Below is the my experience with Giga cars .Recently I purchased a car from here, I felt car price is much more than the market price.While purchasing they assured that new vehicle insurance policy will issued by them, they issued but its for very less price.vehicle is not serviced as they promised.once I had dropped the vehicle for service , they took half a day but service was not done .Simply wasted my half day .While purchasing the car staff speaks nicely but once vehicle is sold out from them they dont care if you visit the show room for any queries and I hs to follow up with them regularly for small info Id support.

What investigated wast of time, investigation should be done both side, not only with your team. after taking my money 11K they told about the company policy, No one was explained about any policy, your finance team was commuted that they will be holding only 4K for cancellation. suddenly they hold 5K, even after continuously followup then after one week later i have receive my balance amount. no proper coordination with customer..any way thanks for your reply. dont do this for others

Dont keep any expectation of negotiation , they dont reduce the price of the car as they quoted. i have been called by them and after visiting their big giant showroom the car price they were reducing like a pea nut of 1k to max 5k. So please dont keep any hope of negotiation with this dealer.
