Very friendly and affable service team and they are patient and understanding enough to hear the customer out. Also servicing is not just what is the guidelines, but also they advise you if there are certain observations that need to be taken care of as the vehicle owner.I also had the same delivery experience when I bought the Renault Kiger RXZ Turbo. They took the time to work with me and even explained the good and the bad aspects. Honesty is rarely associated with car dealership experience. But this was different. They even worked out a good deal for me on the financing as well as on the add-on accessories.Thanks and looking forward to a great relationship.

Very worst experience most of the times, the service engineers dont even bother to clean the vehicle from outside which is visible. You never know if they have really taken care of your vehicle from inside which you cant see.The technicians are interested in getting good rating and feedback, no one is interested in providing good service.

Large showroom. The Kwid has a very poor finish with very limited features. Wish they made an improvement there. Possibly the new Kiger coming out of the same stable will also be dressed in this poor quality, especially finish and material of construction.

I purchased a used car the spare wheel, tool kit was not in place and head light not working the sale person told service done this how it will be. after servicing i had observed rateling noise coming from the engine when opened ballet one of the air pipe not fixed very poor customer service only intrested in selling.service quality very poor due to improper task management. out side mechanic are much better. and with that ill be dropping it to 1star improve your service and attentiveness to people purchasing the product.

I am using Renault KWID from past 5 years , really nice car in its segment. Unfortunately Renault not able to provide spare parts, i have requested on 23rd Aug 2021, still there is no update from show room on parts.I dont think i can suggest any one to buy Renault if they cant provide parts on time. Not able to use car from past 2 weeks , really bad experience . I suggest to think twice before buying Renault cars

Staff are friendly and cordial. They answer all your concerns. Have all current models of Renault cars on display and test drive.Been to this place to book Kiger. They were not ready to negotiate on the price. Disappointed with this attitude as I got better deal in other showroom. Booked my car from other dealer as I got benefits of around Rs 30000 on Kiger RXZ turbo model.Also exchange price for old car is less compared to other dealer. Please evaluate your car with 2-3 dealers and negotiate the price.Suggestion for management : you need to give better deals to customers as there is room for giving concessions and discounts. Else like me, you will lose customers.

Initially I loved the way you treat the customers.The worst services I have ever seen from Renault in terms of RC transferring is really pathetic.Never thought that Renault and team will respond in a bad way.Its 7 months that I havent received my RC card till now and this is the way of treating customers, if this was the case then I would have bought it from other dealers.No wonder even the executives are busy with their own world@Renaultindia worst services ever...Not satisfied

Booking car and getting it on the promised time is a herculean task here ,cannot believe their promises , they will call up repeatedly until your transaction is complete , and after that they will tell there is no stock of the ordered accessories and u have to wait , its been close to 3 weeks not received the vehicle and still they say it can another 5 -7 days . Never expected this delay for basic accessories .I think only if you take in house finance and insurance they will deliver on time , if u take loan from outside or insurance they are not very keen in doing their job.

And the executive tells now also he cant promise when the vehicle will come.it may take another 2 3 months... We recently bought Renault Kwid Climber. The service from Sales and all the departments were really pleasant. They were clear in explaining every stuff to you upfront and all the features. They agreed with us on delivery date and they pushed their level best to deliver the car on time.Krishna& Manju from sales team was excellent and they utmost caring the customers in a every phase and made us so comfortable. And the manager Cheri was very helpful in sharing all the updates of the car. I can see lot of negative reviews from other customers. But if you are going to the showroom,you never face such issues. We drove the car happily back to home.

Trident Whitefield loots you. Rough talks by staff to customers. They even take your car parts and then inform that parts are missing. Money making minded persons and not so service based. Got disappointed several times but we are helpless as no other service stations are nearby.

Overall Experience is good. There is a difference in service cost when compared to app amd actual service. The advisors are kind enough to help out with services. Pathetic service, they dont tell you the full information about the car and if you tak a loan from Renault Finance, you are in for a lot of troubles. They will keep calling you for loan payment but once the loan is completed, you will have to call them multiple times( who redirect you to different people) to get the NOC. Dont recommend this showroom to anyone at all. Please go to any other showroom other than this if you want a good experience.

I have recently purchased Renault Kiger, I had a very wonderful experience specially with Sales team leading by Krishnamurthy. Each & every details related to my car has been beautifully articulated and explained by Krishnamurthy and his team. From booking, Finance and delivery each process has been smoothly took care. Keep it up the good work!!However, I am very upset with Trident management who is the owner of these Renault showrooms regarding charging of handling & logistics chagres which is only Renault showrooms are charging and amount comes almost 9K+ INR , PFA the cost sheet. I have checked with TATA, Maruti,NEXA,HONDA and Hundai showrooms, they are not at all charging such charges to customers. I hope, in near future Trident team will look into this concern and will wave off this charges.

The is an example of how to run unfair trade practice by Renault Whitefield in KR Puram Bangalore. Here naïve customers are being looted not only in the name of Handling & Logistic Charges which according to them is Inevitable but also there are accessories sold at prices higher than the competition around. Moreover we as customers are being threatened that any warranty claims will be voided if we install the exact same accessory with the exact same fitment from outside i.e coupler to coupler fitting without any wire cut or sleeving.We have booked a Renault Kwid and our experience has not been great so far. I have also left a complaint with reference number 4-10376782 hoping that the issue is addressed.The accessories in question are:1 - Sony XS-XB6941 costs Rs4,220 and is being sold in the dealership at MRP of Rs5,9902 - Wooden Plank costs Rs500 which is being sold at Rs1,850 (well i hope theyre not putting Teak wood!)I am aware that i would be just another customer for the dealership but that doesnt stop us from raising our voice against unfair practices.

Tyre blast attributing to poor quality Mud+Snow all-terrain tyres in my Renault Duster 4WD. A narrow escape from an accident on a Bangalore expressway.Look at the attached pics and emails sent to Renault India and Trident Renault Whitefield, Bangalore.There has been zero traction and support on this thus far. Is that what you call a world class service and safety standards?By manufacturing and stocking a car like Duster 4WD with such inferior quality tyres, you are putting lives of people on risk. This is shameful. Whats more shameful is the way your Renault India and Trident Renault folks ignore it and casually deny the claims.Trident Renault Whitefield hasnt even bothered to respond back to any of the emails or even make a call to resolve the issue.

Good experience with sales and support staff. Typically fast response on inventory. Good choice of add ons. Service side has scope of improvement. Mostly overbooked and very busy. Spares arent available for non common part replacement. Staff is amicable and supportive. Insurance division is the most efficient and prompt.

This place totally sucks (the service wing).They guarantee you a proper service here,but fail to deliver it properly.I had a bad experience with them recently,I had given my Renault duster for the 2nd free service along with few other things like wipers and left ORVM replacement.For the wipers they did almost nothing (which Im sure they had exchanged during first free service)and for the LEFT ORVM they DID REPLACE everything except for the cover case(shown in picture).Now on the right side there is a fault(also in picture) the plastics are not set properly.So I wouldnt recommend going there with your car.

Costlier Service Charges ,Car has taken for yearly general service costed 7.5k but after the service inside one component has broken ,no free replacement ,could have fixed small scratches but let it go ,no through check up after the service, silencer broken when I went a long drive.It was making sound while driving,had to fixed with local car work shop in Mysore,I was thinking to go 7 seater n same brand but will switch over to some other brand.

I bought a used vehicle, they spare wheel was not there in the beginning itself, the sales person told it came to us like this only, later when I took the delivery when spaner and jack rod where was there earlier, and now it was missing, when I called the seles person in the other show room from where I took the delivery he said is was never handed over to us from the this show room.Beaware once u see the vehicle take pictures and before taking delivery check all of the items carefully, because once u take out or delivered then no one from the trident will respond.It is very easy for them to say it was not there....

It is OK as for as courtesy. I feel some how bad why they dont deliver after service vehicles at least one hour more than they promised. 5 star for Showroom,2 star for Service center:On the day of delivery:My intitial experience was very poor but the way Mr. Oommen Cherian and Mr. Ujjwal handled and provided the service and hand-holded each and every step till day of delivery was exceptional.They have the right temperament to be friendly as well as professional.Sure there were hiccups but they really made me feel good. When I asked about the comparison of Ford after sales service and sales numbers. Then your sales representative said you can buy ecosport then as he got offended. I am spending 15 lakhs and if you are not ready to answer important questions about Renault and competitors then shut the shop down . @manager please get your people to talk right.I dont know how bad is after sales service but the ego of pre sales service is definitely bad. And yes smiling while selling is good. Try once.2 star for Service center: they dont have even basic accessories like cladding and fog lamps. You have to pay 3 days before to get installed. What kind of service is this. This is Bangalore and you dont have basic accessories. On the top of that you expect us to buy genuine accessories when you know better brands are available at cheaper price and it doesnt take even few hours to get it installed. This kind of service is being provided to a customer who is purchasing a sub 20L car in one of the biggest city by a world renowned brand. What will happen to tier 2 customer how knows.

Disappointed with the experienceThe staff does not have an understanding of customer service. They neither value or respect your time. I was made to wait for 1 hour ...and what is frustrating is I called them an hour before my vehicle delivery time and I was promised it would be ready in 30 mins.. finally got delivery of the vehicle at 8 pm in the night...When questioned about the commitment of delivery, I was given excuses and had to deal with rude behaviour of staff...Not to forget, was made to wait for 1 hr during the COVID times in an office which is visited by customers every 10 mins..true example of unprofessional and careless attitude of the staff...COMMIT WHAT YOU CAN DELIVER and GIVE RESPECT TO EVERYONES TIME.
