Staff was good and they explained each n every thing related to queries that we have raised , special thanks to service manager Arjun Vittal and CRT manager Arvind , for allowing us to have a DIY session for my bike , they have organized breakfast ride too and have got a chance to be a part of ECMRC family .

Frankly i felt this service centre is much better than other RE centre.My Himalayan Service was taken care by Technical Santhosh and i should say he done a detailed check with all his knowledge.I strongly recommend this place.

The worst experience ever with Royal Enfield service center. 2 days before the bike was given for service as there was starting problem. They gave no reply for 2 days inspite of repeated calling. Today they called and said chain has to be changed which I actually changed one month before. The complaint for which I actually gave for service was not at all addressed. Their reply is battery is out of stock for 3 to 4 months. We dont know when it will come. If you want give the vehicle for service or else you can take it back. This is the reply after 3 days of giving the vehicle for service.

One of the worst R E company AND service center. I have came for my meteor service and I have seen with issue of my tyre manufacture problem which is liking air, so after the service I ask them that did you guys check my tyre they said yes, and then when I came back my tyre is again having same issue so again I call them and inform them, so they said come and collect the latter and go to ceat tyre showroom and change it ..I said I dont have time to go so can you guys please make it as well . They ask me to go and change yourself this is what they are having attitude with the customer and I have purchased my meteor 350 January 2021 which is only 8 Mount old..this is what 1 year warranty they are providing..

Couple of things....Over all experience was good for the service centre easy rechable.But after servicing -1) clutch got super play2) told to fix the rare disk brake play but made the brake so tight that i started to sound.not satisfied with the servicing of bike.

Santhosh and Haider are exceptional service guys. Haider is the key mechanic who will help u understand the issues if any. My only issue of rating them average is their lack of giving importance to the shock absorber issue in DS 500. Shockers should be high on their list of things to check in detail.

They have nice & skilled people working who understand the problems & assure that the problems will be solved. But the problems still remain. From the first service to now the 4th, Ive been facing the same issues month after month & they fix it everytime but it starts again after a week or so.Its almost a waste of time going there for service. They have more on their plate than they can handle & they miss out on 60% of the issues most of the time because of this.All the stars for how nice everyone is.

They are good and experienced. Takes good care of bikes. They even encourage modifications and they help with it. They are part of electronic City motors and their show room is at Hosur road, opp to forum mall. You dont need prior booking to get the bike serviced. You can just drop your bike and get it by evening.

I went here to get my vehicle serviced. Service manager Mr. Arjun adviced to only replace/repair the critical components rather than each and every component that has shown some wear and tear.Recommend to visit the service center on a weekday as it provides an opportunity for the service staff to thoroughly inspect and service the vehicle.

As usual dont expect great service from royalEnfieldservicecenters, this is no exception, giv ur bike without any problem and receive it with few new problems. thats how much they have dedicated to customer service. 3 yrs of using a re bike, and i have decided never to buy a re bike again, planning to buy Honda Hiness 350 soon, stupid re service centers should be shutdown. they are that pathetic.

Worst RE service center (Maybe in entire PAN INDIA) Such an ignorant technicians didnt even bothered to check my new interceptor battery condition during my 2nd servicing. As a result bike troubled me a lot. On top of it they have charged me for wheel alignment, where there was no reason for wheel alignment at all. . They charge you for unwanted things and dont care about actual problem of bike. Had to take my bike again to them to get the battery issue resolved and gave them 1 full day to resolve it. To my surprise they couldnt figure out what is wrong with the battery, electrical thing. Such untrained people they are.Rethink before taking your bike to this service center guys.. They dont even deserve a 1 star.

No 1 Cheaters!! They just want to Empty your pocket by increasing unnecessary cost.For my knowledge the Alignment has to be done every 6000 or 10000 depends on your usage, these guys made the alignment for every service saying that the alignment is not good. Dude my bike is just 5 month old.Second thing, i had asked for clutch adjustment and lubrication which they never do during service, my bike is 5 month old, and last service was 20 days ago, the CLUTCH BRAKE IS BROKEN Now.(I am sharing the picture of the same)Better look for any other service center, these people are simply wasting our time and money.

They give estimate and cook up charges to make up to the estimate amount even if they dont do. In my cases they did not have even basic parts like Break disk, but charged 1000/- (break oil change labour cost) + oil cost. For every spare they charge double of that for labour/replacement changes.

I have done Service for my Thunderbird 500 twice here both the time they didnt do it good job, Particularly last time , after receiving the vehicle its was like they just washed it and handed over in hurry burry. The problem I told the Service manager none of them was looked into, there wasnt any problem in chain sprocket before handing over the vehicle at service center but the manager called saying we need to change it. So these people are running a nothing less than a scam. I also dont think these people are equipped enough with technical Training and Professional behavior.

Mine was a regular service, they replaced a brand new battery with an old one. Unfortunately I didn’t check the battery after the service thinking it’s a company owned outlet. Please be careful and mark the battery before giving for service.

They are running a scam. They are providing manual bill for wheel alignment and when asked, they are saying it is done outside at (Zakir Hussain wheel alignment) which is in BTM layout Bismillah nagar. I received my bike in 2 hours. How is this possible? Water wash/Servicing/repairing my bike at koramangala center and then going and coming back from koramangala to Bismillah nagar with wheel alignment. How how how? Travelling itself will take 2 hrs. Its a scam brothers.

The service is really bad! after giving the bike, they havent fixed the problem ! Their techical knowledge is very bad as they were not able to fix a wiring related issue after giving the bike there for 3 continues times for the same issue. Last month i had given the bike for carborator and speedometer related issue, they delivered the bike without fixing the speedometer. I have given the bike many times after the issue continued even after the first service for differnet problems. my bike has never been fixed in a single service, always had to give it for a second or third time.

Poor service and quality of staff. They just want to replace parts which are not faulty and despite the owner saying no will go ahead and still change.The cashier never has any change and will try and act smart. The managers attitude towards customers after being promoted has changed. He now doesnt care and will not be able to answer questions if it involves anything around the billing and will just be busy somewhere else.Went to the main branch and got an excellent service. Had to take the bike within 3 months and just 500Kms driven after getting it serviced here.

Pathetic experience. Actually I went to change my wheel barrings & RE staff was attending me, suddenly a unknown outside person came started checking my wheel spokes with some spanner and told both the wheel alignment to be done. I was shocked because in the last service itself alignment was done, and I was sure, both the wheels were ok and there was no requirement of any alignment. Inexperienced third party staffing for wheel alignment and charges are very high & there is no system generated bill, they will give a manual Bill, wheel alignment done twice with in 1900 km run and simply they charged me again and also alignment was pathetic this time when asked the RE staff that its not aligned properly as both the wheels were vobling too much as he can also make out, hence he called that person and asked to check and slowly the RE Staff disappeared from the place. The alignment person shows me that its a joint in the wheels which comes from the company side and nothing much can be done in it. so i told him there was no vobling before the service & how come there is so much issue now?? when argued with him. he is telling me to check the Camera & what else u expect from this type of people. I felt just for some money the whole staff cheating the RE Owners and also they miss aligned my both the wheels which again i have to get it aligned from outside & it will charge me again. I feel the RE management should look into this.

Excellent customer service. I owe RE Classic Stealth Black 500. I was surprised when I am shifting gears vehicle used to automatically turn off and this happened to me when the vehicle is in running. This should happen only when we put side stand but when I didn’t put side stand this issue was happening. I am on my way to office and all these things happened in fraction of second . I contacted more than 2-3 service centre no one answered or turned up for my vehicle issue.Then googling I got the KORAMANGALA MOTORS service centre number. I would appreciate service manager Mr. PRAMOD who understood my situation and helped me by sending one of his technician to my location to rectify the issue. Again I would appreciate technician Mr.Azeez who identified the issue and made the vehicle to run again. I was about to give my RE to service and I thought will to give to this service centre. I had given my vehicle to this service centre frankly speaking I was totally satisfied with the service and I feel the change while I am riding my RE. Without customer approval they will not replace the spares and also they will inform the customer on why we need change the spare if anything to be replaced.

They dont know how to repair instead they are very good at replacing. I gave my bike for servicing two times. Servicing was okay. But both the time they called me to ask to change a few parts which I got changed few month back. Later on I used to take my bike only for washing there and for minor works.

Okay let me begin with: this gets a 4 star because of comparative analysis. This is by far the best of the service centres (and I have visited 2 apart from this. Don’t kill me).Sure they rip your money, sure they sell unwanted stuff; but I felt they are good with their timelines and help when you need it. Let me name check Pramod for helping me out while I was stuck on the ORR with the damn contact centre useless and no other service centres answering.

Worst service done, battery box lock was broken, half tank fuel was missing, I had to go by myself to get petrol, so many other complaints to say. I left my bike again in the servive station itself because the condition is worst than wat it was before service, All I want to say is the worst place to get our bike serviced. Never gonna leave my Enfield for service here again.

Very Poor service provided.After giving the bike for regular servicing, they will keep calling and ask you to repair unnecessary things which is not required and charge a lot of money. Recently , I gave my bike just for oil change and instead they broke the chain sprocket. They also have charged for wheel alignment which i never told them to do.Guys i will sincerely not recommends this servicing centre.

When you call the service centre they ask for Engine number and without which they will not take the vehicle for service. Who on earth remembers the Engine Number. The service person defends her right that she is only interested in engine number and the vehicle number though i have serviced many times earlier. If Royal enfield wants to position its company as a Global Two Wheeler manufacturer you need to fix the bug in the system to recognise the vehicle based on Registration number. I am shocked with this response from Koramangala service centre. Moment of truth for a customer.

I always faced so many issues after the bike services its not once but always ... I give my bike for service with 1 issue and get it back with multiple issues... Everytime I give a feedback on call they ask me to bring the bike to the service centre..They forget somethin or the other everytime last time they forgot to add the extra accelerator wireI would suggest to get your bikes serviced in some local service centre atleast they work infront of your eyes n u know whats happening ..Worst experience each and every time I visited this service centre

I had issues with thier billing department. They charged me extra and post i raising issue next day then came back with an apology and agreed to refund..Also i had to wait for than 30 minutes to get the bill done though my vehicle was ready..It was the same state with other customers as well as they were made to wait long in the billing counter. Quality of service was good ..no major compliant about it but pls do check your bill before leaving the counter and ensure you get Tax Invoice and not Pre Service Invoice.
