They made me wait 2.5 hrs aproxx for changing a simple tail light and expected time as said by executive was 45 mins max. No proper response on customer service for them. If your in a hurry then please cancel all your plans. Itll be definitely delayed.

Tvs service center, good services, service engineer are good but other staff is not that good at customer service.. But why they want to change parts unnecessary like brake shoo.. Air filter etc...water wash not satisfactory...

They have a pick up and drop option available. 1.Dedicated person will pick ur bike at ur doorstep by asking the complaints and checking the vehicle. 2.The vehicle is then taken to the service centre 3. Vehicle is checked and any further damages are reported instantly with images sent to u on whatsApp 4.Oil change and Servicing photos are sent 5. Service is completed and bill is generated 6. Message is received by the owner for pickup 7. The service agent will drop your vehicle at ur doorstep 8.check the vehicle and make payment either by cash or digitalOverall, a systematic approach and happy with the was delivered too?!

I stay near Koramangala & past I tried tvs service from Domlur and Adugodi service center. In Adugodi service center, guy has asked me to change some items related to gear box which is costing around 4000... I said no to him... for next service I visited this by seeing the ratings.. they said no problems in gearbox...This service centre is I feel best out of 3 .. they are transperant in service. Also they give discount of 10% on spare parts...

Such a great service from Neo service center. Nicely explained the issues in my bike. They share images of bike servicing in whatsapp and as a modern initiative they share live video of servicing from the service area for 30 mins through sms. The best place to get your rtr 200 serviced, all my concerns were addressed and all the issues I had with my vehicle were resolved. Quick servicing was done and I received my vehicle within 2 hours. I was provided exemplary attention and service by Mr. Govind, who personally addressed all my problems. Very professional staff and method of operation. Hi team tvs neo service center..Today(18/8/2021) I serviced my bike rtr 160 4v at your service centre, after service i saw the side penal cracked and i sent the pics to govinda, he told he will check the cctv footage and will let you know.And Im hoping for good response from staff..As soon as I get my issue solved Ill edit... .EditOk i complained in the morning, and as i said govind is looking into it, he said the damage is from work shop side so that part will be replaced by the workshop so no need to worry about it.. Waiting for the part replacement..Thanks govind.. And team neo tvs

I feel my 3 year old bike like new.. they send photos how they are doing your service.. staff is well trained and soft spoken.. they have pick and drop facilities as well can try.. old problem what I found that they didnt had full madical kit(nothing serious).. needed as my bike skid just before service center..

Best service experience till now . No other TVS service center has taken such responsibility and care of my service vehicle.Test ride is done to check the possible faults in the vehicle before taking it in . They will tell you initially itself what might be the faults existing and they tell you in advance what could be possible repair or replacement of the parts . They also show the estimation of the complete service.Best part is they gave me update on my whats app with live images on what is the status of service, part replacemen & oil change . They also gave back the old parts which was replaced .Overall not so expensive but quality 👌service has been given. I am satisfied for the price I have paid .

Amazing service. They have express service. Which gives you service in one hour. The place is decent with free WiFi and customer lounge! The staff are very friendly. The gaadi was very good in condition after the service. The service was appreciable. Got my second free service from these guys. They say they use genuine parts. So ya. Overall worth your time!

If you have a TVS visit this centre once. Awesome people. Wonderful service I couldnt believe a TVS can be smooth after such service. They just work and do whats needed with out wasting any time at all. I dropped my vehicle in morning. They asked if I need it quickly. They can do the service in just an hour. They send photos of vehicle being serviced. Once done they send details and bill amount. They are in touch with you from start to end. Very communicative, very much listen and solve your issue. They had good understanding of the common problems. They know about TVS service really well. You will really appreciate the effort and time they invest in your vehicle. Do visit timely and speak with them if there are any issues with your vehicle they will try and solve. Its a clean service center and you can sit the customer lounge and wait for an hour as they have 1 hour quick service. Before and after service my vehicle had a huge ride quality difference. Hope you will also find similar experience. If so then give a like. Happy riding..

Its express delivery was niche experience when had back experience with Honda 2 wheels. You get thickens updates through whatsapp and SMS. Better piece of mind. Reliable

There were hidden charges in bill. If the company decided to sanitize vehicles, company should bear the cost. But this has been added to customer bill. Polishing is usually given as a complimentary service in all other service centers I visited. Here I didnt request it but was done anyways and charged for it.The work of replacing a part should be within labour charge. But here again replacing disc was charged extra apart from labour.

Superb, it has 1 hour service, come wait in waiting room and enjoy coffee and your service done.

This place is by far, the best TVS service center in all of Bangalore. The works manager, Mr. Guru Prasad is extremely focused on customer centric behaviour. The problems i had been facing from a long time and addressed by no other service center was swiftly addressed by Neo TVS. 2 days have passed since taking the delivery of vehicle and I am very satisfied by the performance of my RTR 200. Unlike most of the service centers, the service experts here are experts indeed. I would recommend this place to any person owning a TVS vehicle.

I didnt like their services, whatever problem I give as the compliant, it will be there after service also.Neo center is a little far from my place (7km distance), even come and giving service here. Im fully happy and satisfied.Sending in the whatsapp - photos of whats the problem in the bike, before changing the parts.

Thanks for replacing bike handle end weight, Rubber coat for wind shield and chain Roller for free of cost. Also thanks for escalating the issue about the bike exhaust sound. Looking for the best result as a outcome by replacing it soon.

No. 1 Frauds. Even though the front office people treat the customer very well, the actual mechanics seem to be very inexperienced or frauds. Quality of work is very poor. Be careful when giving your vehicle for service here.

Last week, I have taken my Apache RR310 bike for the second free service to Neo TVS. Mr.Govind is the service advisor he helped me with all the details and cleared my doubts and assured to give back the vehicle in 2 hours. I am surprised that, they gave back the vehicle on time. It was a very good experience to watch our bike getting serviced in person. Last, Mr.Govind advised me with the tips to take care of the bike.Thanks a lot Neo TVS. Keep up the good work. One more thing, this service center open at 7:30 AM in the morning.
