Had opted for brake line bleeding and brake oil replacement as a add on and paid 999, But all was done is brake oil top-up part of comprehensive package, coolant was empty when vehicle delivered, interior was full dirty with grease and oil not even wiped or cleaned with cotton waste, cars are not sanitized at delivery you need to opt for package for that! just waste of money and time if you are not knowledgeable in automobile you can get cheated easily will never advise for others or use this service ever again.

Mechanic assigned couldnt understand the issue despite sharing pics on whatsapp with mechanic directly, i wanted to change tail light(simple). After postponing service appointment for 4 days they added 350 in go mechanic wallet and didnt bother yo fix issue.

No one will contact us post booking. Theyll take 100/- for registration post that no-one will contact you. Visited two locations in a day but it was false location. Customer care location was also wrong. No call backs technician or respond over whatsapp.

Hi, am really very upset, with lot of hopes and having trust reading some good reviews had left my vehicle for service with comprehensive package with full payment paid online. Yesterday i.e. 18th March 2020 booking id L2020318746024I was assigned a garage and customer executive by name Vasuki. He was in contact through WhatsApp and initially conveyed all in better way. However in between I received the message from gomechanic.in as your car arrived at workshop and the garage location was shared.As there was price difference with the parts which was supposed to be replaced I opted for getting the parts myself and handing over to the garage later the garage would do the repair and service as agreed.Today i.e. 19th mar 2020 I received genuine Marathi parts and with help of my wife travelled to the garage which was been shared to me. Shockingly found that my car wasnt there in that garage, and the people didnt even know that where is my car. Later after several tries Vasuki person told its in Eze car services and cafe. I had travelled leaving my small kid and work with my wife all along Indira Nagar to electronic city. So, we had requested to above said person to have a pick up from home as its already late.For this the person started denying listening which my wife raised her voice, which is right on our part because we were been mis leaded. Later same person called up to garage mechanic by name Faizaan khan who was unprofessional in the way he speaks and used mother slang. After we reached and handed over the parts, they agreed to give the car repaired and serviced properly.Once return home am getting call from garage person that Faizaan khan and none of his people not ready to service my case even after its been dismantled. And giving the reason that my wife used mothers slang. How can anyone expect such language from an educated working professional in Manipal group use such language?So I would request you to kindly make my car serviced in proper way and return back to me. Or kindly agree you guys are not fit to be professional and return my vehicle with the fuel and oil which has been removed from my car after assembling it.
