As per online information, it sells original parts of Maruti Suzuki cars. Though, we did not get what we were looking for, and that too for very popular car model. Overall, very slow service. They took more than half an hour to inform us, even though there were only 3-4 customers. They need to upgrade their customer handling skills, and understand their needs. Hope they will improve. Good luck.

In late 90s we were in queue for Kerosine know , like that we have to wait for spares

Speed at which they process your order is pathetic. Whatever the crowd size is it doesnt matter. Whatever good staff they had have quit I believe. They have people whose computer speed is really really bad. Once the pick order is generated backend team will again take their own sweet time to deliver the items. Most of the time they say card payment is not available.

The Billings desks guys process the items delivery very late. I have been seeing from 3 years. Their front office team who handles item orders , they need to gear up or nema has to deploy more man power.
