Worst experience in service, my car had a crack in the front windshield I left the car on 16th of August and the insurance had to be claimed, I understand it will take 3-4 days to claim and it to be fixed. I am disappointed because the advisor never called us for any update, everyday my dad used to call the service center and insurance agent to get an update on this, yesterday when my dad called the advisor, he said the vehicle is ready, he was on weekoff he said us to go he will speak with his team, I couldnt go yesterday hence I went today to collect my vehicle, today the advisor was not there when we called from his office he said today nobody from his team is working and told us to come tomorrow.My question: when there are so many people working in the service center on a Sunday, why cant anyone give the car?It has taken a week to get this fixed, is this normal in kalyani?

The Worst Ever Experience I have experienced that too by taking 2nd chance with this service centre.This service centres people are so negligent with their duty and they even stole my 20k money and justified like anything that all their labour are SATYA HARISCHANDRAs without even interrogating them though i rushed to the service centre just half an hour after they have took my csr to service yard.They forgot to fix your car wheel screws,They rub your Cars Glasses with oil cloth,They will take your car to their personal work on the way once they pick it up,General Check up means they address only if anything u mentioned else You have to inspect your car on your own by becoming one of their service center employees to guide them what all they need to do in General check upThey dont address any other issues which anyone can see with their bare eyes,1st they will raise your service charges later they give discount,Even if leave your car here for body Repair they will fix the old items under even insurance claims.likewise there were plenty of problems those guys created.Expect this service centre i had serviced my vehicle with other centres like Nagadevanahalli and Arkere they had did good. Since this center was near my home I was cheated and robbed twice.

I had contacted Kalyani Motors Service centre on 1st of July at around 5:15pm since I needed help to jumpstart my car (Maruti Celerio) as the battery was down. I called them up and told them that Im just 1km away from their station and I needed a mechanic to comr and help me out. The person who picked the call told that in 5mins youll receive a call back and get a person to help out. I waited for 45mins standing on the road and not one person called back. Nearby there was Renault Mysore Road service station and the people of renault helped me out to start my car even though my car wasnt a Renault car. The manager himself sent people to help me out even though it was their logout time. I really appreciate the service given by Renault, but the service from Maruti was pathetic. Being a Maruti car owner since 15 years, this experience was the worst. Maruti service centre should probably learn and provide service like Renault if they are actually interested to serve their customers well. WORST EXPERIENCE.
