No response on phn , no details about loan, have to wait for months for disbursement. Sbi executives are far faster than hdfc sahakara nagar branch executives in processing the loan and disbursement

I strongly recomend not to take any kind of loan from HDFC.Till we take they run behind us all the trime. Later we should die in getting help/Info on pre-closure/Partial payment.Also we cant find right telephone#

First of all wrong location mapped by hdfc... And no proper service for the customer and no proper communication between call center and loan service branch ,only 2service branches in bangalore where they have every road has normal branches, terrifying service by hdfc

Very disappointed with Staff, they are unprofessional giving different suggestion every time and if we want to close the loan also we have to wait for hole day or arrogant staff in the HDFC loan office.

When will HDFC would start online pre-closure & pre-payment for loan? When will the 2 personal loan centers in Bangalore for HDFC would open up? High time for excuses of COVID 19 & cheating customer by providing misleading information to customers. Starting disbursements but not closure isnt fair business practice. 😡😡😡😡

Very less staffing in loan center.Firstly due to Covid this is the only operational center in Bangalore. Upon that in a day 100 ppl visit and only 2 persons working made us wait for 3 long hours on road without a shade or chairs to sit.There were people who are traveling from long distance just to get denied due to some small issues or missing information. If only a small help desk was set up this would solve some problems.

Very bad customer relations..i want to shift my loan account to another bank..but the hdfc will not release my documents..even after sending umpteen mails, after the cheif bank manager of the bank which wants to take over my loan went personally with my authorisation to collect the documents..very rude behaviour if the branch head.. if any one can help please helpRenjini Das,Asst Labour Commissioner(C)Bangslore

I am existing customer of HDFC. I have home loan running from past 2 years in Nagpur.We never faced any issue in 2 years. We contacted Sahakar nagar in Bangalore for my 2nd home loan requirement. After 10 days of submitting my application, even after creating my file. They just closed my loan application without giving me any explanation. Mr prithvi working at this branch not all customer oriented, whenever we enquired abt our loan application status he never had any answer. He was so confused all the time. Very unprofessional behavior. You call up branch or executives they will not answer your calls. They literally wasted my 10days. I will suggest never go to HDFC especially people working in this particular branch are very unprofessional.The positive reviews given are from their own employees. With their existing customers they behave this way, I wonder how they behave with their new customers.

This branch is highly unprofessional. They are not responding to emails.I need some documents from them regarding registration but they are not responding. They are not even sharing the details of legal representative. My registration date is approaching. I dont know what to do now

Unprofessional and unhelpful people. There is a girl sitting in counter 1, she never ever give respect to customers nd unprofessional. You will loose your valuable time if you go there. Take a loan from any other branches or bank. 😠

Thanks to the person at the counter who assisted me otherwise I would have blasted.HDFC is a bank (service sector) but has no value for its loan customer (loan is the major source of income for any bank).My experience:Visited ground floor, security guard was like a rowdy telling me GO TO FIRST FLOORWhile I reach first floor, security guard at the first floor got to know that I dont know kannada fluently, he did not entertain me when to get a pen to fill up the form. He made me wait telling that he doesnt have any other pen while a uncle came and he asked him for a pen in Kannada and he did provide him a pen, which really pisses me off, by then I could get the pen for a customer there.While I was waiting, that security guard at the first floor was keep on staring at me which is absolutely unprofessional and unethical.The only good thing was that the HDFC bank employee made me make the payment online without cheque (Kudos to their PayZapp).Overall I would suggest not to take loans from HDFC and if you do then please dont visit Sahakarnagar Loan branch for closure or any other assistance.Date of visit: 07 August 2019Time: 10.07am

I availed home loan Disbursement here. i went there on the scheduled time but they made me to wait 45mts. no response after asking multiple times from a lady called Saranya.For Spread rate conversion also, they will not give proper reduction for existing customer.YELAHANKA new town branch is the best. they finish any task in 5minutes. give you proper explanation and thinks in customer view.

Wish i could give no stars to them. Landline number doesnt work. I think Govt Office such as passport offices are better functioning than this Sahakaranagar HDFC Home Loan dept. Please be more customer friendly.

Process was quick to disburse loan. If documents are pre verified then process is faster

I went here regarding foreclosure of my auto loan. But this one is only for Housing loans. The people here were kind enough to courteously guide me to the Retail loan center near Reliance Digital in Sahakar Nagar. As this office came up in Google search and I was not familiar with the locality, I went there by mistake.

They dont deserve any rating, zero would have been better. One if the worst service, landline never works, they never respond to your emails.

Awful HDFC Ltd. branch compared to anywhere else in India. They lock out and do not let customers in on Saturdays and evening from 5pm. Havent seen more unprofessional approach even in government offices. Wish I could give a 0 star.
