Very bad experience. Had registered a complaint to claim warranty on my Mahindra xuv300, but no response from the service executive.Munawar(Service executive) doesnt receive calls let alone provide a status on my warranty claim.

I really had my worst mahindra experience here.. I recieved a call saying that the car would be delivered at 4pm. When I reached there. They made us wait for 2 hours. The car wasnt clean. The things which was mentioned to do in the list were not completed. The bill which they charge us was not clear cut. There were many issues.When I reached there I found that I told them to update the infotainment system and they didnt do that. They asked srry and made us wait for more than an hour to update that system.I was really disappointed by the service given by India garage.

I have trusted the team at India Garage to keep my vehicle running and serviced. I do find the service slightly expensive but the work is always done well and with good quality. Also wish they can include a wash in theservice but that has apparently been banned by BBMP. Munavar and team have always been helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work.

The best experience I had out of any Mahindra workshops. Manager and Staff were extremely cordial and took extra care to listen to all problems. Vehicle was delivered on time. Extremely happy customer at the end of the day.

Special thanks to the Mahindra Management team for their concern in listening to their customer and their proactiveness in contacting customers to know the problem details and in redirecting to proper contacts was appreciatable. My Vehicle after installing AUDIO/Music system had a very inconsistent and weird problem of showing Neutral on the dashboard though the vehicle used to move on the other gear and the engine never used to rev up/pick up more than 2.5 k rpm. it made the vehicle to reach at max 60 kmph speed, it was very inconsistent and i was afraid of taking my vehicle to the Ghat section. immediately after I posted this concern, Mahindra team contacted me and directed to the India Garage, ITPL Bengaluru where they resolved it for FREE OF COST.Kudos to Mr.BALARAM and TEAM for their technical expertise.i am very much interested to buy more vehicles from Mahindra after seeing this kind of healthy response and concern from management. Thanks once again to Mahindra & Mahindra.

These people are have no knowledge on vehicle. They took 7 days to service my vehicle and at the end of the day ,they dont resolve the problem of my vehicle. But they charged huge. I completely disappointed with these guys. Better not to visit this garrage.

This service centre is good. There is no hidden cost and most of the times, the actual bill amount is less than expected bill amount. Also, they know the value of water and hence, they do dry washing without using a single drop of water.

Professionally managed. Has a body shop to facilitate insurance claims. Spacious, green and well maintained.

The team under Mr. Balram Singh, Mr. Pasha, Me. Dhananjaya did an excellent job on my Mahindra vehicle. Kudos to them for such a customer friendly and professional approach.

Good pickup and drop service.

We had a bad experience with this service centre they had told that the air belt and the break belt had been changed but they did not our car xylo broke down in namakkal tamil nadu we had to go to the naresh service center in namak kal and had to change the belts.Before we had given our car to service center in bangalore they did not give our car on tim e they related we had to go to the service center on 25th of october night 10 pm no one responded on reaching the service centre.

Recently i visited this place for my Nuvosport AMT service, They inspected the vehicle and they said there is call from Mahindra for the upgrading the software for all the AMT cars and they asked my confirmation. I said to okay. Then tried to upgrade the software it did not accept and they troubleshoot and found there is a need for few parts replacement. Then i spoke with Mr.Balram singh (Manager), He has good hands on experience and technically rich in explaining it to the customer. Then after, he took care and informed me each and every thing till my car get delivered. Beauty is he took covered all in the warranty that was really a great support to the customer. he gone through the warranty process and initiated the work.Of course, few costly product are not in the store but they place an order and get it asap, it took about a week for me to receive the car, but i clearly said i need my car back with good and proper condition and gave ample time to them for the service.Now, I am completely happy with the way they treated me and my car.Suggestion: It is better to share/teach the technical problems to the service engineers too, In my case the service engineer had struggle to explain me the problem technically but other than that he done fabulous work on the routine/scheduled service.Keep up the good work and strive to help the customer. Very worst experience I faced it for my mahendra xylo. With out changing the spare parts they have raised the bill. I found it and asked but still now no any proper response from there end. More over they didnt wash my vehicle they sent it back as it is..when I raised this question I was shocked with their answer. They said we dont have washing facilities..very cheap workshop it is..

I had a dent in my car and as per my insurance my car was sent to this workshop. During delivery i observed that the paint work is pathetic and they are least bothered when contacted. I do not recommend this place. Please avoid this place.

I had given my xuv car for body work due to an accident @ this place. i claimed insurance and they took more than 1 month for body work. The worst part was that they promised in 2 weeks delivery and now they were saying some issue with the car and will take time. During delivery i observed that the paint work is pathetic and they are not even doing basic testing like checking bulbs and indicators at the dash. The other India garage service center near mahadevpura is fine. I do not recommend this place. Please avoid this place. Also if you opted for road side assistance then please inform that person to deliver the car to the other service center. In my case i asked him to deliver @ mahadevpura center but that idiot had given the car to this place.

I gave my tuv vehicle for service and its got breakdown and its not moving and they did excellent work and now its smoother than earlier and good work done by patio and team India garage itpl branch

Mahindra is doing good in terms of customer service .

I liked the friendliness and willingness of the service advisors. They listen carefully, provide realistic timeline for repairs and at times try to accommodate ad-hoc quick repair requests.

Had a problem with window glass relay. Team responded and fixed it immediately even though it was closing hours.

Mahindra mysore body shop has done an excellent job on my kuv100, Im very satisfied with their work, and executive SRIKANTH.M.A , he is very friendly and co-operative
