Great customer experience I must say. The team was excellent, followed up regularly and gave me timely commentary. I was told that my car will be picked up at 7 in the morning, and they stuck to their promise.. The car delivery was also on schedule which I really appreciate. Akash, the on-call person who was communicating with me, was really friendly and professional. He made me feel comfortable from the time we got on call. Hi,My first experience with MAHINDRA SERVICE CENTER, Vikram was phenomenal. There were issues with power windows swtich and other issues during 1000 km 1st service and it was very nearly fixed with in least turn around time. Must say that my recent experience here was superb and it was the best service experience in that last 10 years ever since I started using a car.It was by brand new XUV300 and my wiper was not working properly. Later I also found that the dual zone A/c also had some issues. Being a first time M&M user and brand new vehicle, I was a bit upset when I met Mr. Iqbal at Sireesh, Marathahalli. He was able to identify the issue very quickly (it was a chipset issue) and the faulty piece had to be replaced. He was quite helpful in getting the part quickly as it should come from factory.The best part I like about him was timely updates. All these years my experience was that I had to follow up with the service centre for an update. This time he regularly updated the parts shipping status, the repair statu without I need to call/ message. I saw many reviewers talks about M&M service is a hit or miss but for me, this was a big hit.Good job Iqbal and keep the good work up. Thanks for all the support, specially for making me feel like I did not make a wrong decision by choosing Mahindra.

Decent customer interaction and service. This time I got a very experienced executive -Loganathan, his interaction was very nice, courtesies and professional. I do not have very much concerns about the competency of their technical staff even though I do have a few unfinished issues(explicitly asked to look at) even after servicing.

Authorised service center. Prompt service and can trust it.

I wouldnt say its a great place. May be because, this is my first visit... The Service Advisor did not bother to explain me, what has he done in the car, he just finished it in one sentence that everything is fine Sir....People who are working in Sireesh, be it Sales or Service, they promptly ask to give them 10/10 rating....
