This is a great place just get some quick grocery or any stationery item. They have really good collection of groceries and ice cream. The book collection could be better, the number of options are very limited.

They have gift items and stationeries on the 1st floor.Not a huge discount on the MRP but they have products on offer at the entrance and billing counters. If you are regular its good to get the membership card to accumulate points and redeem.Lulus Veg/Fruit store outside is good as well. Maybe a bit on the pocket but good produce. If you a looking for some unusual products then good to visit here.

First floor staff are horrible... Customer experience will be hell... You just feel like why did I turn up here... Least bothered whether you buy or not... Does not have patience to engage with you... Totally ignorant... If the Ground floor management see this please make sure you have appropriate staff ... Keep their attitude in pocket...

These people dont even have the basic decency about how to behave with customers. Firstly the DELIVERY GUYS WILL NEVER WEAR A MASK AND NEITHER WILL THEY MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING. When you ask them to maintain social distancing they will behave in a rude way, take back the deliverables and shout at you and make false allegations against you. Secondly, WHEN YOU WANT TO RETURN THE EMPTY WATER CAN, THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY and fight with you. Never order from them or else you will end up losing your money.

Very dirty and congested. Wonder how a supermarket is housed in a basement with less safety measures. Only one entry and exit. Highly risky to escape in case of fire or accidents.Half the main road is occupied by car parking, although there is a dedicated car parking. When will the self claimed high liberates learn the decency not to park on the road.

Horrible fruits. Apples were colour coated outside and inside it was spoilt. Pear looked good but while eating it tasted like chemical wear added to it. They are selling low standards of fruits and vegetables with high prices.

All products have barcode and never had any trouble with billing, however I did have trouble everytime I wanted to make an online payment and was discouraged to do so. Parking is a major issue as the dedicated parking lot has very little parking space for the kind of footfall they are having everyday creating traffic conjussion and block in several case as patrons parrellel park on the middle of the street behind other parked cars.Sadly these are well educated people rather should I say too highly educated that they forget how to park.

Too many people in the store, too many staff who also do not know where things are. Finding things in the store is hard. Pricing is not written in the aisle. Getting help to a product is like hunting in a market. Needs better signage and helpful staff.

One of the best supermarkets in the Byrathi area.. Hell I have shifted from there and near my place also there is no shop like Lulu.. You get everything and even the items that you wont get anywhere else.. For example I like the rice sevai from concorde only.. It is a brand based out of Chennai.. I searched everywhere but this is the only place where I have seen it being available.. Even the fruits and vegetables that they get are so good.. The best they lay out whatever the new batch of vegetables they have for everyone.. They have never tried to sell the old stock first and then sell the new stock.. And the best part is the customer service.. You want anything they will try and get for you... I have been to so many supermarkets like these.. But no one can come close to Lulu.. I am so confident that I can put a wager on it with anyone..
