You ask them to do only things required/ recommended by the manufacturer. If you dont know about your vehicle condition they will loot you.

Service advisors are worst came to check for front break noise instructed due to break fluid didnt even check touch anything just toped up break fluid after travelling 150km i ended up paying for disk and as well as the break pad. Very pathetic service. Note i dont want to reveal the advisor name keep an eye on every one they are lots of betrayal things going on.

Cheats have replaced the headlights of my baleno and installed a defective one of other car. Now my headlights are fogged up. They promised that it will be replaced but never 👎 did. Never solved the humming noise from the differential, they say pinion bearing are out of stock. They don’t wanna help but just wanna do the regular service and make money. Refer the images.

Service levels have definitely gone up during the last few months. Staff responds with timely updates. Mr Uma Shankar has been very involved and helpful in ensuring that the required car repair work, were completed on priority.

Excellent service for Maruti Vehicle. Using word class equipment for Vehicle service. Also having a big Bodyshop repair centre. Technicians are well trained & experienced.

Low professionalism, they forget what youve mentioned. Doing it in last moment. Once your car is over 5 years then forget it

Theyve done a great job on my car which was given for general service last week.All these years I was getting it serviced at another Maruti authorised service centre at Bellandur but was never quite satisfied.However Bimal ITPL Road did a great job this time!Thanks to Mr Rakesh and Mr Ahmed for your personalized care - I can actually feel the difference while driving now, the car feels a lot smoother!

This service center has very money orientrd executives, if they feel like you are going for AMC and other, then will chase you and they will go to whatever. If you are not the one to spent more money and expecting what you should get on your needs, they wont have time to listen ti you and also they can say You came on saturday evening with a problem, even you car is present in the same service center for 3days no body bothers and also wont care what you problems specified. If your body repair under insurance and service was done one after the other with 2-3 days in this, then dont expect the car in a good condition.I faced like first they did the 2nd Service, after that they claimed insuranec to change my front wind shiled, after wind shiled when i got my car the car is pathethic condition.1. Inside windshild has full of water marks and dirt and oil.2. Car outside is full of finger print stains3. Car AC went are with dust (wether cleaned on service ot not no idea)4. Car engine is not smooth, engine sound is more after service.5. Scrath on the reverse camera only (some part of video has blurness)When I called the person who executed my insurane asking me to come again to service center, in Bangalore going back to service center another pain 1hr of traffic (They could have been checked this before delivery)Before delivery when i asked to clean the vehicle, the executive says ask the insurance person and he says service executive will do that. They are saying on each other. So dont do such mistakes like, giving service and say to claim the insurance for any body repairs on the next day.When I go again back to them on that day, now everyone is alter and showing their aggressive ness to satisfy me, but those are also just for name sake. After returing home, agian i have to clean the inside of the windshield with Colin and Cloth to clean the windshield.This is how this service center works.

Quite useless. Trying to reach them for over a week now but there is no proper response.

They will turn out as an expensive service station for you. Their labour charges are extremely high for doing almost no work. They will scare you to replace the most expensive part assemblies (which they can service or replace only the needed sub parts). Very unethical service station. If possible, stay away.

1 star is just for making fake call saying 50%off on labour and charged double of usual service cost. They charged 13000 Rs for maruti swift service(just a routine 10k service. No major problem)out of which 9000 is labour. They just make fool of customers and later call back with just excuse than nothing else. Service is not great AC is back to old condition within a week.

Very bad service station.First of all i booked service for indira nagar center and they took my car to mahadevpura.Told they will pick up car at 9:30am and will give back by 3, however they came around 10:45am after calling 10 times.I asked for touch-up on scratches which was not done, and fake claim by delivery guy that they have done it exposed after calling the manager.Car wasnt clean properly and was charged for some services without telling proper breakup.After calling 10 times I got my car at 7pm. In similar condition to what I gave, looks like they didnt even cleaned it properly.Made complaint but not expecting anything for these silly peoples.
