The advisor is polite. But the good experience ends there. My vehicle was taken at the gate by their driver when I entered the premises. I waited for over an hour to even get the inspection and job sheet filled. Within that time my goggles which were in the glasses compartment were stolen. This is within their premises and apparently there is no CCTV where my vehicle was parked by their driver. ​They took 2 days for a general service. Promised that I will get my car before 12 on the second day. I had a flight to catch(this was told to the advisor too) and the car was still not ready until 4:30 pm. (This is after waiting for more than an hour at their station for pick up. ) finally went and told the manager that I need the car in whatever shape because I have to leave. Went searching for my car in their workshop and found it was not washed. Got it back not washed properly.Horrible experience. The advisor is polite but thats about it. Never going here again.On the previous service my mirror was changed arbitrarily and I had to go back and get my original mirror fixed.

Made a horrible mistake today by getting my car serviced here. The person who had to get the job sheet, was roaming here and there on phone Mr. Arvind, with god grace, after one hour i got the job sheet copy and asked to come in 2 days time as they had too many cars for service already.I waited patiently for 2 days, i got a call from them at 3 pm saying that my car was ready and in 1 hour it will get washed and will be ready for pickup, and yes did i forgot to mentioned that Mr. Arvind was dodging my calls 15 times. So another Mr. Not so punctual manager pitched in.. Mr. Ravi, i came at 4:15 pm and was literally begging for someone to give some updates about my car. They search and no one has any idea where my car is. Let alone be washed and ready.At 5:30 pm i came to know that they found my car somewhere back in the warehouse yard eating dust, so when I created a big scene, they took my car out and again it was waiting to get washed.By 6:30 pm it was ready, and just so you know my society guy cleans better car thn that.I used to send my car to Key motors Kannakpura road, based on the reviews I thought of giving this a chance, and boy oh boy was i wrong.Never ever in my entire i will come here for service again. And if you love your car, I request you not to come here. Save yourself.

This is my 3rd servicing in kropex. So it is decent only. But this time person(name not disclosing) who did my service has not communicated properly the work has to be done and not so happy with the work. also I opted for pick and drop facility and the car was more clean when picked up from my home. On delivery the front passenger seat and also the back seat area was full of dust. It felt like used for taxi service. I complained to the concerned person immediately with photos and he is like come here and I will make it clean and started arguing.Giving 3 star just because of last 2 service experience. May be next service I have to think of other center.

Location is perfect, just off 80 feet road, opposite Decathlon. I got my vehicle serviced in less than 24 hours... staff are friendly and they explain about the car well...

Horrible experience. No better than a govt office. They dont care about the customers and commitments.

I am satisfied with the service provided by Krepex motors. They suggest only what is important Nd required and do not force you to take any additional things which I know many other centres suggest and sometimes force/ try to manipulate. Next time also, I will get my vehicle serviced from here only.Highly recommended
