch dark. Anyone can miss the that one step and can fall. I almost fell and when mentioned this to the lady at the counter, suggested the lady at the counter to get a light fixed. The lady did not feel any remorse or apologised. She said there is nothing that she can do. Seriously?

I went there after eons this weekend late night and reminded myself to why I never frequented this place. My hot chocolate was so watered down and the coffee my pal ordered fared none the better. Such a pale shadow of the former glory days.Why dont they serve in proper mugs when you opt for dine in?!Only good bit are the cushy sofas and no one bothers you..

Best place for catch-up and casual meetings! Best part is its location. Their cheese corn specials and crisp veg wraps are yummy. This center brews best coffee among their outlets, they do customization as well. Staff is so polite to upsell your bill and items.

Decent ambiance but staff told us we could not go upstairs as it’s closed, but the staff themselves would go up there with food from the counter and just chill up there like a hang out. Very odd. They also didn’t have any cream at all for any drinks. For the price they charge, it just doesn’t make sense how they could be this disorganized.

Probably the worst in Bangalore.No waterLimited menu as again, no water.Restrooms closed, oh no water.Bills take time, as the billing system was down.

Pathetic place. AC not working, kitchen swarming with cockroaches. Charging points also not working. Hot stuffy and dirty. Far cry from what CCD used to be.

I visit this cafe every oftenly. One my dad brought me black dessert cake for new year which was super delicious and I love the cappachino here. I also love wraps and some side eats. The best thing about this cafe is, its every round corner around me, almost in every area and this is why it is more popular. Even though many cafe have come up a competitive cafe, they have not went down, they are stable and loyal at their service. And its ambience in M.G road is so lovely, open place with wide road sight.

A nice place to sit and spend time. But had a problem. Ordered a garlic bread. (Rs.87). Without being asked whether I need extra cheese, the guy at the counter gave me 2 options, whether I need single cheese or double cheese. Thinking it is part of it, I chose single cheese. The bill came to Rs. 134. Had to argue with him. He agreed to return the balance amount. But later said that they had already started making it. Nice way to force customers to spend money. Be careful.

Incredibly slow in service. Its a common sight to see three uniformed staff standing and chatting instead of serving customer faster. They seem to be nice people but simply not trained properly. If Cafe Coffee Day pays such little attention to customer service, they dont deserve to succeed.

Check the bill and items added to your bill if you visit this place. this morning, one item was added to the bill that i didnt order, and another order had missing items. this was today in the morning. i would suggest try other options around.

Superb place

A good place to grab a coffee and sit, spend a while. Nothing too fancy. The place itself is quite small and could do with a renovation. Good staff and mild music makes it a cosy place to hang out at.

Staff is really nice but theres something about the place doesnt make sense. Either the management is filled with dodos or they dont exist.Everyone seems to be running around like headless chicken. Flat white is the same as a Latte, foam on top. Too many standing and staring at tables, looking a little scared. No confidence, fear. Surely management needs to retire and pick out a low stress hobby.

No electricity and no water

Be careful at this ccd, the guys at the counter are big cheats, they overcharge you and dont give you the bill! U have to literally ask them to hand over the bill copy to you. And you can easily see that they are overcharging and pocketing the extra they scam out of customers. When questioned on it they lie to your face and manipulate their way out shamelessly. Pls be cautious while ordering and insist on a bill.

Very very bad!!!Ordered for tandoori chicken sandwich and it was so pathetic that we just left it! The waitress was so grumpy and showed no interest in taking the order or serving the pathetic food!Sandwich was completely toasted & we just couldn’t eat it!Tender coconut chiller was sugar loaded!Very bad place to visit

CCD used to be my favorite coffee place but no longer it holds that charm :(. Their coffee had no flavor and all I had was brown hot water. The vending machine was rusted and the staff is untrained. Never expected it to be such a drab. Quality of the sandwich was so bad and total waste of money.

Worst service received..1. They denied to take digital payment... card machine they said did not had network I said ok .. they displaced paytm and phone p and gave a reason sorry If u use bean from ccd app you cant pay using paytm or phone p I did not understand this logic ... finally I ended up paying cash she said u have change bill is 255 I said you can give later and when she got bill on table it was 320 i was like whats going on ...Staff need to be trained

To review coffee day in India should be a crime! They arent the best with their coffee or food! But theyre nominally priced and the best place to find a clean bathroom whemeber you need one

It took a while for the staff to understand me, even after repeating myself a couple of times. Food isnt really worth it. Coffee is the same as any other CCD. Ambience is college social if you get what I mean.

This CcD, although is in a posh area...hiweve h its very unmaintained and unhygienic...I just a small roah crawling out of the joints ofthe table,a fly is howering at my bueget...Plus the washroom..its like a bus stand. Toilet is not washed,basin is stained and dirty. I had to complain to the staff on the washroom . Staff is unfriendly and quiet not trained..Really a sad CCD experience.

I think its a good CCD and I would rate all CCDs at 3 at best when it comes to a coffee chain.Definitely others which are worth a 4 or 5.

Located the heart of Richmond road, opposite hdfc bank premises, this ccd feels cozy, and comes with a parking lot. What more can you ask for? Also, green tea is pretty good here

Its a quiet place, but didnt have electricity when I was there, which meant that food couldnt be heated and served and plug points werent working.

Ordered devils own through Dunzo, vanilla ice-cream was missing. Pathetic service.

Received my coffee after receiving my sandwich, not that they were short of employees (total 10 were present), asked for a glass of water and was asked to buy bottle water as they didnt have water, amazingly they served water to someone their known who just walked in.Finally got water after 15 mins.Came here to sit n work and WiFi was not working.All in all a bad experience.

Ordered salad 🥗 which was very disappointing. Bowl full of lattice leaves sprinkled with very few like hardly 2 cherry tomatoes, capsicum and chicken (for which I paid extra 45/-)on top. I knw that CCD did not do well in FOOD not even the samosas or Salads. Please avoid this bowl of lattice leaves.
