Customer Service is hopeless here. You’ve gotta wait for the incharge person for a minimum period of 45 mins for a 2 min work. And when you complain this to the authority there, the person replies saying what work do you have? Please do wait. And a round of applause for their lack of behaviour towards the customer. I highly do not recommend this place at all. Even if you do pls do come here at your best leisure and do get some snacks and movies to kill time in your waiting period.

I brought new splender plus 2 months ago within 1 month bettery was dead, appreciate them they did replacement within 8hrs, the next day i got same problem bettery weak it was new bettery actually, plz guys dont buy splender plus its having bettery problem, my friend was planning to buy but i stopped him bcoz of this reason.

Im posting this review to avoid misguiding or misleading process from this dealer to any biking enthusiast!! To be noted, this review just based on the pathetic purchases experience at this showroom not of the brand Hero.Yeah!! After a bitter Experience of a terrible purchase process.. Btw these people are pushing old stocks (previous years) by offering some senseless discounts!! Which is practically senseless according to me.From the day of booking till delivery of the vehicle, and also the after sales way of communication was hopeless!!!Sales person Mr. Chetan tried fooling from the day one!! The great gentlemen tried to misguide us by offering the stupid idea of creating invalid address proof, yes, I.e. creating rental agreement for your own house itself, wahhh!!! Surprised!? If you are innocent about the purchase process, definitely you will be fooled. Registration would be done as per their convenience, at their nearest registration zone, irrespective of your residence or postal area whichis senseless. Post purchase is more horrible, the salesman or the salesperson call n irritate to take the delivery of vehicle on their convenient time and date irrespective of our decision. Think wisely before making the purchase from this salesperson the showroom. Beware of the documentation process especially. It might be misused as well!!. Anyways choose Hero!! Happy motoring!!..

Service facilities was nice but Sunday shift is very pathetic. Front office lady was so rude that we has to request here attend our vehicle after taking prior appointment. Then service is one more major headache part. General service we expect only oil change,rear brake shoe cleaning, blowing air to air filter and my out of 4 complaint 1 attended fork tightening.No brake pad cleaning, no clutch dust cleaning,no spark plug cleaning,Yes they put extra grease to unwanted place thanks for giving me on job to clean it up. Overhaul I am not going to be your next service customer.

Ofcourse some irresponsible workers are there. They didnt clean the carborater of my vehicle when I serviced my scooter. Then Im going in a highway with full speed and all of a sudden accelerator stopped working. What happened next is gods grace. my behind a truck was passing with full speed. Thank God I was saved even my vehicle stopped. So dont take your vehicles to highway after servicing atleast for a week. If any problem found go to them they will repair if those idiots have time.

I had visited this service to service my hero pleasure. I was greeted by one of the supervisor and bike problems were heard carefully and said to collect it after 24 hours...When I was called to get it back, there was none to officially speak on repairs done by them. They even made me to wait for more than an hour and didnt response properly.When I received my scooter after an hour I could see it was not washed properly, and even before they show my bike they had asked us to pay the repair cost first...which I denied softly and asked them to show the repair done...later on of the other supervisor had come and not treated like customer. There was no respect shown towards me.....Later I had to rewash my scooter..Service to the customer was not given priority here, instead you could find business faces....Better visit some other local service shops*

I bought super splendor 20days back and there is a noise from mask and when they ask them they saying need to replace but they say no stock NO STOCK every time I go and the sound is increasing day by day. Very bad service.worst service. I bought my splendor bike 1 month back and left the vehicle for 1st free service. I took the delivery after paying Rs.960 on 13/10/17.the delivery was delayed for half hour since their bill was not being generated. After coming home I realised that the tank cover was not fixed. It was left as it is without fixing it. I had to spend half hour to fix it. After 2 days the horn was not working. When I visited to the service centre they told that the horn has to replaced and send me to stores. When I went there they told that it is not in stock it would be replaced after one week when the stock arrives. They told me that if you are in a hurry you can buy it from outside.

Worst service ever i seen. simply they increase bill.they never address for required issues. hero motors corp.has to take serious decision on this service centre to upgrade or else customers will stop coming to this motors... guys if you love your motor, then never suggest to go...

I never prefer heto vehicles.The way hero serving the customer is really worst. When you send your vehicle for garage they will simply charge you without changing anything and the one which is supposed to be served will not be done by them.

After service and billing of 4500/-, their service was so worst that I had to visit them again for 3 times in 3 weeks. That too they didnt respond properly. There was constant shift of service personnel who would shift blame on different person whenever i used to refer previous person. No explanation given for the parts or service given. Simply make us to wait for long time just to get vehicle even after completion of service. They say they will do the work but at the end do some kind of patch work thing for it.The receptionists are also i guess not from this state. They even dont know where DHARWAD is. After giving my vehicle details, she asked me in which state Dharwad is? They have kept insensible person over the recieption. The software of their centre also doesnt work properly. It does not update the customer details. The payment option also is irritating. You cannot pay half amount through card and rest by cash. Either you have to pay full amount in cash or card only. Sometimes this becomes problem. Worst mechanics that i have ever seen with their work. Many have complained of their frequent and irritating customer care centre calls. If one calls to know when they will give us vehicle, they say call to manager, then to owner, then to mechanic who has been alotted your vehicle. Even after so long frustration with this kind of service, they said if any problem araises again then leave your vehicle to our centre again. This is their confidence level of their own work. May be its business tactic also.I would say the service centre is disgrace for a city like bengaluru. Dont know how the hero company has given dealership and service centre to them. I will say please dont go to max motors. I have wasted nearly 1 and half months to get my vehicle to proper performance. So even if hero service centre is far away from your place, go their but NOT to max motors.

Wrost service center. I have my personal experience in this service center the people of service center not response well. They will put unrequited item without inform you. Not wash well and bad attitude. Manager also not taken good action. Really unsatisfied with their service. For more details you can check complaint register of same date.

Very very very worst service station charged 1.5k for service.... Only water wash they have done...That too not cleaned properly.. not attended mentioned issues... Guys dont buy hero bikes... One of the worst sales i have ever seen.I went to collect my new destini 125 which I won from mantri square bengaluru. The behaviour of those guys during delivery was in such a way that they never wanted me to return back to their premises.The key was handed over to me from the showroom without even a smile from the executive that too in an arrogant manner without even raising up from the chair and I was asked to collect the scooter from their underground godown.The helmet which was supposed to be given free along with the vehicle was also charged.Wen i tried to do the registration and needed some hello from them they behaved in a very ruthless mean by even scolding / abusing the person who helped me do the registration..Really felt very very bad about the showroom.And when asked for water the authorities told me its over there behind the pillar, and asked me to take it on my own if I require it.

The worst service experience I have been honored. The most unprofessional people are housed in Max Motors.In a nut shell, I gave my HH Splendor for repair and service a week back. They couldnt assess what needs to be fixed after 1 whole day of inspection. The estimate they gave was around Rs. 2500. They told it will be ready in a day. Have been following up daily. One lady picks up the phone, asks same questions 10 times - is it a free/paid service, was it given yesterday, what vehicle. Fed up calling them again and again. They say, they will get back in 10 mins and they never call back. I am also fighting it daily to test my patience. Its about a week and they still dont know what vehicle, what repair. This was supposed to be 1 day work.Very impolite, waste to the core staff. If you have choice, never go with these. Its my bitter experience.
