I have trusted them with my cars for over 3 years now. Very professional mechanics, trusted advise and cost efficient repairs. I know their mechanics and manager personally and they never advised anything which is not essential.

Helpful, professional, affordable. Been going here since 2005. They kept my old 800 going for 20yrs! Facilities upgraded over the years.

•STOLEN AC FILTER•I gave my car for a small wiring work. In return they broke my gear knob and refused to admit it. When insisted they hesitated and after putting much pressure on them, they replaced it with a used one.The horrible part is that they STOLE THE AC air filter from the car which I only realised in my next service in another service station.This is not at all professional and also caused much more damage than repair!!!Horrible horrible service!! If you love your car, please don’t ever consider this service station. The management is so POOR!I’m never letting anybody I know go there ever again!!Please, if you love your car, STAY AWAY from SMART CARS!!UN ETHICAL, UN PROFFESSIONAL!!

Good place for four wheeler servicing

I had gone for my brothers ford eco sports issue with wiper jet issue the guy at the place identified the problem within few sec and fixed the same. Really wonderful job done by these people. Recommended few changes for the car during next servicing too.

A friendly place, absolutely no pressure from staff. You get what you want. Treats customers well. You come out satisfied. The shop is decent size and does all types of work. They have their own battery store. They give good advice on your vehicle. It’s been around for 12 years or so. Not the best shop, but good people place.

I visited this service station for my Swift car ignition problem, here this people instantly attended and done repair, good service & right place.

Total 3 services done so far with smartcars,1st experience was good,2nd experience was below average, send car for general service, got initial quote ~4K, executive called me after an hour and recommended to replace clutch and break shoes and new quote was ~14K, he said if you dont do now after 1500 KM you anyway have to do it which I disagree and ask him to focus on general servicing because I sense he just want to bump up my bill,My car run 10K more KM without any issue3rd experience: was not planning to get service done with smart car because of my previous experience however multiple call, follow-up and assurance of best service from executive with reasonable price decide to give one more chance,Over call rough estimate 7500, during pickup 8700 and after an hour some recommendations and final bill 12400 discounted bill, which no choices left except paying, which i paid, I opted for deep cleaning however dust and other other particals are visible with naked eye, executive initially try to defend and easily accepted and requested that sir give me car I will get it clean right away..Summary:unethical business practicesUnprofessionalAverage serviceMy recommendation: explore another options for service

Paid Rs. 13000 + for a service of swift and guess what, they havent changed the air filter or oil filter or oil etc... Oil is sticky...i showed to another mechanic he only discovered it all... U know what they had changed... AC filter, there was no complaint on AC at all!!!I am going to file a consumer complaint in consumer court. No apology or no refund for this level of service. Never give to them, if ylu dont want to get cheated

Good fast service..we had been there for a small repair and insurance claim. We got the car pretty soon afer the repair.

Simply after bloating bill , for VDI they asked to change coveyor belt which costs 4k , they said anytime it may rip off driven 10,000km with no issues . Just to be on safe side checked with bimal guys on this velt , they said abosultely there is no issue you can run more then 1 lakh km with this belt. Suggest see other MAS.

One of the best Maruti service centres Ive seen. Getting my cars(s) serviced there since the past 12 years. Reasonable in cost of spares and services.

Earlier it was good but the services are going down drastically. Faced a few issues the last time I got my vehicle serviced bolts and nuts not fixed properly door latch was not fixed as a result door opened while driving on the highway

I guess the place has changed hands. The levels of familiarity has disappeared.

Money minded service centre!Got my car serviced in December and started having problems after 10 days. They came to pick and drop my car when I had to get it serviced and now when I have a problem they casually say bring the car to the service centreFollowing up with the manager didnt help . He promised to send someone to check it out but to no avail even after about 25 days.They gave me a long list of parts they suggest I change. Thank you but now I think Ill just get the same done at a different service centre

Not satisfied with the service. I had given my wagon r for regular service. The service manager did not even call after receiving the vehicle. There was no information or call regarding the service details or estimate. Finally in the evening before delivery, I got a call telling me the amount. The technician Mr Govinda was not even aware of his mistake. He kept insisting its a regular service which does not require a call. Smart cars is really low on customer service.

Very good service and reasonable cost

Okay this is the second instance I have a problem with smart cars...yesterday I had requested for a pick up for service for my car pick up was done and the pick up person said sir y is this rough on the car.the car was dirty and was not washed for 2 days and not used and just parked for 2 days so I thought it’s all dust and anyways they will clean. Now the car comes back from service and the person tells me it’s not going and when I touched my car paint surface it’s rough like sand so I told him it’s not at all possible because I was my car every day and this can not happen in 2 days because I dint was...he tell me now he can’t do anything it’s not his fault and took the payment and went away that to rude was not the word. I asked a body shop person and he tell me sir this is a silver paint like material sprayed by mistake or when they were doing another car this would have happened now u will have to rub and polish then it might go. So I called them today and told the same that even I tried washing and there are micro silver granules coming out which seems like a quote on the car my head lams are covered with the same but nothing has been done by fast cars...I do not recommend giving ur car here because there is not responsible person there to help

I have given my vehicle Maruti Alto LXI for service, they have not done any service, but claimed that all is done, my vehicle got break down in front of their service station, even though they keep arguing with me. you have to replace so and so parts then only it will be good. So I suggest you dont go for this service station, they are not competent people to do service and you will have deep whole in your packet. Please check your bill without doing anything, they will charge at least Rs:1300 to Rs: 1900 ( Just they mention, wheel balance, cleaning, some wash here and there) if ask mechanic he will tell you that we have not done all. but still they will give you bill to pay. I totally frustrated with this service center, even I suggest you dont give your vehicle for service here, they just spoil your while condition.

Not happy with their service this time. After service I am facing issues with speakers and horn. They also screwed up beat of engine. It used to be smooth before service now it sounds like tractor. Had very bad experience

OK type.. they call with sweet voice over and talk about discount but when you visit scenario changes

I went there for servicing twice. First time, I dont what they did but next day my car battery stopped working. When I called them, they came, checked as suggested for replacement. Next time I went there to get my cars headlights changed. They returned the car without actually adjusting the focus. I had to take my car again to get it fixed and wasted around 2-3 hours. No value for money and time.

If you are a non Nexa car owner, then this is the best place to repair your car. Mr Raghavendra here a very very helpful person and understands your problem and fixes it to perfection

For Swift VDI around 50,000km smart car asked me to change conveyor belt (would have cost 6k) i took to bimal they said its in good condition now completed 70,000km without changing the belt. My friend who used to give Dzire here also told me now this service center has deteriorated, no good mechs. He also stopped giving here.

Worst experience ever in my life! I had given my car to service here since I had starting trouble. When I got the car back it was as if they have just washed it and nothing else.. I might sound like I am exaggerating but it the fact. The guy who came to pick the car who claimed to be having 10 years experience, tried misguiding me saying it is fuel pump issue while I was sure it is something to do with relay. I tried to tell him it is an electrical issue and a slight push should start it but he was adamant and I was in office unfortunately so he insisted me to tow and after reaching they realised it is a relay issue. All they wanted to do was make euxtra money by misguiding me to tow! And anybody who stood next to the car could hear the belt noise and even that was not fixed when the car was returned. And I had to cancel my travel because of their blunder.They are all liars and make sure you dont fall for their telecallers.

The regular servicing cost is very high. For a general servicing of my Swift they charged 4,000/- (with 2500/- in labour cost).

Very bad service as they have only few experienced mechanics who also try to fix problems by guessing. I had given my Swift for regular service and they returned it back in pathetic condition. It started wobbling / humming sound between the speed of 30-90 KM after the service and when I reported it back their response was unacceptable. Moreover, their service center is located in a very traffic congested area. Must avoid place.Update: Finally I got this issue fixed from a road side mechanic. He took only few minutes to rectify it. Smart Cars Dumb people had fixed the tyre bolts wrongly and as a result it was generating the wobbling sound. They had even asked me to change the tyres. Very bad

The service is pathetic they never respond to complaints rather add on to the issues already facing in the vehicle.Last three times I gave the car for service I had to again come back in a couple of days to resolve the new problem. Very careless service people and the owner also is not worried about the customer.Today came for my cars insurance renewal and even after giving all the documents and paying up for the same about a week back the insurance has not yet come. And they only elonging there time for 2 mins for the last half an hour.Pathetic service all around. The last time I guess I would be stepping in this service center.

This place is for Maruti cars servicing. Not a very good service station, smaller than service stations like Bimal and Pratham, but the prices are similar. The management is not very professional, and the servicing quality is not great. Also, they dont really care about feedback, even if you dont like something, theyll not followup.

Wonderful service and good customer care. They provided some good deals on servicing and the work done on the car cleaning was excellent.

Maruti service station - you can visit there for any issue related to your maruti car - or even other brand cars too. I found the service executive much polite and approachable as well as knowledgeable too. You will get Maruti Genuine Accessories as per normal process. They are open on weekends too which helps office goers a lot. For me - they asked for a day to fix but delivered on the same day only - so I am happy enough to give a five star rating. They have enough parking space inside - hence did not face any hinderence for crowded road. Overall satisfactory service received there.

One of the best places to give your car for servicing. They are very courteous and do have very qualified mechanics. I visit this place for my Sx4 servicing. They behave with you properly and tell you what are the issues with the vehicles and how could you maintain your vehicle better. They do have offers on servicing from time to time. They have very good sales team too who offer exclusive discounts on services and parts for long term customers as part of the loyalty program. They have free home delivery and pick ups too. The best part is their mechanic takes you for a test drive once the vehicle is serviced to make sure that all their vehicles concerns are addressed. All in all have had a very good experience.Please be advised this center does not service for nexa cars. If you have a baleno or a ciaz they would not even open the bonet.

I have changed my swift clutch two months back.From then onwards my vehicle will stop suddenly and go slow. Even the showroom people dont know what is the problem. So pathetic...Now i am planning to give the vehicle to some other service center.
