Nice place for Maruthi car service.But cost are bit high. Service care taker are very supportive. You can see what services are done for your car from gust room.

My first impression in this service station....The job for my swift car was not up to the mark, had to bring the issues to the notice of service staff that the car has a bearing noise and he kept telling its noise from tyre and finally they found it as bearing. The wheel cap was damaged and tied with plastic rope. I was asked to give feedback immediately after car service without inspecting the car completely. The online feed back doesnt allow you to choose average or poor service but only excellent and good. Just sanitation and washing looked good.

I recommend all the buyers kindly have Mr.Pramod as your Coordinator. He is honest and Trust worthy person, he will not misguide in terms unwanted expenditure. I had best experience with NEXA Yelanka.Coming Forward i am looking same service will be their in terms of Post Sales Service like perodic servicingof the car.Suggestion for Nexa Yelanka:- Delivery of Vehicle can be done much more better, Like Cake Cutting, Hiding the Car in Covers and Photos frame can be presented to the Customers. Its 20 to 30 % expensive compared to regular Maruti service center....they have stopped car water wash in the service per local regulations..however increased the price......am not really sure how Maruti Suzuki is keeping a tab on exhobirant prices charged by nexa under the pretext of premium services..... pathetically Maruti when called or emails written, they dont even bother about clients.....sure Maruti Suzuki is digging its own grave yard in India with poor services to clients

Booked appointment 30 mts ahead. Got a call again confirming and reason for visit. At service centre engineer started attending in 10 mts of arrival. All Covid precautions in place.

I had given for service of my S-crossFor annual service..They had did the worst cleaning inside .I had taken photo and sent to them after they dropped my car ..The service manger had promised to pick and clean later .He said customer satisfaction is their Moto.But nothing happened....They failed to do so.The service station is not walk what they talk...I am disappointed with them ...not for cleaning properly but not for keeping words .....

Same story everyone says washing is the worst part with them.. mechanical work yes I would recommend but not any kind of service

I took my car for first free service. They were quite professional and did what was necessary. Location in Yelahanka is convenient. They have an ac sitting room. The service area is kept neat and clean. Fixed my ISG system which was not working. Total service was done in about 1 hr.They did only dry wash, not water wash stating that it is now policy for saving water. If you have a muddy car on lower side then it may be better to plan for a full water wash elsewhere.

I got my Ciaz serviced last month first week but extremely unsatisfied there were many things not fixed or missing. Eg The sheet under the barnet was hanging no nuts were put, in the gprs display the data card was missing and I did not experience the battery drain out in the last 2 years as my car is only 2 years old...but offlate after this paid service the battery is getting drained out...and ac controller in the back seat is broken...they charge really high and very bad service...I would never suggest any one to go here.

Very bad and unsupportuve staff.Sent me back twice back without solving the problem.*Mr. Dilip Kumar* first assured us that the job will be done in two hours. And when I came all the way to get the job done around 2 pm then he asked us to leave the vehicle overnight and deliver it by next day afternoon.

For Nexa car services. though regular Maruti cars can also be serviced here. They have 10 ramps. Off late, the service quality has come down a bit..
