Place is a multi brand service center. Car delivery is done at the service center. Need to change the delivery point from service center to showroom. Not all customers would be happy to take a delivery at service center. Otherwise no complaints and comments on the service center since delivery just happened.

Worst service centre for below reaso1. They will charge 80% of spare part cost as labor.2. I wanted to replace left axle but they replaced timing kit saying scheduled service and bloated bill to 30k.3. Spare part required to be changed is not in stock from last 1 month.4. With the 3 service cost you pay here for small car, you can buy a new 2 wheeler.5. Service advisor always expects tips from you. If you dont tip them next time they will not attend your car.

Went for the first free service for Tata Nexon- did the software update (I guess ECU one)- total charge was 200 for the consumables- staff is friendly- lounge area is ok-ish- total time taken was 6 hours- explained some basics about how to check for engine oil level, brake fluid level, water level, etc

I did my Jeep compass service here a few months back. They stole my dashcam sd card which was well inside the dashcam. It was clearly not visible to outside and it was missing. I complained to Jeep India. Initially KHT talked to me and accepted the mistake. Even they sent me a mail saying they will compensate me with a new one. After that no response. I am writing this review to show the false promises made by the KHT team and irresponsible and lack of follow up from Jeep India with their dealer. The KHT team do not care about their customers and just ignore them even if you complain. I also suspect if the car was was properly service. Afterall we give the car for service trusting that they will change filters, change oil as promised. I suspect even removal of sd card is to hide the false practices by the KHT team. I will never give my car for service in KHT.

The quality of work at this center was very good and if any bad quality work done will be rectified immediately. Need to specially mention about site manager Suresh , who works like a service person through out full day by solving many customer issues and always make customers happy to come back again. Located opposite Universal Flexibles pvt ltd. take next lane to Decathlon whitefield.Team has top notch supervisors for every car. They will do proper inspection, before dropping the car person understand the problem. But they try to replace the whole product even for small defect. Service Bill will usually come beyond the estimate given.

Its not only Tata but you have other company car service center in same building. Staff is good, sometime there are lots of vehicles so they dont give you enough time to explain the issue. Sometimes ask to fill the feedback from without checking the vehicle.

No service centers are 100 percent honest in providing services to your vehicle. Kht is also same. Just we need to be careful. No doubt space and area wise the kht is a good place, but the services all depends on luck. Some get good n some get worst. According to my experience Dont buy accessories (Except few exceptions) from any showroom/service center. Rather we can get it outside with better quality n price.

+ve;till now had decent experience.went to refill DEF and buying extending warranty for my Tata Harrier.Pradeep is helpful and got both things done in 45 minutes.they have toilet facilities and sitting arrangement at 1st floor.have sanitizer at desk.-ve:have to improve vehicle delivery process, i took delivery here for my harrier.didnt feel like like taking delivery of car worth 25 Lakhs. also had small scratch, which i had to go again to get it rectify.

Place is really good ... staff is professional and cooperative... my sales person was Venkatesh and he was really helpful. The one thing which is missing in the dealer showroom is when you go to collect vehicle they don’t celebrate it with you ... not sure it’s only with TATA dealers or specifically for this dealer but I took one from NEXA they really know how to celebrate the delivery of car and how make owner of new car happy with the gestures.

In my opinion they are good for servicing of new vehicles only. They dont know any major repair work and infact in my car service they failed to identify the actual problem and end up in replacing all other parts.They have spoiled center locking and when I asked them to repair they told sorry sir we dont know how to repair outside market fitted center locking system . In fact 1 wheel cap also they have missed, such a ignorance attitude.They have created wrong impression in trusting TATA vehicles.One thing for sure, next time onwards I will prefer local garage and never do service at #KHT Motors.

My Harriers fender was damaged at the service center by KHT guy and the lock down started next day. Praveen spoke to me and showed me the damages which was a dent with scratches. I spoke to Suresh Basari GM services and he assured me that this will be taken care of when the lock down will be lifted. After one and half month I called and spoke to him they made my car good as new replaced the damaged parts. I was really happy with the customer experience and the professionalism shown by Mr Suresh and Praveen. Tata is really doing great on customer services. Keep it up !!!

I bought a Tata Nexon and all my post purchase services have been hassle free. Do consider going to them even if they were not your tata dealer when you purchased your vehicle!

Extremely hard to find a person who is willing to help, spent 90 mins, before I could find the right person to discuss my issue. redirected multiples times within the same campus, finally met Prasanth from pre-owned cars KHT (different branch) who was helpful and listened to all my queries and advised.front office staff needs more understanding on customer issues, instead providing mobile numbers to contact or redirection.on a nutshell, not best experience

In my 25 years of motoring, I was a loyal customer of a Japanese car manufacturer for the past decade and now moved to tata bcoz of its flagship 7 seater. I should pen these lines for the scope of improvement and not to downgrade your service. Please... You sell a world class product, the car is simply awesome but the processes of your service is really pathetic. Please consider these honest feedbacks and make an effort to change.1. SERVICE APPOINTMENT PROCEDURE: Service appointment should be in slot basis rather than 30 customer hitting the service bay with their vehicles at once. With the previous provider, I was given a conducive slot of 7:30 AM and the advisor was waiting for me at the same time. Due to my home being 1.5 hrs drive far, the advisor itself asked me to wait at the lounge and he can get the car at the earliest being a 1000 km check up2. SERVICE ADVISOR INTERACTION: Servicer advisor follow the 1980s model of taking note of the vehicle with a paper and carbon copyMy car was done in two hours but the advisor delayed it for another 1.5 hrs 90 mins... The reason is that he took all customer cars and then started entering one by one in the system which took 90 mins and I patiently waited for 90 mins, without entreating a word3. WASHING BAY QUEUE MANAGEMENT: There is no priority given for customers who are waiting though the advisor notes that in his JOB CARD paper 📜 CUSTOMER WAITINGI had to PERSONALLY go and request the washer guy three times that I am waiting to get it. The advisors or drivers take the car from floor #2 and park the car at the basement washing bay without taking note of these constraints.4. WIPING: There is lot of improvement for the people who wipe a washed car. I had to show more than 10 places on the car to wipe which had dust or water marks. Everytime they come with some cloth they had in the hand and nothing proprietary. Very unprofessional5. SECOND KEY: I am behind the sales and service gm for over a month now to get a date on when the second key can be given. It is a test of customer long suffering... I am literally scared of not having a spare key6. RETURN FROM SERVICE CENTER: There is absolutely no explanation on what work was done during the service by the advisor. He just told me , sorry sir it got delayed. Bye... He didnt even come near my car to do a handoverPLEASE, FEEL free to contact me for any clarificationTATA never asked for a feedback even after a month of doing a service... Very sad

My Vehicle was picked up by the service team and delivered by them. When they delivered, the silver God idol in the dashboard was missing which costs around ₹1.5k. When I reached out to the team, they told to accept the delivery of car and we will find the idol and hand over to us. But later after multiple follow-ups, they mentioned that idol is not there and they can provide some discount in next service. Really frustrated when we see such issues happening with authorised service centre. And they try to put the marketing strategies there by assuring the discount for next visit, rather ready to compensate immediately. Safety of the car is becoming concerns even with these types of authorised service centres whom we trust more and pay more.

I own Nexon, its now 2 and half year old...Went for a general service on Monday 12th July.. got it back on Wednesday 14th morning...I had to wait outside the gate for 15mins then in queue for another 20mins before my vehicle was taken. This was due to the rush of vehicles for service during these Corona times...Nexon has AC vent knobs breaking issue, it wasnt replaced as the service manager had not noted it pink slip.I dont see any great change in my vehicle.All I can say is that servicing was fine.

Today I have been to KHT Motors for servicing my Nexon Hulk. I am very satisfied with the location and they have huge yard & parking lot. Mr. Santosh he has a gud experience & knowledge. He also explained what all they will do in 2nd free servicing. I am willing to continue with KHT & suggest for others for sure. If u satisfy customers they wont let u down. Hoo I forget to mention, I forgot to take my wallet from car while dropping for service. I went for my Tata Tiago First Service recently after relaxation in lockdown. I was really happy with the way i was assisted. Jaychandra took care of all my concerns and requirements. My front door lock was stuck and it was replaced by tata motors. Very happy to see my car shining when i came for delivery. Overall driving experience after the service was very good and smooth. A lot of efforts has been taken by Tata motors on its service department. I would like to appreciate Tata motors for it. Hope it get improve in other cities where people usually complains on social media.

Third class service by KHT. Every time I take my vehicle here for service, I face some or the other issue. Even when I take an appointment for service, take a leave and take my vehicle there, theyll ask me to come some other day because theyre busy. The service advisor Mr Renold is highly unreliable. Whenever I call him, he says hes busy and will call back in 10 mins, but they never call back. Its really difficult to get any update or information from these people. . When I point out issues in my vehicle during service, they say theyve fixed the issues, but the issues still persist. Escalating also doesnt help, as the KHT management simply doesnt care about their customers.Last time I gave my clean car for service, they returned the car dirty and greasy. I had to spend another day cleaning my car again. Once I gave my car for service with a full tank of petrol, and they stole the petrol and returned my car with an almost empty tank. When asked about it, they denied it and said thats normal because they test the car after service. I highly doubt they used up over 30 liters of petrol for testing.Unless Tata improves their service, theres no point in buying Tata vehicles.

Went for 1st service of my Car. I asked them to upgrade the ECU but like always they made an excuse of server issue( I got the same review from other folks who owns the same car ). Also they didnt clean the car from below as their car lifting machine was not operational(big let down).Rest everything was fine. My infotainment system was upgraded to the latest release. Gave my vehicle around 10AM and recieved call to take delivery around 4:00PM.

Staff are good and courteous. Issue I faced is that if a customer is requesting some information, they dont revert well. Also when I found a misaligned internal door pad during delivery of the Nexon, they will blame on Tata motors. They also told we are just delivery team, if you want to discuss issue, talk to sales team. As a customer, I am buying the vehicle from KHT motors, not from TATA directly, so I expect a little more sensible response. Please work together as a team of KHT at least in front of customer.

Giving wrong service charging for all services what ever we said but simply doing water wash and send. Example I asked to do wheel allignment they charged 1800 but they didnt done. One of the worst service centers possible for Tata motors. The brand value is being damaged with such kind of service quality.Gave the car in a decent condition, I got it back in the worst condition.They have charged me for gold membership club without my consent and then they have removed the coupons from the book without doing anything.Worst service quality. I used to go here always for service. But now they have spoilt the car by damaging the rear axle and silently giving it back to me. Please dont choose this service center if you are looking for quality service.

Bad service and customer care. I did my service from here as I bought car from KHT, but everytime after service, there will be one or the other issue. We will have to take our car to the service centre multiple times and even after that the new issues will not go. The service people will not take your calls if you complain. Worst ever service.

I have given my Tata Nexon twice. They will not deliver the car neat and clean. Cutomers problem will not be addressed. In both servicing I request them there is problem with car remote key. Battery is getting drained out in 15 days. They will just replace the battery thinking problem is solved. Due to which I faced problem multiple times. Unfortunately Tata is not having more service center. Customers are left with no option.

Very good service for tata motors. Easy to get lost in the basement while searching for your car. If you have agoraphobia, i wouldnt suggest as you could get lost and get paranoid Only for the mechanics to find you in a corner sitting holding on to your knees and gasping like a rabid dog. Those mechanics were helpful though. They found my car and put me in drivers seat and guided me out. 5 stars to those angels.

I had a car service done recently from KHT Motors Mahadevapura for my Tata Tiago. Service center has great equipment, ground staff for body shop and core technical issues is good. Washing and cleaning department is average or even below. I had my 2nd free service , Surprisingly service center refused to clean floor board dirt deposits and other underneath exposed areas. A senior engineer says dirt deposited underneath floor board and other bottom areas will not be cleaned by any service center across Bengaluru due to water shortage.A bit disappointing to hear such a response from a senior engineer from Service Center.Tyre alloy rims nut holes have dirt and grease deposits, engine bay shabbily cleaned too.Better not to go to this service center if you are crazy over a spic washing and cleaning experience.

Easy to access but behaviour of staff is horrible.... two three people have contacted with us ...we are not satisfied....my friend bought car in dec 2020 ... that time they didnt activate the fastag due to some network problem of my friends phone then we called somany times to activate...up to now in February its not yet activated..and even as if would not pick the phone... after sales approach is very bad.... once we booked the car ...and call that agent didnt pick the call..or didnt call back... if we called that persons head that guy also same character....

Car service is expensive and car cleaning is not even ok. Marks can be seen at glass and body of car. Worst will be side mirror. You have to clean them again to view. They will ask to simply sign feedback form. Car will be shown in dark area so you can not see dirt or mark on car while in service station.
