I wouldve been given 0 star, if there is an option. Worst service by executives. We need to followup continuously for the bike delivery and even with that they have not fixed crash guard for my bike. After continuous follow up finally fixed after 20 days delivery. They will not care about customers

All the employees at this show room are cheaters. i took my bike got delivered 2 months back but still they did not given the RC book.Just keep on telling today and tomorrow.And also i paid 6700 for accessories full kit but they did not provide any of the accessories.these employees are making getting down the honda name very badly

I had a worst experience in Planet Honda Rajajinagar.Everyone in the showroom dont know the meaning of the words Trust, Patience, Customer Satisfaction, care and etc...No one receives and answers Customers Phone Call.If we ask anything they will give another number and it wont work.All are careless, they speak in rude way to customer, and the manager is a big hopeless fellow here, he never answers customers call, he speaks like roady.These guys are good till u give money, after then they will show their real face. At the time of delivery they act like they are giving u vehicle for free.I hate this showroom. I never saw these kind of people in my life. from Sweeper to Manager all are having worst attitude here.My humble request, Please never step in to this Showroom.

They dont bother about customer. Manager does not even look at you. They are the only Honda show room nearby. So you dont have any other choice. There is no commitment of delivery, registration documents etc...

Executive is very irresponsibly I we take dio vehicle with accessories kit in dec-17 but still 2nos of accessories not fitted, 2parts not in stock but i m not receive any back from tham. And will giving service petrol is 3/4 ltrs but will receiving back 1/2 ltrs.

This is an authorised sales and service showroom of Honda 2 wheelers. Sales staff here is well educated to handle clients.

Horrible n scary experienceI left my bike for service @ 7 in the morning n when I went to receive it at 6pm to my surprise they had not even touched d bikeN dey just washed da bike n gave it, they told disc plates are gone n would cost 3500 where as it was working fine, dey removed petrol from tank, der was no manger to look into issues, when I questioned the mechanic started quarreling with me. Never ever visit this showroom, If u love ur bike

Planet honda sundkakatte has worst delivery schedule. They dont know what is commitment. They commit for 5 days and will not able to deliver after 7 days.I had worst experience, please dont go there.Even after paying full amount . They will treat like you are asking some favour.

I have a suggestion to team Honda towards safety lock for accelerator (especially for children). This may reduce unexpected accidents.

Parking facility is not available all the days in the week;I paid full amount 50% debit card and 50% credit card. Executive total to pick up the vehicle after 3 days, while collecting the Scooty she/ he told that still 400 Rupees is due. I am surprise when asked justification they told to come some Day to look into the file we’re went wrong. When went after few days they told hat file is not found.
