Good place for MG vehicle service. Advisors were responsive, the service center has a very good lounge so I could work there while my vehicle got serviced. The staff was continuously asking if I need any water, coffee etc.All detailing was good except they could give a detailed print of what all has been checked and fixed. Like a 70 point checklist with status as to how theyre. Green, amber, red. This will help us customers to know what all has been checked.

2nd service, DCT Sharp - worst experience with Karthik. Though appointment was taken prior, they have kept me waited for more than 9 hours. Not focusing on the issue inspite they always try to sell unnecessary things (AC cleaning - 4200 out of that 1286 for fumigation without my consent), no proper washing and cleaning (demanding 2200 for inside cleaning). As always tomtom map not working correctly, gaana app gives warning like you have logged in another device, touch is too slow. Most of time iSmart shows wrong data, everything 0.

We went there to get a test drive for Hector and Hector plus, the sales representative Dashrath explained each and every component of every variant in Hector as well as Hector plus.The showroom is well equipped with all the variants and all the variants are available for a test drive. The customer experience is of top notch the way they greet customers and the way they explain and help us with all the finance option is very commendable.They also take us to the stockyard to see different colour options when we were finding really difficult to which colour we should go for and there once we see all the colour options then it was it was pretty easy for us to decide the one.They greet customers with tea coffee green tea. The washrooms are very well maintained and the hygiene during this Covid situation is taken care of very well.

The people at MG service Electronic City barely welcome you and leave you unattended as if treating as a stranger. The executive who attends neither talks to you, goes directly into the car and starts doing his job. The Customer lounge is just a mere waiting room with 3 chairs and there is no water or coffee served with no option for charging your phones. Nothing will be updated to the long waiting customers and when we try and ask, they ask us to get back and sit in lounge. Being customers we deserve some services at the service center and not be treated like truck drivers who are left to their fate while their trucks are being serviced!!

I Booked MG hector Plus Sharp MT diesel. had a worst experience of after sale support from MG Its been one month over They are unable to fix the foot step for which They took the money and also they provided the floor mats after 18 days of sale, at the time of booking MG vehicle I had given them sufficient time to fix all the accessories, Even though they failed to fulfill their commitment. very worst experience, They commit the vehicle will be picked up for service, Now theyre asking me to bring the vehicle to their service place to electronic city. Where as my nearest place is Mysore road. I am staying at Bharat Nagar Magadi RoadThe whole MG team is trained group of liers. Worst experience.pls Dont book MG with Jubilant automobile Which is located in west of chord Road. Their main office is Tumkur city they are impotent provide the proper services.at preliminary stages the service support so pathetic I am really worried about the future service support.The chord Road MG delivery place is very untidy, dirty its in the basement. My sincere suggestions pls dont book MG at Jubilant automobile Chord road.

Worst ever delivery i have ever faced with MG. Worst after sales support. New car not even 24hr old facing lots of issues. Good part is that Mr. sathya was on my side helping due to which i am not escalating. Never explained how to charge the vehicle also. When entered the showroom for delivery no one bothered to attend and ask for the reason of visit instead staffs were just having a gala time among themselves. Thumbs down 👎 for MG.

I booked a test drive here. The car arrived at my doorstep, and it was so clean and well-maintained. I drove for it an hour in almost every kind of road. It is literally the best SUV in its segment.

I wanted to know about the launch of Gloster, which was unveiled at Auto Expo 2020. I was delighted with the response. The staff here was well aware of everything related to it, be it its launch date, features, and color variants.

No vehicle available for test drive. I was requested to visit some other day or call sales man to check availability. Better to visit some other outlet to come out with some vehicle drive experience. If one is not MG specific can have check and test drive experience at KIA outlet which is also on Hosur road (~1.5 km before MG outlet). KIA tops my choice.

Yes, I would definitely give a 10/10 rating for the MG showroom situated in Electronic city. I visited here to inquire about the delivery of my ZS EV, and they clarified all my issues without any irritation.

My experience has been extremely bad with MG, especially this showroom.Though initially I got carried away by the fanfare created but I experienced their real customer handling skills when I started questioning them.I would mention this without hesitation that I had booked an MG Hector Sharp MT (Petrol) 6 months ago which I cancelled couple of weeks ago due to no response. My multiple attempts to do a in person follow up also was futile & I was made to realise that the Brand is greater than the car.My booking receipt never had a booking ID allocated.It was heights of unprofessionalism when I was only able to get my cancellation amount after 12 working days post escalating it to the MG Corporate team.I would never recommend this place to anyone.

MG Hector Service Center is in Electronic City, just 50 meter off the main road between Audi and Nexa Showroom. The entry to the service center is very ordinary mud road.Driver and customer waiting longue are really good. The service center people are very polite and cordial.

MG is a car loaded with features never seen in cars in this price point. Too good for the price.10 inch infotainment system. 8 speaker infinity system with subwoofer. Feel like you are in imax theatre. You can control sunroof, AC, driver side window etc. by voice command. There are 100 voice command functions, i was told. All round camera, Full panoramic sunroof, powered seats for driver and passengers, powered tailgate, heated side mirror for a rainy day,rain sensing wipers etc. The feature list is very long.......A lot of these features are only there in premium luxury segment.

If you value your time and want to be explained the features of the car, go there in a BMW. Flashing your cash might also help you get noticed. I waited for around 15 mins and even though there were free salespersons, no one approached me. Then a person drove in in a BMW and all of them were rushing to him. My experience in Jeep showroom, which is actually a segment higher than MG was much better! If youre interested in MG I would advise you to go to another showroom.

Good response but they never let us to go for test-drive and they just ask us to come some other time at some other place away from the showroom for a drive which is no practically possible for us and believe it or not guys they provided the car for a women for a test drive but not for us but the sales man or the assistant was good going and made us feel comfortable at that movement. I hope it will not repeat , next time

Two months ago, I booked an MG Hector and they said the waiting period is 2-4 months. I received an email one month ago that the waiting period is 2-4 months. Today I get an email that the car will be delivered in Jan 2020 (which amounts to nearly 7 months of waiting). There is no response to my query. MG is acting as if they dont care if I cancel. The initial demand has gotten to their head. Disgusting. If the customer is so pathetic now, how will it be after sales. Stay away!

The electronic city mg service center is one of the worst service center i have ever been , people are rude and they barely talk to you about the car , no proper response, I have not even driven my car for 1000km and he says oil change , filter change and everything and put a price tag of rs 11,000, what in the hell is happening i hope the mg showroom authorities take a note of these and please see for customer needs.

Had a bad experience today!If you have already talked to sale executive then make sure he is there when you visit for test drive, otherwise they dont take care of you.Had talked to Bipin last week and visited today to see the car and for test drive.I had booked the slot for test drive at 2.30 and reached at 2.40pm.I had to wait till 3.40pm due to week end rush.But thats fine. The bad experience was with sales executive Prabhu Teja. he talked to me over the phone first and later when I reached there did not show any interest might be because I was not his customer. He was busy in attending other customers. The receptionist helped me then to take the test drive.Later once I came back from short 10min test drive, Prabhu did not even show the car features :(I was waiting for more than 20 min and thought of walking out , receptionist realized the same and then Rahul came to me and explained neatly.Star given by me is only for Rahul here. Good guy!As a show room please teach your sales executive that even though some one is not their customer ,they are customer of MG !!
